    是什么让 Ha Giang 的 Thang co 如此与众不同

    “Thang co” 是一道让人要么爱之入骨、要么避之不及的菜肴。这是一种炖煮的汤品,里面装满了内脏——肝脏、胃、肠,有时还有血——并用生姜、盐和少许青柠调味。大多数越南城市都有这道菜,但 Ha Giang 却将其视为一种地域性的骄傲。区别在于口感和初衷:Ha Giang 的版本内脏更多,汤汁较少,摊贩们选用的肉类来自该省石灰岩山谷中饲养的山地牛和水牛。因此,它的味道带有矿物质感,略带膻味,口感浓郁,这是低地版本无法比拟的。

    Dong Van 市场的 Thang Co

    4 号公路休息站的 Thang Co(往 Hoang Su Phi 方向)

    如果你正向北前往 Sapa 或向东前往 Hoang Su Phi,在距离 Ha Giang 镇外约 8 km 的 4 号公路上有一群小吃摊。其中一个摊贩——可以通过一块手绘的木制招牌认出,上面用黑字写着“Thang Co”——做的是一种口味较清淡、以汤为主的版本,适合那些对镇中心浓烈口味感到不适的人。虽然肉还是很多,内脏分量也很足,但刺鼻的气味明显减少了。中碗的价格是 25,000 VND。如果你正骑摩托车穿越山区,这里是一个非常合理的歇脚点。

    价格与时间
