    Where to Find the Best Strawberries in Da Lat

    Dong Xuan Market 里售卖的许多商品与食物无关——成卷的布料、清洁用品、仿牌运动装备。但如果你在这里找对地方吃上一顿,这将成为你河内之旅中最棒的早晨或午后时光之一,而且花费远低于 100,000 VND。

    市场概况

    Dong Xuan 位于老城区北端,距离还剑湖约 800 米。它是 Hanoi 最古老、最大的室内市场,这是一座建于 20 世纪初的三层铁架结构建筑,在 1994 年的一场大火后进行了重建。底层主要售卖农产品、干货和肉类,沿后方周边分布。楼上则是服装和家居用品批发区——对大多数游客来说可能没那么有趣,但如果你想看看这座城市是如何为小型商铺供货的,不妨快速逛逛。

    底层的农产品区是一个繁忙的运作市场,而非旅游景点。商贩们忙着处理订单,而不是为了拍照摆姿势。记住这一点,你在这里会玩得很愉快。

    后方美食广场

    这是大多数游客会错过的地方。穿过主市场大厅向后走,从面向 Cau Dong Street 的出口出去。那里聚集着一排排低矮的塑料凳、盖着防水布的摊位,嘈杂的声浪告诉你,人们来这里是为了填饱肚子,而不是闲逛。

    这些摊位主要在上午营业,下午 11 点到 2 点左右会再次迎来高峰。记得空着肚子来。

    Bun Rieu

    “Bun rieu”是这里必吃的美食。这一带售卖的版本多为河内风格——以蟹膏和猪肉熬制的番茄红汤为底,配上炸豆腐块、可选的猪血块,再撒上一把新鲜香草。一碗售价在 35,000–50,000 VND 之间。这碗面吃起来可能有些狼藉,味道浓郁独特,却极其满足。这里的摊主大多经营已久,汤头的滋味就是最好的证明。

    Bun Cha Que Tre

    在几步之遥的地方,你通常能找到售卖“bun cha”的摊位。这是河内的标配美食:烤猪肉饼和肥美的五花肉搭配米粉,配上一碗微甜的蘸汤。这些摊位出众的原因在于 que tre——即用来烤肉的竹签,它能赋予肉质一种燃气烧烤所缺乏的淡淡烟熏味。别指望会有招牌广告,只要闻到炭火烟味,排队就对了。

    其他值得一尝的美食

    这里通常还有几家摊位在做“banh cuon”——蒸米卷,里面塞满了猪肉末和木耳,撒上炸红葱头,再淋上一层薄薄的 nuoc cham(鱼露蘸汁)。口感清爽顺滑,转眼就吃完了。此外,还可以找找“cha gio”,即炸春卷。河内的炸春卷比南方的更紧实、更酥脆,是等待主食时不错的零食。

    老城区周边巷弄

    Dong Xuan 周围的街道是老城区中更具生活气息的部分——这里较少被旅游纪念品店占据,更多是为在这里工作的人们提供餐饮。

    Hang Chieu Street(沿市场东侧的街道)有几家“pho”摊位,开门很早,上午 9 点就收摊了。这里的汤底是彻夜熬制的,当你到达时,它已经熬了六七个小时,味道极其浓郁。如果你住在附近,为了这碗面早起是值得的。

    市场背后的 Cau Dong Street 有商贩售卖新鲜水果、banh mi,以及“goi cuon”——新鲜的米纸卷,内含虾、猪肉和香草,配花生蘸酱。简单直接,每卷仅需 15,000–20,000 VND,如果你想吃点清淡的,这是个不错的选择。

    Dong Xuan Lane 本身,即从主市场入口延伸出的一条狭窄小巷,每天上午都有位女士推着小车售卖“banh mi”,里面塞满了肉酱、腌萝卜丝和少许黄油。没有店名,没有招牌。她通常上午 7 点就在那儿,10 点左右就卖光了。面包来自附近,内里松软,表皮烤得恰到好处。

    饮品推荐

    喝咖啡的话,步行两分钟向南,去 Hang Duong Street 上任何一家小型的“ca phe sua da”摊位即可。冰炼乳咖啡售价 20,000–25,000 VND。其中一些摊位已经在同一个位置经营了几十年。如果想换换口味,Dong Xuan 周围的一些商贩会用小保温瓶售卖“莲花茶”——花香四溢,带着淡淡的草本气息,非常适合在正午时分解暑。

    如果你在傍晚时分来到这里,在 Luong Ngoc Quyen 和 Ta Hien 两条街的交汇处有一个 bia hoi 角,距离向南约 700 米——那是典型的河内风情:新鲜的扎啤、塑料凳,还有每杯约 10,000 VND 的小吃。

    最佳游览时间

    上午 7 点到 10 点是前往美食广场和街头摊位的最佳时间——商贩更多,食材更新鲜,天气也更凉爽。市场本身全天开放,大约从早上 6 点到下午 6 点。尽量避开周日下午,因为附近老城区的步行街会吸引大量人群,一切都会变得缓慢。

    Dong Xuan Market 位于 1 Dong Xuan Street,距离还剑湖步行约 15 分钟,或者从大多数老城区酒店搭乘 xe om(摩托车出租车)很快就能到达。请准备现金——200,000 VND 足以让你享受一个上午的美食。这里不需要预订或提前规划;直接去,跟着香味走就行了。
