    概况

    Mui Ganh Dau 是位于 Phu Quoc 西北端的岬角,距离 Duong Dong 镇以北约 28 km。这是一片被木麻黄树环绕的短促弧形海滩,背后是一个小渔村——在这里,船只的数量比日光浴床还多,正午时分最响亮的声音不过是一只在打架中落败的公鸡的啼叫。

    多年来,岛上的这个角落因为太偏远而无人问津。没有度假村,最后一段路也没有铺设柏油,只有修补渔网的渔民和几家海鲜大排档。现在情况略有改变——沿海公路已经铺成了平整的柏油路,也出现了一些中档住宿——但这里依然保留着 2012 年左右的 Phu Quoc (푸꾸옥 / 富国岛 / フーコック) 的感觉,那是在缆车和野生动物园重塑这座岛屿面貌之前的模样。

    推荐理由

    主要是出于以下三个原因:

    1. 海滩本身。 约 500 m 长的沙滩在工作日几乎空无一人。11 月至次年 4 月期间,海水浅而平静,非常适合游泳,而且无需躲避水上摩托艇。海滩朝向西北偏西,因此可以直面绝美的日落。

    2. 原产地海鲜。 渔船直接在海滩上卸下渔获。两三家家庭经营的餐厅会烹饪当天早晨捕获的任何海鲜——烤“ca bop”(军曹鱼)、清蒸蛤蜊、青芒果生青鱼沙拉。根据鱼类的不同,每盘价格在 80,000–150,000 VND 之间。

    3. 探索 Ganh Dau 村的基地。 这个小村庄里有一座小寺庙,还有一个可以进去参观的鱼露作坊(那气味……相当“长知识”),这里充满了浓厚的生活气息,丝毫没有为了迎合游客而刻意伪装的感觉。

    它并不是一个值得你专程飞来 Phu Quoc 打卡的景点,但如果你在岛上停留超过三天,并且已经去过长滩(Long Beach)和南部地区,那么 Ganh Dau 将是逃离南部度假区喧嚣的一剂良药。

    最佳游玩时间

    旱季从 11 月持续到次年 4 月。12 月至 2 月的海水最平静,湿度也最低。3 月和 4 月天气会变热(34–36°C),但海滩依然适合游泳。

    尽量避开 6 月至 9 月——西南季风会将海浪推向这片海岸,海水会变得浑浊。在 8 月的暴雨周里,一些海鲜大排档甚至会完全停业。

    交通指南

    从 Duong Dong 镇中心出发,沿 DT45 沿海公路向北行驶 28 km 即可到达。交通方式如下:

    • [租借摩托车](/posts/renting-motorbike-vietnam (베트남 / 越南 / ベトナム)-legal-insurance): 租一辆本田 Wave 每天 150,000–180,000 VND。全程都是平坦的柏油路。中途不停留的话,大约需要 40 分钟。
    • Grab/出租车: 单程约 250,000–300,000 VND。在这么靠北的地方,Grab 的覆盖率并不稳定——请提前预订返程车辆或留下司机的电话号码。
    • 海岛跟团游: 大多数北岛一日游都会在 Ganh Dau 停留 30 分钟,但这点时间根本不够下海游泳。

    如果你从北部的 Vinpearl 区域出发,沿连接公路向西行驶仅需 8 km。

    游泳,享受无所事事的时光

    这片海滩非常适合那些觉得长滩过于喧闹的人。带上一本书吧。餐厅附近的树间挂着几个吊床,只要点餐就可以免费使用。

    漫步 Ganh Dau 村

    海滩南端的岩石岬角有一些小规模的珊瑚。12 月至 2 月期间的能见度最高。请自带浮潜面罩——这里没有租借设备的地方。

    观赏日落

    岬角几乎正对西方。在 12 月的下午 5:15(4 月为 5:45),太阳会径直落入海中。海鲜餐厅会在沙滩上摆放塑料椅——点一杯“bia hoi”(生啤)或一个椰子,静静等待美景降临即可。

    餐饮推荐

    选择有限但绝对地道:

    • Quan Hai San Ganh Dau —— 海滨地带最大的餐厅。招牌菜有烤军曹鱼、香茅炒蛤蜊、蒜蓉空心菜。两人饱餐一顿外加啤酒,花费约 350,000–500,000 VND。
    • 靠近岬角的一家家庭大排档(没有招牌,只有防水布下的几张桌子)——这里的生青鱼沙拉更好吃,但菜单选择较少。看着冷藏箱里哪个顺眼,直接指给老板看就行。

    不要指望这里有精致的烹饪手法。这是地道的渔民美食——新鲜、做法简单,非常依赖蘸料。如果你想吃得更讲究些,可以在来之前或回去后在 Duong Dong 用餐。

    想喝 越南咖啡 的话,村里的路上有一家小咖啡馆,提供滴漏咖啡和炼乳。这里没有 [鸡蛋咖啡](/posts/egg-coffee-hanoi (하노이 / 河内 / ハノイ)-ca-phe-trung)——那是 Hanoi 的特色。

    住宿推荐

    Ganh Dau 现在有几个住宿选择:

    • Chez Carole Resort —— 岬角附近最老牌的住宿。配有游泳池、空调平房,紧邻海滩。房价约 1,500,000 VND/晚起。
    • 当地民宿 —— 村里提供风扇的基础客房,价格 300,000–500,000 VND。足够干净,提供冷水淋浴。如果你想体验凌晨 5 AM 渔船出海的氛围,这里是不错的选择。
    • Nam Nghi Resort(向南往 Cua Can 方向几公里处)——如果觉得 Ganh Dau 过于简朴,这是一家高档的替代选择。

    大多数游客只是从 Duong Dong 出发来这里一日游,这也没问题。但住上一晚意味着你不仅能欣赏到日落,还能在上午 10 AM 旅游团抵达之前,独享清晨空无一人的海滩。

    实用建议

    • 仅收现金。 Ganh Dau 村没有 ATM 机。请在向北出发前在 Duong Dong 取好现金。
    • 防晒霜和水。 这里只有一家卖温热饮料的小店。请自带所需物品。
    • 手机信号 还算不错(Viettel 的信号最好),但别指望能用高速流量加载地图。出发前请下载好离线地图。
    • 蚊子 在黄昏时分会在树林边缘增多。如果你打算躺在吊床上看日落,请带上驱蚊液。

    常见避坑指南

    • 中午抵达。 海滩上几乎没有遮阳设施。请在清晨或下午 3 PM 之后前来。
    • 期待长滩那样的基础设施。 这里没有躺椅,没有鸡尾酒吧,也没有水上运动租赁。而这正是它的魅力所在。
    • 依赖 Grab 返程。 在这么靠北的地方,司机经常取消订单。请在抵达前安排好返程交通。
    • 跳过村庄不看。 大多数乘坐旅游大巴来的游客拍完海滩就走了。其实村庄比沙滩更有趣。

    结语

    Ganh Dau 不会跻身任何人的 Phu Quoc 五大景点之列——它也从未打算这么做。它只是一个让你逃离岛屿南部日益密集的度假区、享受半日清闲的避风港;是一边把脚埋在沙子里一边品尝烤鱼的惬意;是一场没有拥挤人群的日落。有时候,这就足够了。
