    对于初次来到 Phu Quoc 的游客来说,这里有两个地方经常让人不知所措:站在装满活蟹的水箱前,却完全不知道价格。Dinh Cau 夜市和 Duong Dong 港口都值得一去,但它们的体验截然不同,而且两者之间的价格差距足以让你在意。

    Dinh Cau 夜市 — 更容易上手的入门点

    Dinh Cau 夜市位于 Duong Dong 镇南端,紧邻 Dinh Cau 岩石神龛,距离 Tran Hung Dao 大街上的主要旅游区约 1 公里。夜市通常在下午 5:30 左右开放,大多数晚上 10 点左右收摊。

    布局非常直观:两排摊位,每个摊位前面都有一个烤架,柜台后面是水箱或冰柜。你走过去,指一指,他们称重,然后报价。整个过程就是这样。摊位都有编号,灯光通明,周围也有足够的游客,不用担心因为沟通不畅而饿肚子。

    你会在冰柜里看到:虎虾、鱿鱼、扇贝、血蚶("so huyet")、螳螂虾("bong bong" 或 "tom tich"),以及当天早上捕获的整鱼——通常是红鲷鱼或梭鱼。活水箱里则装着青蟹和龙虾。

    这里的价格比港口高,但价格通常是标好的,或者在下单前很容易确认。预期价格如下:

    • 葱油花生烤扇贝:每个约 30,000–40,000 VND
    • 虎虾:每 100 克 120,000–180,000 VND(视大小而定)
    • 青蟹:每公斤 350,000–500,000 VND
    • 烤鱿鱼:中等大小每份 80,000–120,000 VND

    在他们把食材拿去烤架之前,一定要问清楚每 100 克或每份的价格。指着食材,确认单位(问一句 "bao nhieu tien mot con?" —— 这个多少钱?),然后点头或摇头。这并不算粗鲁,这是预料之中的交流方式。

    烹饪方式主要是炭烤加盐和辣椒、姜丝清蒸,或者扇贝类会撒上绿豆粉丝和葱油。几乎所有食材你都可以要求 "nuong muoi ot"(盐焗烤)或 "hap"(清蒸)。

    Duong Dong 港口 — 更便宜、更粗犷、更有趣

    Duong Dong 港口位于 Dinh Cau 以北约 500 米处,过了 Bach Dang 街的桥就能看到。这里的海鲜摊位聚集在 Duong Dong 河西岸,靠近渔船停靠的地方。环境没那么精致——不平整的路面上摆着塑料凳,手写的价格牌,有时甚至完全没有英文——但对于同等品质的海鲜,价格比 Dinh Cau 低 30–50%。

    这里也是你能在当天更早时间买到新鲜渔获的地方。渔船在早上进港,所以如果你在早上 7–8 点到达,可以直接从卸货的商贩那里购买。不过,大多数烧烤摊位是从下午 4 点左右开始点燃炭火的。

    这里的客群更多是当地人和越南国内游客。这是一个判断性价比的有用信号。在 Dinh Cau 卖 160,000 VND 的蒜蓉黄油烤 "bong bong"(螳螂虾),在这里同样重量可能只需 90,000–110,000 VND。

    代价是,如果你表现得犹豫不决,这里的过程可能没那么“友好”。准备好手机里的计算器应用。大多数商贩宁愿在计算器上打出数字或写在手上,也不会让生意跑掉。

    入座前需要知道的事

    一定要称重,不要盲猜。 所有按重量出售的商品在放上烤架前都应该在你面前过秤。如果商贩在称重前就把你的螃蟹拿走,那正是你该叫住他们的时候。

    “时价”标志并非警示信号。 海鲜价格确实每天都在变。真正的警示信号是完全没有标价,且商贩在烹饪前似乎不愿确认价格。

    酱料和小菜会增加费用。 一碗 "nuoc cham"(蘸酱)、一盘空心菜、米饭——这些通常每样 15,000–30,000 VND,有些摊位会自动端上来。如果你没点,记得问清楚。

    准备小面额钞票。 找零通常比较困难。准备一些 50,000 VND 面额的钞票会让交易更顺畅。

    傍晚早点去。 两个地方在晚上 7 点后都会变得拥挤。在下午 5:30–6 点到达意味着有更好的座位选择、更有耐心的商贩,而且在热门食材售罄前,冰柜里的选择也更多。

    实用小贴士

    两个市场都不能稳定刷卡——只收现金。如果这是你第一次体验活海鲜市场,Dinh Cau 是更好的第一站;当你了解了自己想要什么以及大致的市场行情后,Duong Dong 港口非常值得二刷。在任何一个地点,预算每人 300,000–500,000 VND 即可享用一顿包含饮料的丰盛海鲜大餐。
