    Phu Quoc 有两个主要的吃新鲜现捕海鲜的地方——Dinh Cau 夜市和 Duong Dong 的作业渔港。它们骑摩托车仅需五分钟路程,但给人的感觉却像是身处两个不同的国度。

    Dinh Cau 夜市——面向游客,便捷,价格较高

    Dinh Cau 夜市位于 Duong Dong 镇南端附近的 Tran Hung Dao 大街沿线,大约 17:30 开市,22:00 左右收摊。这里的布局很简单:摊位上摆放着铺满冰块的螃蟹、龙虾、海胆、蛤蜊、扇贝和整鱼,均按 100 克或单件计价。你选好后,摊主称重并现场烤制或蒸熟。

    这里的价格真实但并不便宜。龙虾每 100 克约 150,000–250,000 VND,青蟹每 100 克约 80,000–120,000 VND,而铺满葱油和花生的扇贝每只约 30,000–50,000 VND。那种扇贝的做法——“so diep nuong mo hanh”——是 Dinh Cau 唯一值得你专门跑一趟的菜品。摊主将壳撬开,加入一小块油脂,直接放在炭火上烤。两分钟后,你就能吃到一口鲜美多汁、无需任何蘸料的美味。

    Dinh Cau 的问题在于,周围销售配菜(米饭、蔬菜、蘸料)的摊位通常价格虚高且调味不足。跳过那份 80,000 VND 的炒饭,转而从 18:00 左右在市场周边巡回的餐车上买一个“banh mi”(10,000 VND 每个)。酥脆的面包比蒸米饭更适合搭配烤贝类,还能中和油腻感。

    至于蘸料,向海鲜摊主索要“muoi tieu chanh”——在一个小碗里混合粗盐、黑胡椒和青柠汁。大多数摊位免费提供或收取 5,000 VND。它几乎百搭。

    Duong Dong 渔港——本地风味,价格实惠,需多费点心思

    Duong Dong 渔港位于 Dinh Cau 以北约 1.2 公里处,就在河口的 Bach Dang 大街旁。鱼市区域在清晨 05:00 到 08:00 最为活跃,那是渔船卸下隔夜渔获的时候。河边聚集着几家小型的 com binh dan(平价米饭)餐馆,其中一些从 16:00 左右开始为晚市客群营业。

    这里的价格大约是 Dinh Cau 同类海鲜的一半。青蟹每 100 克 50,000–70,000 VND 很常见。一条手臂长的整条烤鱿鱼(“muc nuong”)可能只需 60,000 VND。代价是环境——这是一个作业码头,有日光灯、塑料凳,还有柴油和鱼箱的味道。如果你不介意这些,那完全没问题。

    在 Duong Dong 的最佳策略是围绕“com”(蒸米饭)和一两道烹饪简单的海鲜来构建一顿完整的餐食,而不是像在 Dinh Cau 那样东吃一点西吃一点。点一份砂锅焖鱼(“ca kho to”)、一盘蒜蓉炒空心菜(“rau muong xao toi”)以及一份清蒸螃蟹共享。两人总价:约 250,000–350,000 VND(含饮料)。

    “Bia hoi”——扎啤——在港口边的餐馆里每杯仅需 10,000–15,000 VND。而在 Dinh Cau,一罐啤酒要 25,000–35,000 VND。如果你在意吃海鲜时是否有冰镇啤酒,那么渔港是更好的选择。

    搭配建议——以及避坑指南

    由于 Phu Quoc 岛周围是温暖的浅水区,这里的海鲜带有天然的甜味和咸味,不需要复杂的烹饪。以下是推荐的搭配:

    • 烤贝类(扇贝、蛤蜊、生蚝): 酥脆面包、muoi tieu chanh、冰啤酒。简单即是美味。
    • 清蒸或水煮螃蟹: 普通蒸米饭,如果有的话,再配一碗清汤。螃蟹本身的汁水就是最好的蘸料。
    • 烤整鱼: 索要“nuoc cham”(标准的甜味鱼露蘸料)和一盘新鲜香草——越南香菜、紫苏,如果有芭蕉花更好。
    • 鱿鱼: 最适合用盐和辣椒烤制,挤上青柠汁食用。避开一些游客摊位默认提供的蛋黄酱蘸料——它们会掩盖海鲜原本的鲜味。

    避坑指南:避开 Dinh Cau 塑封图片菜单上推销的预制海鲜拼盘。它们的存在只是为了清库存,且单品质量参差不齐。按件或按重量从冰床上点餐,才能确保新鲜度。

    如果你追求氛围、交通便利且不想四处寻找,Dinh Cau 是不错的选择——只需准备好每人 400,000–600,000 VND 的预算,即可享用包含饮料的完整一餐。Duong Dong 渔港更省钱且更具地道风味,但更适合早起的人,或者能接受菜单上几乎没有英文的人。两地均只收现金;最近的 ATM 机位于 Tran Hung Dao 大街上。
