    Mui Ne 市场 (Cho Mui Ne)

    Nha Hang Thanh Huong (Rach Dia)

    在通往 Rach Dia 渔村的路上,距离 Mui Ne 镇约 8 km,Thanh Huong 是一家家庭经营的餐厅,设有一个小吧台和一个面向街道开放的厨房。他们的鳀鱼来自自家的渔船,并用醋和少许糖来调制“goi ca mai”——比市场上的版本稍微甜一点,但口感依然清爽。一份(约 150 克)售价 70,000 VND。最佳点餐时间是上午 11:30–中午 12:30,正好在早班船靠岸之后。可以搭配他们的烤鱿鱼或黑鲳鱼;当地人通常会点一盘沙拉和两条烤鱼一起分享。这家餐厅只收现金,下午 4 点前关门。

    渔民合作社食堂 (Tran Hung Dao)

    这是一个供在职渔民使用的食堂,而不是旅游景点。它位于 Tran Hung Dao 街,从主海滩向内陆步行 5 分钟即可到达。他们只在特定日子供应“goi ca mai”——你可以问问酒店或当地的出租车司机今天是否有渔获。价格为 35,000–45,000 VND。这里的沙拉做法很简单,有时只加青柠和辣椒,有时会加烤芝麻。你将坐在塑料桌旁,旁边是穿着沾满盐渍衣服的渔民。没有英文菜单。指着别人在吃的东西,或者问服务员“goi ca mai co khong?”(你们有鳀鱼沙拉吗?)。建议去吃早餐或午餐;到了傍晚,摊位通常会早早关门。

    Salty Fish Cafe (Pham Van Dong)

    如何点餐以及有何期待

    如果你在市场摊位或食堂,只需说“một tô goi ca mai”(一碗鳀鱼沙拉)。在可以坐下来的餐厅里,指着别人在吃的东西,或者问“co goi ca mai khong?”(你们有 goi ca mai 吗?)。

    端上来时,沙拉会是松散的——生鳀鱼与青柠汁和辣椒混合,有时会加红葱头、花生或芝麻。通常不放油。请马上吃掉;放得越久,鳀鱼就越软,失去原有的口感。把米饼当作载体,或者直接用勺子大口吃。辣味会随着每一口不断累积;青柠中和了腥味,而咸味则非常浓烈。

    如果你觉得味道太重,可以要求“goi ca mai chua”(少盐)或者要求多加青柠汁。如果你提出要求,有些摊位会加一点糖,但当地人不建议这样做。

    Mui Ne 的“goi ca mai”最适合作为一顿休闲的工人阶级餐来体验——做好心理准备,大多数摊位只有塑料椅子,没有多余的装饰,而且只收现金。它的味道两极分化;如果你不喜欢腥鲜味或浓烈的鱼味,这道菜不适合你。但如果你喜欢,这就是 Vietnam(베트남 / 越南 / ベトナム)能提供的最顶级的生海鲜之一,从捕捞上岸到被吃掉只有短短几个小时。
