    Dai Bai 吸引着特定类型的游客。如果你想要那种包装精美、有英语导游的体验,这里并不适合。但如果你对传统金属工艺的实际操作过程感到好奇——失蜡法铸造、木炭炉、手工雕刻——Dai Bai 会以一种毫无剧本安排的真实感呈现给你。你可以走进大多数作坊观看工匠们工作。没有人收取门票。有些家庭甚至已经传承了八九代铸铜工艺。

    它也非常适合与更广泛的 Bac Ninh 一日游结合起来。该省是“quan ho”民歌(联合国教科文组织认可的传统)的中心地带,也是几座重要佛塔和公共集会所的所在地。Dai Bai 给了你一个跳出常规旅游圈的理由,而且不需要耗费好几天的时间。

    最佳游玩时间

    10 月到次年 3 月是理想的时间。作坊全年都在运转,但在夏季(6 月至 8 月),熔炉的高温加上 Bac Ninh 的潮湿,会让铸造区内变得非常难熬。即使在气候温和的日子里,熔炉附近的温度也可能超过 50°C。

    如果你想看到村庄最活跃的一面,可以在 Tet(뗏 (베트남 설날) / 越南春节 / テト (ベトナム旧正月))前几周去参观。在农历新年到来之前,对青铜祭祀用品(香炉、烛台、祭坛用品)的需求会激增,作坊也会延长工作时间。这种活力是真实的,绝非逢场作戏。

    参观公共集会所(Dinh Lang)

    Dai Bai 的公共集会所是为了纪念村庄的创始工匠而建。这是一座漂亮的木制建筑,上面有雕刻的龙和当地制作的青铜装饰元素。在这里,你可以了解村庄的历史背景——石碑和牌匾记录了这门手艺的传承。

    观看铸钟或铸像

    如果时机合适,你可以看到大型物件的浇铸过程——比如寺庙的钟或佛像。这并不是每天都有的,所以到达后可以四处打听一下。浇铸本身只需几分钟,但准备工作(制作和加热模具、熔化青铜)却非常引人入胜。

    与 Dong Ho 村结合游玩

    附近就餐推荐

    Dai Bai 本身没有专门为游客开设的餐厅。最好的选择是在参观之前或之后在 Bac Ninh 市(以北 15 km)用餐。

    可以找找“banh cuon”——Bac Ninh 版本的这种蒸米粉卷比 Hanoi 的稍厚,配以偏甜的蘸酱。Bac Ninh 主市场附近的摊贩卖 25,000–35,000 VND 一份。Bac Ninh 省的“nem chua”(发酵猪肉卷)也值得一试——它们比 Thanh Hoa 的品种更酸,到处都有路边摊在卖。

    如果你在返回 Hanoi 的路上感到饥饿,Dong Anh 附近 1A 国道沿线的餐厅会提供非常正宗的“bun cha(분짜 / 烤肉米粉 / ブンチャー)”和米饭套餐。

    大多数游客会将 Dai Bai 作为从 Hanoi 出发的一日游。如果你想住得近一点:

    • Bac Ninh 市 有几家中档酒店,价格在 400,000–800,000 VND/晚之间。虽然不豪华,但干净实用。

    避免常见错误

    • 到达时间太晚。 大多数铸造和繁重的作坊活动都在早上进行。下午 2 点以后,许多家庭就逐渐收工了。尽量在上午 9–10 点到达。
    • 期待精心策划的体验。 这里没有游客中心,没有售票处,也没有导游。这是一个人们真实劳作的村庄。这正是它的魅力所在,但如果你需要有条理的安排,请在 Hanoi 预订导游。
    • 未确认物流就寄送大件物品。 如果你买了一尊 30 kg 的铜像,作坊通常可以安排越南境内的运输,但国际运输得你自己负责。在付款前务必解决这个问题。
    • 因为“不够出名”而跳过 Dai Bai。 Bat Trang 和 Van Phuc 吸引了 Hanoi 附近工艺村的大部分注意力。Dai Bai 的环境可能略显粗糙,但这里的工艺更古老,体验也更接地气。这种权衡是值得的。
