    Hang Be 从 Hoan Kiem Lake 的边缘向北延伸,直通 Dong Xuan Market,步行不到十分钟即可穿过河内老城区的中心地带。大多数游客忙于在 Hang Bac 或 Ma May 游览,而忽略了它。那真是他们的损失。

    这不是一条有着统一招牌和二维码菜单的网红美食街。这是一条充满烟火气的巷子——摩托车、农产品货箱、摆到路中间的塑料凳——同样的摊主在这里烹饪同样的食物已经几十年了。这里的食物便宜,座位紧凑,整条街走下来,正好可以在一个上午完成一场地道的美食之旅。

    起个大早:上午 8 点前的 Pho

    Hang Be 的北端醒得很早。早上 6:30,已经有两家 "pho" 摊位在底层的店面营业了,可以通过门口冒着热气的汤锅和人行道上叠放三层高的塑料凳轻松辨认出来。

    如果你想吃当地人真正吃的早餐,就点 pho bo(牛肉河粉),而不是鸡肉的。这里的一碗粉价格在 45,000–55,000 VND 之间。汤底清澈而不油腻,用八角和焦姜调味,上面铺着少许生牛肉片,在碗里烫熟。这可能不是 Hanoi 最浓郁的 pho,但它真材实料且新鲜制作。请对座位状况保持耐心:你将与陌生人拼桌,在公交车从肩头呼啸而过的环境中用餐。

    这两家摊位通常在上午 9 点前就卖完了。之后,这里就会变回普通的杂货摊。

    上午时分:路口推车里的 Banh Cuon

    沿着巷子走大约一半,靠近 Hang Be 与一条狭窄交叉路口的交汇处,每天早上都有一位女士推着 "banh cuon" 的小推车。蒸米卷是现点现做的——她将米浆舀到覆盖在沸水上的布上,蒸三十秒,揭下,填入少许调味猪肉和木耳,卷起来,然后递给你。

    四卷一份的米卷配上蘸鱼露、切片的 cha lua(越南猪肉香肠)和一把豆芽,价格约为 35,000 VND。口感是关键:丝滑、薄透、微微透明。一不小心吃掉两份是非常容易的事。

    这位摊主没有固定的营业时间——她通常在早上 7 点到中午之间出现,米浆用完就收摊。如果没看到推车,向东走一个街区到 Hang Giay,你会找到类似的摊位。

    午餐:南端的 Bun Cha

    到了上午 11 点,Hang Be 的南段开始转向午餐模式。巷子底部附近有一家小店面——通过人行道上的木炭烤炉可以辨认出来——这里的 "bun cha" 非常值得你专门安排时间去品尝。

    烤猪肉饼和五花肉片盛在碗里,配上微甜的蘸汤,旁边是一盘冷米粉和一篮香草:紫苏、豆芽、青香蕉,有时还有切片的青芒果。那种炭火香气是纯正的,不是燃气烤炉能比拟的。一套完整的餐点——bun cha 加上 nem cua be(炸蟹肉春卷)——价格在 65,000–75,000 VND 之间,具体取决于你加了多少配菜。

    如果这家店坐满了(周末中午常有的事),往北走两个街区到 Hang Giay 也能吃到同样的菜,价格稍贵一点,但座位空间会宽敞一些。

    下午:以 Che 收尾

    "Che"——越南甜汤和甜点——通常在下午出现在 Hang Be,来自停在巷子中段的一辆流动推车。摊主通常提供三到四种选择:che ba mau(椰奶碎冰三色豆甜点)、che dau xanh(绿豆糖水),以及一种季节性轮换的品种。

    一杯价格在 20,000–25,000 VND。在河内(Hanoi)炎热的午后,加了碎冰的版本非常解暑。这本身算不上什么甜点圣地,但作为一场三小时、四道菜、总花费不到 200,000 VND 的美食之旅的最后一站,它为行程画上了完美的句号。

    如何游览这条小巷

    Hang Be 大致呈南北走向。南入口位于 Hoan Kiem Lake 湖滨附近,靠近与 Dinh Tien Hoang 的交汇处。北端通向河内最大的室内市场 Dong Xuan Market,如果有时间,那里也值得一逛。

    这条巷子双向步行皆可。早餐类食物——pho 和 banh cuon——集中在北端。Bun cha 和午餐摊位则位于南端。如果你想按顺序完成完整的美食之旅,建议由北向南走。

    带上现金。这条街上的摊位都不接受刷卡。最近的 ATM 机位于 Dinh Tien Hoang,从南入口步行两分钟即可到达。

    实用贴士

    Hang Be 在工作日上午 7 点到 10 点之间最繁忙——那是品种最丰富、食物最新鲜的时候。周末下午会有来自 Dong Xuan Market 和周边巷子的行人,非常拥挤。这条巷子没有任何专门的旅游基础设施,但这正是它的魅力所在:早点去,饿着肚子去,跟着香味走就对了。
