Hang Mua莲花田位于Mua Cave下方的平坦喀斯特山谷中,在宁平省Tam Coc码头以南约3公里处。这里不是精心修葺的花园,而是农民种植莲子、莲藕和莲花的农业鱼塘。莲田绵延数公顷,铺展于石灰岩峭壁脚下。花季期间,粉色花朵与灰色喀斯特山峰相互映衬,这样的景致让摄影师年年流连忘返。
Hang Mua本以攀登500级台阶、俯瞰Tam Coc山谷的龙形雕像而闻名。莲花田就分布在通往景区的道路两旁及周边区域,使这里原本的匆匆一游,在夏季变成了值得细细品味的长途造访。
原因主要有三。第一,莲花盛开的时节恰逢青稻季,整个山谷色彩浓烈,与冬季的萧条截然不同。第二,莲花田进入方便——无需乘船,莲花塘本身也不收门票(Hang Mua攀登需单独购票)。第三,清晨时分格外宁静,来自Hanoi的旅游大巴通常要到上午10点才会抵达。如果你在宁平住一晚,就能抓住大多数当日往返游客错过的黄金时段。
莲花季从5月下旬持续至7月,花期高峰通常在6月前三周。7月中旬之后,大多数花朵已结莲蓬。6月上旬至中旬是最佳时机——花朵完全盛开,荷叶高大翠绿,夏季的酷热尚未令人难以承受。
想要柔和的光线和空旷的小路,请在早上7点前到达。9点之后,阳光变得刺眼,旅行团也开始陆续涌入。下午4点后也可前往,不过随着山崖遮光,光线效果相对平淡。
莲花季之外,塘里只剩浑水和枯茎,10月间专程前来大可不必。
宁平市位于Hanoi以南约95公里处。出行方式:
抵达Tam Coc一带后,沿路标指示前往Hang Mua,途中便可看到莲花田——花季期间根本不可能错过。

莲花塘之间的泥土小路狭窄,有时泥泞不堪。请穿上不怕弄脏的鞋子。最佳拍摄点在西侧沿线,以莲花为前景,对准喀斯特山崖拍摄效果最佳。
登上Mua Cave山顶的500级台阶,可以从高处俯瞰整个山谷,包括山脚下的莲花塘。门票100,000 VND。建议早去——台阶虽为水泥铺砌,却十分陡峭,正午时分石阶已被晒得滚烫。山顶的龙形雕像略显浮夸,但俯瞰Tam Coc河以及田野间绿粉交织的色块,这番汗水绝对值得。
大多数民宿提供自行车租赁,每天30,000–50,000 VND。从Hang Mua到Tam Coc码头约3公里,一路穿过稻田,地势平坦。沿途不妨在小莲花塘边停留——这些地方游客稀少,往往更适合近距离拍摄,没有人群干扰。
Tam Coc路边的小摊贩售卖新鲜莲花茶("tra sen"),用当天清晨采摘的莲蕊冲泡而成,每杯15,000–20,000 VND。茶味清淡幽香,与瓶装饮料截然不同。部分摊位还售卖莲子零食和供自家冲泡的干莲花。
身着传统斗笠("non la")的当地女性在莲花丛中摆拍,收取小费,通常为50,000–100,000 VND。花季期间,这是她们重要的生计来源。如有意拍摄,请提前礼貌协商。如不愿付费,不妨单拍莲花——田间空间宽裕,视野开阔。

Hang Mua莲花田免费参观,只有攀登Mua Cave需要购票。最佳月份是6月,最佳时刻是早上7点前。住在当地,租辆自行车,你几乎可以独享整个山谷的宁静。
