    概述

    Hang Mua莲花田位于Mua Cave下方的平坦喀斯特山谷中,在宁平省Tam Coc码头以南约3公里处。这里不是精心修葺的花园,而是农民种植莲子、莲藕和莲花的农业鱼塘。莲田绵延数公顷,铺展于石灰岩峭壁脚下。花季期间,粉色花朵与灰色喀斯特山峰相互映衬,这样的景致让摄影师年年流连忘返。

    Hang Mua本以攀登500级台阶、俯瞰Tam Coc山谷的龙形雕像而闻名。莲花田就分布在通往景区的道路两旁及周边区域,使这里原本的匆匆一游,在夏季变成了值得细细品味的长途造访。

    为何值得一去

    原因主要有三。第一,莲花盛开的时节恰逢青稻季,整个山谷色彩浓烈,与冬季的萧条截然不同。第二,莲花田进入方便——无需乘船,莲花塘本身也不收门票(Hang Mua攀登需单独购票)。第三,清晨时分格外宁静,来自Hanoi的旅游大巴通常要到上午10点才会抵达。如果你在宁平住一晚,就能抓住大多数当日往返游客错过的黄金时段。

    最佳游览时间

    莲花季从5月下旬持续至7月,花期高峰通常在6月前三周。7月中旬之后,大多数花朵已结莲蓬。6月上旬至中旬是最佳时机——花朵完全盛开,荷叶高大翠绿,夏季的酷热尚未令人难以承受。

    想要柔和的光线和空旷的小路,请在早上7点前到达。9点之后,阳光变得刺眼,旅行团也开始陆续涌入。下午4点后也可前往,不过随着山崖遮光,光线效果相对平淡。

    莲花季之外,塘里只剩浑水和枯茎,10月间专程前来大可不必。

    如何从Hanoi前往

    宁平市位于Hanoi以南约95公里处。出行方式:

    • 大巴:从My Dinh或Giap Bat客运站每30分钟发出一班豪华面包车,票价100,000–150,000 VND,视路况约需2小时。部分班次停靠宁平汽车站,在那里可乘摩托车出租(约15分钟,40,000 VND)前往Hang Mua一带。
    • 火车:Hanoi至宁平站,乘SE次列车约需2.5小时,硬座票价从75,000 VND起。火车站距Tam Coc/Hang Mua约7公里。
    • 摩托车:沿QL1A国道或穿行Hoa Lu的幽静小路,约需2至2.5小时。通往Tam Coc山谷的道路平坦,路况良好。

    抵达Tam Coc一带后,沿路标指示前往Hang Mua,途中便可看到莲花田——花季期间根本不可能错过。

    游览攻略

    黎明时分漫步塘边

    莲花塘之间的泥土小路狭窄,有时泥泞不堪。请穿上不怕弄脏的鞋子。最佳拍摄点在西侧沿线,以莲花为前景,对准喀斯特山崖拍摄效果最佳。

    攀登Hang Mua俯瞰全景

    登上Mua Cave山顶的500级台阶,可以从高处俯瞰整个山谷,包括山脚下的莲花塘。门票100,000 VND。建议早去——台阶虽为水泥铺砌,却十分陡峭,正午时分石阶已被晒得滚烫。山顶的龙形雕像略显浮夸,但俯瞰Tam Coc河以及田野间绿粉交织的色块,这番汗水绝对值得。

    租自行车骑往Tam Coc码头

    大多数民宿提供自行车租赁,每天30,000–50,000 VND。从Hang Mua到Tam Coc码头约3公里,一路穿过稻田,地势平坦。沿途不妨在小莲花塘边停留——这些地方游客稀少,往往更适合近距离拍摄,没有人群干扰。

    在路边摊喝莲花茶

    Tam Coc路边的小摊贩售卖新鲜莲花茶("tra sen"),用当天清晨采摘的莲蕊冲泡而成,每杯15,000–20,000 VND。茶味清淡幽香,与瓶装饮料截然不同。部分摊位还售卖莲子零食和供自家冲泡的干莲花。

    拍摄"Non La"人像

    身着传统斗笠("non la")的当地女性在莲花丛中摆拍,收取小费,通常为50,000–100,000 VND。花季期间,这是她们重要的生计来源。如有意拍摄,请提前礼貌协商。如不愿付费,不妨单拍莲花——田间空间宽裕,视野开阔。

    周边餐饮推荐

    Tam Coc一带的主干道上遍布小餐馆,有两样东西值得专程一尝:

    • "Com chay"(锅巴饭):宁平的招牌菜——酥脆米饼配以爆炒山羊肉或蔬菜。可在Tam Coc码头附近的Trung Tuyet餐厅品尝,每份约80,000–120,000 VND。
    • 山羊肉("thit de"):宁平以此著称,可选择烧烤、火锅或柠檬草爆炒等多种做法。Tam Coc路沿线大多数餐馆均有供应,两人份丰盛套餐预算150,000–250,000 VND。

    住宿推荐

    • 经济型民宿:每晚200,000–400,000 VND。基础客房配备空调,通常可欣赏稻田景色。Tam Coc Homestay和Mua Caves Eco Lodge均在莲花田的骑行范围内。
    • 中档酒店:每晚600,000–1,200,000 VND。Ninh Binh Hidden Charm或Tam Coc Garden Resort提供泳池和早餐服务。
    • 高端选择:Nguyen Shack Ninh Binh或Tam Coc Rice Fields Resort,每晚1,500,000–3,000,000 VND,木屋风格,可观喀斯特山景。

    若想在清晨方便前往莲花田,建议住在Tam Coc一带,而非宁平市区。

    当地人会告诉你的实用建议

    • 莲花中午前后便会闭合。正午抵达,你看到的只是绿色莲蓬,而非粉色花瓣。
    • 记得携带驱蚊液。鱼塘是蚊虫滋生的温床,傍晚时分尤为猖獗。
    • 莲花田属于私人农地。未经允许,请勿踩踏植物或采摘花朵。农民对在小路上拍照的游客通常比较宽容,但不允许下水。
    • 可与Tam Coc竹筏游船当天结合游览——游船早上7点开始,两处景点相距很近,午饭前即可游完。
    • 如果在宁平停留多日,可搭配游览Trang An或Hoa Lu,丰富行程体验。

    常见错误

    • 时间选错:这是最让人失望的失误。5月下旬至7月以外的时间,莲花塘没有任何可看之处。
    • 上午10点后才到:来自Hanoi的旅游大巴上午中段便会在Hang Mua卸客,小路瞬间拥挤,莲花也开始闭合。
    • 穿人字拖:雨后塘边的黏土路十分湿滑。一个不小心,脚踝就陷进泥里了。
    • 不住一晚:当日往返的游客完全错过了最好的光线。在Tam Coc住上一晚,体验截然不同。

    实用小结

    Hang Mua莲花田免费参观,只有攀登Mua Cave需要购票。最佳月份是6月,最佳时刻是早上7点前。住在当地,租辆自行车,你几乎可以独享整个山谷的宁静。
