    “Xoi xeo”——即铺上绿豆泥、炸红葱头和几片“gio lua”(越南猪肉香肠)的黄糯米饭——一旦你尝过,就无需多言。它口感油润、咸香适口,姜黄染色的米饭带着淡淡的甜味,足以支撑你一上午的步行。按照Hanoi的标准,它既便宜又快捷。问题不在于要不要吃,而在于带着孩子去哪里坐下吃,才不会被挤出塑料小凳,甚至被挤到车流中。

    一碗好的Xoi Xeo是什么样的

    糯米必须软糯适中,盛出来时能保持形状,既不能像胶水一样粘,也不能太干。顶部的绿豆层应该厚实且细腻,经过筛网压制,呈现出淡黄色的泥状,而不是颗粒感。炸红葱头是必不可少的:它们提供了酥脆感,使整道菜不会显得过于油腻。Gio lua是经典配料,切成薄片,边缘微微卷起。一些摊位还提供“gio bo”(牛肉香肠)或煎蛋,价格额外增加5,000–10,000 VND。

    全市价格范围:每份15,000–30,000 VND,具体取决于配料和地理位置。

    Xoi Yen — 人尽皆知的招牌

    位于老城区Nguyen Huu Huan街的Xoi Yen是Hanoi最负盛名的Xoi Xeo店,它靠的是始终如一的品质而非炒作。这家店门面狭窄,大约早上6:00开门,通常在上午11:00左右就卖光了。一份包含绿豆、红葱头和gio lua的标准份大约需要25,000–30,000 VND。

    对于家庭游客,实用建议是:店里有小桌子,人行道上也有几张凳子。上午7:30到9:00是上班族的高峰期,店里会非常拥挤。如果你带着年幼的孩子,需要一个安静的座位,请在早上7:00之前或9:30之后前往。员工动作很快,也习惯了外带订单,所以如果店里坐满了,直接点餐后带到附近的Dinh Le书街长椅上吃也是不错的选择。

    Xoi Bap Ba Thin — Dong Xuan市场附近的安静选择

    从后勤角度来看,这个地方更适合家庭:街道更宽,帆布棚下有矮小的塑料桌,而且人群散得更快。每份价格为20,000–25,000 VND。仅限现金,最好准备零钱。

    如果你住在西湖(West Lake)附近而不是老城区,那么Xuan Dieu街上的Xoi Phuong值得一去。它拥有正式的店面,提供室内座位——有真正的椅子、吊扇和菜单板——这使其成为名单上最适合家庭的选择。这里的Xoi Xeo水准很高:绿豆层给得很足,红葱头每天现炸,如果孩子们想分着吃配料,你还可以点“xoi man tong hop”(混合咸糯米饭)。

    由于地段原因,这里的价格略高,为28,000–35,000 VND。它营业到中午左右,比老城区那些11:00前就消失的摊位提供了更多灵活性。

    Xoi Xeo是早餐食品,大多数摊位中午就收摊了。如果你打算在Hanoi老城区漫步时顺便吃早餐,最好在街道变得喧闹之前去。大多数摊位只收现金。请准备小面额纸币:20,000和50,000 VND的纸币到处都能用。如果你想让早餐更完美,附近街头摊位的一杯“ca phe sua da”仅需15,000–20,000 VND,与口感浓郁的糯米饭非常搭配。
