    Ban Pom Coong 坐落于 Mai Chau 稻田山谷的边缘,位于 Hanoi 西南约 135 km 处。当游客来到越南北部(베트남 / 越南 / ベトナム)的这一地区时,大多数人最终会前往两个村落之一——另一个是 Ban Lac。但 Pom Coong 是更安静的那一个,而且随着 Ban Lac 越来越倾向于团队游,这种差距只会越来越大。如果你想体验白泰族的高脚屋,又不想看到停满旅游大巴的停车场,这里是更好的选择。

    主要有三个原因。首先是山谷本身——平坦的翠绿稻田被喀斯特石灰岩山丘环绕,在雨季万物最绿的时候景色最佳。其次是文化。这里的白泰族社区仍保留着传统的编织工艺,你可以观看妇女们在织布机上劳作,制作并直接出售围巾和桌旗。第三,这里是逃离 Hanoi(하노이 / 河内 / ハノイ)轻松度过一晚的绝佳去处,不需要像去 Sapa 或 Ha Giang 那样投入好几天的时间。

    Pom Coong 还可以作为在 Mai Chau 山谷骑行和徒步的基地,这里地势平坦,不需要特别好的体力也能乐在其中。

    最佳游玩时间

    最佳的游玩时间是 9月至11月 和 3月至5月。9月和10月是水稻收获的季节——金色的稻田、良好的光线和相对干燥的天气。3月至5月是播种季节,山谷里的水会淹没到脚踝深,呈现出生机勃勃的翠绿色。

    如果你不喜欢寒冷的浓雾,请避开12月下旬至2月。山谷海拔约 300 米,冬天的早晨气温会降至 8-10°C,大雾要到中午才会散去。6月至8月炎热潮湿——虽然也能玩,但要做好下午下暴雨的准备。

    如何从 Hanoi 前往

    骑摩托车: 从 Hanoi 沿 QL6(6号国道)向西南行驶,穿过 Luong Son 并经过 Hoa Binh 市。全程约 135 km,根据途经城镇的交通情况,大约需要 3.5 到 4 小时。全程都是柏油路,但会经过 Thung Khe 隘口——这是一段蜿蜒的山路,风景很好,但卡车司机的驾驶习惯令人堪忧。请在 Hoa Binh 市加满油;之后的加油站会变得稀少。

    乘坐巴士: 从 Hanoi 的 My Dinh 汽车站有开往 Mai Chau 镇的巴士。票价约为 100,000-120,000 VND。车程约 4 小时。从 Mai Chau 镇中心到 Ban Pom Coong 距离 2 km——可以花 20,000-30,000 VND 叫一辆“xe om”(摩的),或者步行 25 分钟前往。

    包车: 从 Hanoi 出发带司机的单程包车费用为 1,200,000-1,500,000 VND。这是最舒适的选择,你可以中途在 Thung Khe 隘口停下来,品尝观景台小贩售卖的黑糯米和烤玉米。

    环村漫步

    Ban Pom Coong 很小,步行一小时就能逛完。主路环绕着高脚屋、鱼塘和织布作坊。留意那些屋下摆放着织布机的房子——如果你表现出真正的兴趣,织工们通常会很乐意为你演示。锦缎围巾的售价在 80,000-150,000 VND 之间,具体取决于尺寸和复杂程度。

    从村里有一条小路可以爬上俯瞰山谷的观景台——上山大约需要 45 分钟,具体取决于你的步速。这条小路没有路标,但被踩踏得很明显;可以请你的民宿主人为你指明起点。建议在清晨或傍晚前往,以避开正午的酷暑。

    参加晚间文化表演

    一些民宿会组织泰族歌舞晚会,村民们会表演传统舞蹈,并与客人一起分享“ruou can”。这些活动并非每晚都有——通常在至少有六人左右的团队时才会举行。请提前询问你的房东。

    逛逛每周集市

    Mai Chau 集市在周日早晨开放,吸引了泰族、芒族(Muong)和京族(Kinh)的小贩在此售卖农产品、干货和当地小吃。集市距离 Pom Coong 2 km,值得你早起前往。

    附近餐饮推荐

    值得寻找的当地美食是“com lam”(竹筒饭)——在炭火上用竹筒烤制的糯米饭,配以烤鸡或烤猪肉。大多数民宿在晚餐时都会供应。Mai Chau 的鸡是散养的,肉质鲜美,与 Hanoi 养殖场里的鸡有明显的不同。

    大多数游客会住在 Pom Coong 村内的民宿里。你将睡在高脚屋木地板的床垫上,体验大通铺式的集体住宿。预计费用为 每人 150,000-250,000 VND,包含晚餐和早餐。浴室是共用的,设施简单但很干净。

    如果追求更舒适的体验,Mai Chau 镇和村子之间的公路旁有几家客栈和小型度假村。带私人浴室和空调的房间价格为 每晚 400,000-800,000 VND。距离 Pom Coong 约 3 km 的 Mai Chau Ecolodge 是设施最完善的中档选择。

    当地人会告诉你的实用提示

    • 携带现金。 Mai Chau 镇上只有一台 ATM,而且不太可靠。Pom Coong 没有人接受刷卡。
    • 脱鞋后再进入高脚屋。这是基本的尊重,不可通融。
    • 防蚊液很重要,尤其是在5月至10月。稻田虽然美丽,但也是蚊虫的滋生地。
    • 学习两句泰语: “Khop jai”(谢谢)和“Sa bai dee”(你好)。当你尝试说当地语言时,人们会注意到的。
    • 如果你骑摩托车,Thung Khe 隘口在雨天会变得很滑。下坡时请减速——碎石会被冲刷到路面上。

    应避免的常见错误

    • 周末不预订就直接前往。 Pom Coong 的民宿数量有限,来自 Hanoi 的周末度假者会在周五和周六晚上把它们订满,尤其是在10月至12月期间。
    • 混淆 Ban Pom Coong 和 Ban Lac。 它们相距 1 km。进入山谷时,Pom Coong 在左边;Ban Lac 在右边。如果你最终到了 Ban Lac 并且觉得很拥挤,那就是走错路了。
    • 为了逛村子而错过了山谷。 环村漫步只需一小时。山谷里的骑行和徒步才是真正的精华所在。请至少预留一整天的时间。

    Ban Pom Coong 最适合作为从 Hanoi 出发的过夜游——早上出发,中午到达,下午探索,住一晚,第二天早上在山谷骑行,然后返回。如果你要向南走,它可以自然地与 Ninh Binh(닌빈 / 宁平 / ニンビン)的行程结合;或者将 Mai Chau 作为前往 Sapa 或 Ha Giang 的更长西北环线的第一站。
