    什么是 Ca Phe Muoi Da Lat

    “Ca phe muoi da lat”——字面意思是“Da Lat 咸咖啡”——这种饮品在 Vietnam (베트남 / 越南 / ベトナム) 的其他任何地方都找不到如此精心调配的平衡感。它绝非误打误撞的产物,也不是什么猎奇噱头。它是深度烘焙咖啡、甜炼乳、一撮海盐和冰块的结合。盐味在咖啡之后触及味蕾,中和了甜腻,留下令人回味无穷的余韵。如果在 Hanoi 或 Saigon 点这道饮品,你只会收获疑惑的目光;但在这里点单,你会得到赞许的点头。

    Thuy Cafe (Tran Phu 街)

    Hang Cafe (老法式街区)

    说“ca phe muoi da lat”或者直接说“ca phe muoi”。如果你在城里,老板会默认你要的是 da lat 版本。你可以补充说:“muoi nhieu”(多加盐)、“muoi it”(少加盐)、“da nhieu”(多加冰)或“duong it”(少加糖——不过这比较少见;大多数人都是原味饮用)。如果你想喝不加盐的,可以说“khong muoi”,但你可能会招来异样的目光。

    喝完后再付款,而不是先付。大多数地方只收现金;如果你询问的话,有一两家可以接受 Momo 或银行转账。

    最佳造访时间

    清晨(早上 6–8 点): 真正的人潮。工人、学生、去市场的当地人。咖啡尝起来更冷,因为冰块融化得没那么快——Da Lat 的黎明有些寒意。这时候你能品尝到这款饮品最本真的味道。

    午餐时间(上午 11 点至下午 1 点): 比较繁忙,等待时间比 Hanoi (하노이 / 河内 / ハノイ) 或 Saigon 短,但你会看到游客。冰块融化得更多;盐味更加明显。有些人更偏爱这种口感。

    傍晚(下午 3–5 点): 当地人的习惯。退休老人、放学的学生、休息的人们。比午餐时间安静。这杯饮品感觉更像是一种过渡仪式,而不是清晨的提神剂。

    避开上午过半的时间(早上 8–11 点),除非你愿意排队等待。那是旅游团席卷而来的时段。
