    Where to Find the Best Mi Quang in Hoi An

    Phu Quoc 以鱼露、胡椒农场和海滩烧烤闻名,但当地人最引以为傲的菜肴是“bun quay”。这是一种“搅拌面”,端上桌时各部分是分开的,只有当你亲手搅拌后,它才成为一碗完整的餐食。这种面条互动性强,口味相对温和,而且价格实惠,点上两轮也不会心疼。所有这些特点,使其成为家庭出游时的完美选择。

    什么是Bun Quay?

    这个名字大致意为“搅拌的面条”。你会得到一碗粗而有嚼劲的圆米粉,一杯热腾腾、清澈的猪骨虾干高汤,以及一盘配料——通常是整虾、鱼饼片、鱿鱼圈,有时还有蟹肉。旁边还会配上一小碟“mam ruoc”(用青柠汁和辣椒稀释的发酵虾酱)、新鲜香草、豆芽和青香蕉片。

    这种仪式的精髓在于过程。你将高汤倒入面中,根据口味加入适量的mam ruoc(建议先少放一点,味道很浓郁),挤入青柠汁,撕入香草,然后搅拌。“Quay”字面意思就是搅拌或旋转。平时对汤面不感兴趣的孩子,在亲手制作这碗面时往往会表现得格外专注。

    对于孩子或不习惯发酵气味的人来说,这道菜只用高汤加一点辣椒油也很好吃——mam ruoc是可选的,并非必须添加。

    去哪吃:三个可靠的地点

    Quan Bun Quay Kiem — Duong Dong的本地标杆

    这是大多数Phu Quoc居民首推的地方。它位于Duong Dong中心市场附近,大约早上6:30开门,通常11:30左右就卖完了——这是一家早餐和早午餐店,不提供晚餐。

    每碗价格在55,000–70,000 VND之间,具体取决于配料。虾和鱿鱼是默认搭配;加蟹肉大约多收20,000 VND。店里大约能容纳40人,全都是低矮的塑料桌椅。环境嘈杂且节奏快,孩子们通常觉得这比安静的餐厅更有趣。店员习惯了游客用手指点餐,而不是用越南语交流。

    这里的mam ruoc比其他一些地方口味更温和,如果你带小孩用餐,这一点值得注意。

    Bun Quay 44 — 座位更舒适

    位于Duong Dong的Tran Hung Dao(南北主干道)上,这家店的营业时间稍长,大约从早上6:00到下午1:00,并且有一个带顶棚的用餐区,提供真正的椅子而不是街头小凳。对于带着婴儿车的家庭,或者不想在低矮桌子前蜷缩30分钟的人来说,这很重要。

    价格相近:60,000–75,000 VND。高汤比Kiem家稍微偏甜一点,有些游客更喜欢这种口味。他们还提供“goi cuon”——新鲜春卷,作为主菜上桌前的开胃菜非常适合孩子。

    夜市摊位 — An Thoi和Duong Dong

    如果你的家庭正在逛Nguyen Trai街的Duong Dong夜市,那里有两三个摊位从晚上6:00到10:00供应bun quay。质量比专门的早间店稍微不稳定一些,但氛围更轻松——你本来就在闲逛,座位是共享的,价格在50,000 VND左右。适合在逛街间隙快速吃一碗,而不是作为正式的正餐。

    夜间的bun quay是为游客改良的版本;纯粹主义者只在早餐时吃。但它依然是地道的食物,绝非偷工减料的版本。

    给家庭的点餐小贴士

    对于四口之家(两名成人,两名儿童),建议每人点一碗,并额外加一份香草和豆芽供大家分享(“rau them”,10,000–15,000 VND)。大多数店会将mam ruoc分成小碟,这样每个人都可以控制自己的口味浓淡。

    如果孩子无法接受发酵酱,可以要求换成“nuoc cham”——即标准的甜味鱼露蘸酱——用它来调味。这是一个不错的替代品,而且大多数店的桌上本来就备有这种蘸酱。

    到达时间很重要:在任何一家坐下用餐的店,尽量在早上8:00前到达。到了9:30,受欢迎的店铺就会人满为患,且较好的配料组合也会卖光。

    令人垂涎的亚洲海鲜汤面,配有虾和蔬菜。非常适合美食爱好者。

    实用小贴士

    Phu Quoc的大多数bun quay店只收现金;请准备好小额钞票(10,000–50,000 VND面额)。最好的店铺营业时间通常只在上午,请相应地规划你的海滩行程,先吃早餐。这道菜不适合外带,所以请放弃打包的想法。
