    Can Gio 究竟是什么

    Can Gio 红树林生物圈保护区(Can Gio Mangrove Biosphere Reserve)位于 Saigon 市中心东南约 50 km 处,Saigon 河水系在此呈扇形汇入东海。它占地约 75,000 公顷,由潮汐林、泥滩和水道组成,是东南亚最大的已恢复红树林生态系统之一。联合国教科文组织于 2000 年将其指定为世界生物圈保护区。

    这片森林在战争期间几乎被除草剂完全摧毁。你今天所看到的,是自 20 世纪 70 年代末开始数十年重新种植的结果。了解这一背景后,你会对这里茂密的树冠感到更加震撼:在一个人的一生中,这个地方从光秃秃的泥地里重新焕发了生机。

    Can Gio 属于 Ho Chi Minh City (호치민시 / 胡志明市 / ホーチミン市) 的行政管辖范围,这让那些以为 Saigon 只有钢筋水泥和摩托车的人感到惊讶。严格来说,它是该市的一个区,但感觉却完全像是在另一个省份。

    Can Gio 非常适合作为从 Saigon (사이공 / 西贡 / サイゴン) 出发的一日游目的地;如果你想同时欣赏海岸日出并乘船穿梭于内陆水道,也可以选择节奏更慢的过夜游。这里不是海滩度假胜地——海水是泥褐色的,海岸都是泥滩——但这正是它的魅力所在。这里是潮汐荒野,而不是度假村。

    最佳游玩时间

    12 月至次年 4 月的旱季是理想的游玩时间。此时天空晴朗,湿度(相对)较低,穿过森林地表的步道也不会积水。1 月到 3 月通常是最舒适的。

    雨季(5 月至 11 月)会带来午后倾盆大雨,能把土路变成泥浆。乘船游览仍在进行,但雨具是必需品,而不是可有可无的。好处是:游客更少,而且森林也是最翠绿的时候。

    全年来看,工作日都比周末安静得多。如果可以避开周六和周日,请尽量避开。

    如何从 Saigon 前往

    标准路线是公路。从第一郡(District 1)出发,沿着 Nguyen Huu Tho 大道向东南方向前往 Nha Be,然后继续沿 15 号省道穿过盐滩到达 Can Gio 镇。根据出发点的不同,车程约为 50-60 km。

    骑摩托车: 自由行旅客最受欢迎的选择。从 Saigon 市中心出发需要 1.5-2 小时。你需要乘坐 Binh Khanh 渡轮(摩托车免费,每 15-20 分钟一班)。下渡轮后的道路平坦且铺设良好。过河前请加满油——Can Gio 一侧的加油站很稀少。

    乘汽车或出租车: 从第一郡叫 Grab 汽车单程大约 350,000-500,000 VND。你可以协商包含等待时间的往返行程,价格约为 1,200,000-1,500,000 VND。有些司机可能不愿意走那么远,因此通过旅行社或酒店预订会更靠谱。

    跟团游: 从 Saigon 出发的跟团一日游每人花费 500,000-900,000 VND,包含交通、午餐和门票。行程通常包括猴岛、一次乘船游览和一顿海鲜午餐。这种方式效率高,但行程紧凑。

    乘快艇: 有几家运营商提供从 Bach Dang 码头(第一郡)顺流而下前往 Can Gio 的快艇服务。航程约 1.5 小时,单程费用约为 300,000-400,000 VND。这是一种更有趣的抵达方式,你可以看着城市景观逐渐消融在红树林中。

    游玩项目

    猴岛(Dam Doi 区)

    这里是主要的旅游中心。大约有 1,500 只长尾猕猴生活在这里,而且它们胆子很大。它们会抢夺墨镜、手机、水瓶——任何闪闪发光或没有固定好的东西。进入前请保管好随身物品。成人门票约为 30,000 VND。里面有一个鳄鱼池、一个小型战争纪念馆,以及穿梭于树冠之间的高架步道。建议预留 1-2 小时。

    红树林乘船游览

    小型摩托艇在内陆水道中穿行,在树根形成的拱门下穿梭,并经过鸟类的筑巢地。30-45 分钟的行程包船费用约为 150,000-250,000 VND(可容纳 4-6 人)。清晨是观赏鸟类的最佳时间——有鹭、翠鸟,而在冬季,还能看到远至西伯利亚飞来的候鸟。

    Tan Thanh 海滩与盐滩

    Tan Thanh 不是一个适合游泳的海滩。这是一片狭长的泥地,当地人在这里采收蛤蜊和鸟蛤。在旱季,当蒸发池变成白色和粉色的几何色块时,相邻的盐滩非常上镜。这里值得在开车途中停下来看看,但不适合作为唯一的目的地。

    Rung Sac 游击队基地

    这是一个保存在红树林深处的战时基地,概念上类似于 Cu Chi Tunnels,但游客要少得多。展示内容很基础——重建的掩体、一些文物——但丛林环境赋予了它与众不同的氛围。免费入场,从主路乘短途船即可到达。

    Can Thanh 镇是餐饮中心。海滨餐厅主打当天早上从河口捕捞上来的任何海产:清蒸血蛤、烤虾、罗望子酱蟹,以及炸鱼配蘸盐。

    有两道菜值得一试:用生芒果和当地虾制作的“goi”(凉拌菜),以及香茅蒸“oc”(螺)。以 Saigon 的标准来看,价格很合理——两人份的丰盛海鲜大餐大约需要 300,000-500,000 VND。

    如果你正在返回 Saigon 的路上,穿过 Nha Be 的那段路有很不错的“hu tieu”摊位——这是一种南方风味的汤面,比北方的汤面更清淡、更鲜甜。

    住宿推荐

    大多数人将 Can Gio 作为一日游,但在这里过夜也是可以的。

    • 经济型: Can Thanh 镇的宾馆每晚 200,000-400,000 VND。设施基础但实用——有风扇房、共用浴室,老板也很热情。
    • 中档型: Tan Thanh 海滩附近的几家度假村提供空调房,价格从 600,000-1,200,000 VND 不等。Can Gio Resort 是其中最老牌的一家。
    • 民宿: 红树林保护区附近的一些水产养殖家庭提供住宿。条件比较质朴——有吊床、蚊帐和家常菜。可以在 Can Thanh 打听一下,或者通过 Saigon 的当地旅行社预订。

    当地人的实用建议

    • 携带现金。 Can Gio 很少有刷卡机。Can Thanh 有 ATM 机,但不要完全依赖它们。
    • 防晒霜和帽子是必需品。 中午时分,乘船游览和步道上的阴凉处非常有限。
    • 驱蚊剂。 这里是红树林沼泽,请做好相应的防护。

    • 期待海滩度假。 Can Gio 的海岸线是泥滩,而不是沙滩。如果你想游泳,从 Saigon 出发,Vung Tau 是更近的选择。
    • 预订最便宜的跟团游。 廉价团会把 30 多个人塞进一辆大巴,花在吃午饭上的时间比在森林里的时间还多。包摩托车游或小团游绝对物有所值。
    • 跳过乘船游览。 仅仅为了猴岛并不值得跑一趟。红树林水道才是真正的吸引力所在——请至少预留时间和预算进行一次乘船游览。

    实用须知

    Can Gio 是一个能让慢节奏旅行者获得回报的地方。那些匆匆穿过猴岛并在下午 2 点前离开的一日游游客,会错过水面上最美的光线、更宁静的水道以及傍晚的海鲜市场。如果 Saigon 的快节奏让你感到疲惫,在 Can Gio 住上一晚能让你重新调整状态,而且不需要坐飞机或长途大巴。
