    芹苴是一座对甜点极其讲究的河畔城市。从Hai Ba Trung街沿途的午后“Chè”小推车,到那些在大多数游客出生前就开始混合猪油和莲蓉的潮州风味月饼店,这里的甜点文化层次丰富、地域特色鲜明,非常值得花一个下午去探索。

    第一站 — Hai Ba Trung街的Chè

    下午2点左右出发,此时暑气最盛,来一碗冰凉的Chè再合适不过了。位于Ninh Kieu码头和中央市场之间的Hai Ba Trung街,汇集了一排Chè摊位,是最好的切入点。坐在塑料小凳上,来一碗Che ba mau(由绿豆、斑兰果冻和椰奶组成的“三色甜汤”,配上碎冰),价格大约在15,000–20,000 VND之间。

    如果你想吃点更扎实的,可以寻找Che bap——用椰浆熬制的甜玉米羹,浓郁且带有一丝烟熏味;或者Che dau trang,这是一种用白芸豆配上清淡姜糖水的甜品,听起来平平无奇,但味道绝佳。这里的摊贩通常会营业到傍晚,时间比较灵活,但下午早点去可以吃到最新鲜的配料,不用担心木薯粉圆变软烂。

    第二站 — 中央市场的Banh Pia与传统糕点

    芹苴(Can Tho)的中央市场(Cho Can Tho,位于Hai Ba Trung街的河畔)后方有一个干货区,那里有几家摊位出售包装好的或散装的传统糕点。这里是尝试“Banh Pia”的最佳地点,这是一种源自湄公河三角洲潮州华人社区的酥皮糕点,内馅通常是带有榴莲香气的绿豆沙或咸蛋黄。超市里卖的商业包装版虽然不错,但这里散装的、略带油润感且更新鲜的口感更胜一筹。

    在逛的时候,还可以找找“Banh bo”——一种带有蜂窝状内芯的蒸米糕,有斑兰叶味的绿色版或原味白色版;以及Banh cong,这是一种炸虾绿豆饼,介于咸味小吃和甜点之间,取决于摊贩在面糊里加了多少糖。准备50,000–80,000 VND就可以买到一份小份的混合糕点。

    第三站 — 潮州饼店的月饼

    芹苴有着显眼的潮州华人社区,他们对城市饮食文化的贡献在Hai Thuong Lan Ong街附近的老字号饼店表现得最为明显,该街区距离河边仅几个街区。这些店铺全年制作“Banh Trung Thu”(月饼),而不仅仅是在中秋节前后,因为当地人习惯将其作为礼物,或者在平时配茶食用,无需特定节日。

    标准的馅料是莲蓉配咸蛋黄,用模具压制成印有汉字的形状。每个价格约25,000–40,000 VND,按湄公河地区的标准来看并不便宜,但用料扎实——半块月饼配上一杯热茶就是一顿精致的简餐。一些店铺还制作冰皮月饼(Banh deo),口感更软糯,无需烘烤,需冷藏保存。如果你在Tet(春节)或中秋节期间造访,饼店会摆出琳琅满目的陈列;若在淡季,直接进店询问即可。

    第四站 — Ninh Kieu河畔的Kem(冰淇淋)

    傍晚时分,步行回到Ninh Kieu河畔长廊。从夜市区域到客运码头这一段路,有几家“Kem”推车和小店。当地特色是Kem dua——装在嫩椰子壳里的椰子冰淇淋,上面撒着花生、虾干(可选,但建议尝试)和炼乳。听起来像是个奇怪的组合,但味道却意外地好。

    如果想要更传统的口味,这里也有售卖斑兰、芋头和榴莲口味的软冰淇淋摊位,每个甜筒价格在20,000–30,000 VND。榴莲软冰淇淋的评价往往两极分化;如果你还在犹豫是否尝试这种水果,这是一个低成本的试错方式。

    第五站 — 现代甜点咖啡馆的收尾

    行程的最后一站,选在芹苴咖啡馆密集的后街,那里过去几年开了不少甜点咖啡馆。De Tham街和Ngo Duc Ke街附近的密度最高。这些店提供越南版的Bingsu(韩式雪花冰)、抹茶椰奶组合,以及装在梅森罐里、配料摆盘极具网红感的改良版Chè。

    品质参差不齐,但更好的店——寻找那些排着长队当地人的店,而不是挂着英文招牌的店——通常能做出不错的“Che thai”(泰式什锦水果椰奶冰)和口感顺滑、甜度适中的芋头千层蛋糕。这里的价格比街头摊位高,每份甜点约45,000–70,000 VND。找个位置坐下,点上一杯越南冰咖啡或莲花茶,搭配你选的甜点,静静感受午后的时光流逝。

    实用贴士

    整条路线全长约1.5公里,最适合在下午2点到6点之间步行游览,此时街头摊贩活跃,暑气也开始消退。芹苴的甜点文化与潮州华人及高棉文化紧密相连,因此你会发现斑兰、芋头、椰子、咸蛋黄等风味在每一站反复出现,这并非因为城市缺乏创意,而是因为这些食材确实是绝配。请携带现金;这些站点均不支持刷卡。
