    海防的夜晚从不因晚餐结束而沉寂。当太阳落山,暑气稍退,另一座“美食之城”便悄然苏醒——人行道上烟火升腾,售卖“che”的推车推了出来,海滨三条街区内的螺蛳店里坐满了食客。如果你想体验最地道的海防,这就是你该去的地方。

    晚上9点后的烧烤街

    通往Tam Bac湖区的Tran Phu路段是深夜烧烤的大本营。从晚上9点左右开始,摊主们直接在人行道上架起炭火炉,开始制作“banh mi nuong”——将厚面包片压扁,涂上肉酱、葱油,撒上虾干后烤制。每份价格在15,000–20,000 VND之间。这与普通的banh mi风味截然不同,而且在深夜吃起来格外美味。

    附近的Dinh Tien Hoang路上,有一排“nem nuong”摊位营业至深夜。这里的nem nuong是指用米纸包裹烤猪肉香肠,搭配新鲜香草和浓郁蘸酱,一份分量十足,价格为35,000–50,000 VND。这些摊位没有英文招牌,跟着烟火气和手里端着盘子的当地人走准没错。

    如果想吃种类丰富的烤肉——那种一次点上排骨、鸡翅和玉米,然后源源不断端上桌的体验——Lach Tray街有一排临街餐厅,实行非正式的“自带啤酒”制度。你可以从隔壁两家店的便利店买些Larue或Hanoi啤酒带过去,没人会介意。

    螺蛳摊:真正的海防地标

    海防的“Oc”(螺蛳)文化非常讲究。这座城市拥有Hanoi难以比拟的沿海贝类资源,深夜的螺蛳摊就是最好的证明。在Ngo Quyen区,特别是沿着Phan Boi Chau路及其支路,你会发现许多餐厅的菜单全是以八种不同方式烹饪的贝类。

    点餐方式如下:选择你的贝类(血蚶、蛏子、玉螺,如果有的话还有螳螂虾),然后选择烹饪方式——香茅蒸、辣椒盐炒,或者罗望子黄油炒。两人份的丰盛大餐加上饮料,大约需要150,000–250,000 VND。“Oc huong”(香螺)是高档选择,非常值得尝试,根据当晚的供应情况,每份约80,000–100,000 VND。

    周末晚上9:30之后,这些摊位通常座无虚席。建议9点前到达,否则就得做好在人行道上排队的准备。

    甜品推车与“Che”小站

    海防的“che”甜品水准即便在越南北部也属上乘。晚上8点后,Ben Bach Dang河滨步道附近会出现最稳定的甜品摊群。摊主们售卖“che ba mau”(绿豆、果冻和椰奶制成的三色甜品,配碎冰)和“che hat sen”(莲子甜汤),价格都在15,000–25,000 VND之间。

    如果想吃点扎实的,Cho Sat市场附近的“banh duc”摊位会营业到深夜。“Banh duc”是一种咸味米糕,冷食,上面撒有炸葱酥、肉松和nuoc cham(鱼露蘸酱)。这简直就是为晚上11点量身定做的宵夜。

    如果你想吃热甜品,可以寻找售卖“tao pho”(姜汁豆花)的流动摊贩,他们通常推着桶在Tam Bac地区走动。你会听到他们摇动小铃铛的声音,循声而去即可。

    当地人去哪儿 vs 游客路线

    实话实说,海防目前还没有形成成熟的游客美食路线,这其实是件好事。Hoang Van Thu老法租界附近的夜市摊位对游客来说最显眼,但大多售卖烤玉米和包装零食,实用但不够地道。

    Phan Boi Chau路上的螺蛳摊、Dinh Tien Hoang路上的nem nuong摊位以及Ben Bach Dang沿线的che推车,才是当地人的心头好。这些地方不需要导游或预订,走过去,指一指,坐下开吃即可。

    一点实用建议:Google Maps上关于海防街头美食的标注并不完整。真正值得去的摊位往往没有在线信息。建议按街区寻找,而不是按地图上的点位。

    夜间安全与价格

    以越南城市标准来看,海防的夜间街头美食区非常平和。需要注意的主要就是摩托车交通——一些狭窄的烧烤街也是交通要道,摩托车会在烟雾中快速穿行。坐下时,请尽量选择靠人行道内侧的位置。

    价格非常公道。这里不是Hanoi的老城区,没有针对外国人的系统性加价。如果你买一碗oc luoc(白灼螺)被收了30,000 VND,而当地人付的是25,000 VND,这已经是你可能遇到的最大差价了。螺蛳摊和街头小吃的价格非常便宜,完全没必要讨价还价,那样反而显得有些尴尬。

    几乎所有街头摊位都只收现金。Cho Sat和Tran Phu沿线很容易找到ATM。请随身携带小额钞票(10,000和20,000 VND面额),因为摊主通常找不开200,000 VND的大钞。

    实用信息

    海防的深夜美食活动大多在工作日晚上8点至午夜进行,周末则会延长至凌晨1点。Ben Bach Dang河滨区域非常安全,适合在吃完甜品后散步消食。从Hanoi出发,海防是一个非常适合一日游或过夜的目的地——车程约100公里,耗时两小时——但这里的夜宵文化绝对值得你留宿一晚,而不是匆匆赶回。
