    Quan An Ngoc Suong — 16 Tran Quang Khai

    Chef Lieu's Table — 私房菜, Vinh Nguyen Ward

    这家餐厅需要花点心思去寻找和预订,这本身也是体验的一部分。主厨 Lieu Nguyen 在回到 Nha Trang 并在 Vinh Nguyen 区(距离 Tran Phu 主街约 4 公里)开设小型私房菜空间之前,曾在 Saigon (사이공 / 西贡 / サイゴン) 经营过多年商业厨房。餐厅采用套餐制,包含 6–8 道菜,完全取决于早市的供应情况以及她与小型渔船渔民的合作网络。

    最近的一份菜单包括填满虾干和当地木耳的蒸 "banh cuon (반꾸온 / 蒸米卷 / バインクオン)"、简单铺在冷饭上的海胆,以及她描述为“祖母配方改良版”的慢炖豆豉五花肉。没有纸质菜单,没有网站——请通过她的 Instagram (@lieukitchen_nhatrang) 联系。最多容纳 10 人。费用为每人 950,000–1,300,000 VND,绝对物超所值。

    令人垂涎的海鲜拼盘,配有沙拉和薯条。是享受美食体验的绝佳选择。

    与场合相配的饮品

    Nha Trang 有不错的鸡尾酒吧,但由于进口关税,葡萄酒在任何地方都很贵。更明智的做法是尝试当地的特色饮品:作为餐后甜点的优质“vietnamese coffee (베트남 커피 / 越南咖啡 / ベトナムコーヒー)”,或者向上述餐厅询问他们的自制药草酒——有些餐厅会私藏一些不在菜单上的浸泡米酒,如果您询问的话,他们可能会拿出来。

    预订逻辑

    11 月至 1 月是旱季高峰期,餐厅座位紧张,尤其是 Citrus 和 Sailing Club。请至少提前 3–5 天预订。2 月至 4 月天气依然可靠,游客较少,是无需预订也能有座的黄金时期。6 月至 9 月天气炎热且偶尔有雨;此时游客潮已退去,这意味着更容易订到座位,有时海鲜价格也会更优惠。

    对于 Chef Lieu's Table,无论季节如何,请至少提前一周预订。她有时会为了采购食材而临时闭店且不另行通知,因此请在用餐前 24 小时再次确认。

    实用提示

    上述大多数餐厅都接受刷卡支付,但请随身携带现金作为备用——停电和刷卡机故障时有发生。上述地址在旧地图上都不容易找到;请使用 Google 地图,并在离开酒店前确认地图上的定位与门牌号相符。大多数餐厅的着装要求为商务休闲风;Chef Lieu's 的私房菜体验只需准时到达即可。
