    Can Tho 是湄公河三角洲最大的城市,这里的饮食风格也与之匹配——自信、平价,并带有你在 Saigon 找不到的独特地域风味。这座城市的街头美食分布在几个不同的街区,每个街区的营业高峰时段各不相同。如果去错地方或搞错了时间,你可能只会面对空荡荡的桌椅和早已收起的遮阳棚。

    Ninh Kieu 区 — 河滨核心地带

    Ninh Kieu 是大多数游客的起点,这不无道理。沿着 Hai Ba Trung 街的河滨步道步行不到二十分钟就能走完全程,这里的摊位密度极高,你可以一路逛吃,无需锁定某一家店。

    这里吃什么

    "Hu tieu" 是你开启早晨的首选。Can Tho 版本的 Hu tieu 汤底更清澈,带有淡淡的猪肉甜味,比你在北部吃到的更偏向南部风味。位于 Phan Dinh Phung 街夜市入口附近的 Quan Huong 是一家矮凳小店,多年来一直沿用着同样的配方。一碗的价格在 35,000–45,000 VND 之间。

    至于 "banh mi",聚集在 Bach Dang 码头附近的摊位通常在早上 6:30 开张,9 点左右就收摊了。这里的馅料多为自制肉酱和腌制白萝卜——简单直接,不加修饰,价格约 15,000–20,000 VND。

    傍晚时分,从河边向内陆步行一小段路来到 Nguyen An Ninh 街,这里挤满了卖 "bun rieu" 的摊贩。这里的蟹肉番茄汤底比 Hanoi 的更浓郁,配上一盘新鲜的空心菜和香蕉花,你可以根据喜好自行加入汤中。

    最佳时间: 早餐摊位为早上 6:30–9:00;夜市街区为傍晚 5:30–9:00。

    步行范围: Ninh Kieu 的大部分街头美食都位于以 Bach Dang 码头为起点、半径 1.5 公里的环线内。


    Cai Rang — 水上市场街区

    Cai Rang 位于 Ninh Kieu 市中心以南约 6 公里处,骑摩托车十五分钟即可到达,或者从 Bach Dang 码头乘船前往(水路约 30–45 分钟,拼船费用 120,000–150,000 VND,如果雇摩托车出租车前往岸边会更便宜)。

    水上市场本身在早上 5 点到 8 点之间最热闹,之后很快就会散去。但真正的美食其实隐藏在周围的陆地街道上,大多数游客往往会错过。

    这里吃什么

    "Banh canh"——一种用木薯粉或米粉制成的浓汤面——是 Cai Rang 的早餐主食。寻找 Nguyen Van Cu 街靠近 Cai Rang 大桥附近的摊位。一碗加了蟹肉和虾的面大约 40,000 VND,分量十足,足以支撑你到午餐时间。

    "Banh xeo" 是这个街区的另一道招牌菜。Can Tho 版本的 Banh xeo 个头很大,馅料包含虾、猪肉和豆芽,外皮酥脆,比许多 Saigon 版本更耐嚼。用芥菜叶和米纸包裹,蘸上鱼露食用。Tran Phu 街上有几家家庭经营的小店从上午 10 点开始供应,每份煎饼价格约 50,000–70,000 VND。

    最佳时间: 早上 7 点前去水上市场和吃 Banh canh;上午 10 点至下午 1 点去吃 Banh xeo。

    步行范围: 范围较小——核心摊位集中在 Cai Rang 大桥 800 米范围内。建议骑摩托车或雇车前往;从码头步行过去并不方便。

    Binh Thuy 区 — 本地午餐,拒绝游客溢价

    Binh Thuy 位于 Can Tho 市中心以北约 4 公里处,很少出现在游客行程中。这正是它的魅力所在。价格更低,午餐人群几乎全是当地人——上班族、教师、建筑工人。

    这里吃什么

    "Com tam"——碎米饭——是这里的午餐标配。Ly Tu Trong 街上的几家路边小店做得非常地道:炭烤猪排、一片蒸蛋饼、猪皮丝、腌菜,再配上一小碗汤。预算 40,000–55,000 VND 即可。

    "Mi quang" 在南部偶尔能见到,但 Binh Thuy 有几家店做的是带有湄公河风味的改良版——虾肉丰富,面条呈姜黄色,汤底比 Hoi An 原版更稀一些。虽然严格来说不是同一种菜,但如果你只吃过中部版本,这绝对值得一试。

    至于饮品,"ca phe sua da" 在 Can Tho 随处可见,但 Binh Thuy 的滴漏咖啡店倾向于使用当地烘焙的湄公河地区咖啡豆,口感比标准的 Buon Ma Thuot 拼配豆更清淡,苦味更少。

    最佳时间: 上午 11 点至下午 1:30。大多数店铺在午后就会关门或售罄。

    步行范围: Binh Thuy 的美食沿 Ly Tu Trong 街及相邻小巷分布,全长约 2 公里。骑摩托车会更方便。

    An Binh 岛 — 早市与午后的宁静

    从 Ninh Kieu 乘短途渡轮(5,000 VND)即可到达 An Binh 岛,这里的生活节奏比市区更慢。渡轮码头附近的早市在上午 9 点前就会结束,但那里提供现点现做的 "goi cuon"(新鲜米纸卷,内含虾、香草和米粉),还有烤香蕉饼和手工制作的椰子糖。

    这里与其说是吃正餐的目的地,不如说是一个在回城前花 45 分钟逛吃的好地方。

    最佳时间: 仅限上午 7 点至 9 点。


    实用贴士

    Can Tho 的街头美食窗口期很早——如果你在上午 9 点后才到,指望能吃到全套美食,那你可能会错过一半最好的摊位。租一辆摩托车(每天约 120,000–150,000 VND),这样往返于 Ninh Kieu、Cai Rang 和 Binh Thuy 之间会更方便,也省去了逐次乘坐摩托车出租车的费用。大多数街头餐点价格在 15,000–70,000 VND 之间;如果你完全在摊位解决饮食,避开餐厅,每天的预算 200,000–300,000 VND 就足够了。
