    Citron — 精致化的越南经典

    Citron 坐落在 Back Beach 附近一栋古老的法式殖民建筑内,其室内设计让人流连忘返。主厨曾在 Saigon (사이공 / 西贡 / サイゴン) 的厨房历练,回到家乡后,他设计了一份以熟悉菜肴为基础、通过更优质的食材和更纯粹的烹饪技巧进行重塑的菜单。

    他的“bun bo Hue”是最受瞩目的菜品——慢炖猪肉柠檬草汤底,配上手工切制的米粉和一块入口即化的红烧牛腱。整碗售价 145,000 VND,介于精致餐厅体验与家常温暖味道之间。这是一种极高的赞誉。

    这里的“goi cuon”选用的是 Mekong Delta (메콩 델타 / 湄公河三角洲 / メコンデルタ) 的鲜虾,而非大多数餐厅常用的冷冻产品,口感差异一尝便知。四卷一份,售价 95,000 VND。

    Citron 周二休息。酒单虽短但实用,员工对食物非常了解——这在海滨小镇实属难得。

    Nha Hang Bien Xanh — 值得专程前往

    在主干道以北约 8 公里处,经过灯塔路,向着更安静的住宅海岸方向,Nha Hang Bien Xanh 完全靠口碑赢得了声誉。餐厅由私人住宅改造而成,拥有一个能充分感受海风的露天平台。桌位间距宽敞,环境安静舒适。

    厨房提供精简的菜单——六道前菜、八道主菜——每天根据当天最新鲜的食材调整。在最近的一次访问中,他们的“cha gio”是用蟹肉和粉丝而非猪肉制成的,包裹在炸得近乎透明的米纸中,这种火候在大规模生产中很难实现。搭配的 nuoc cham 蘸酱平衡感极佳——绝非市面上那种甜味过重的版本。

    主菜价格在 200,000 至 450,000 VND 之间。青芒果沙拉烤鱿鱼(约 280,000 VND)是一道让你在回家路上都会忍不住向人推荐的美味。

    如果没有摩托车或出租车,前往那里不太方便。从 Vung Tau 市中心使用 Grab 很方便——单程预算约 60,000–80,000 VND。

    The Veranda at Grand Ho Tram — 如果你想奢华一番

    距离 Vung Tau 约 40 公里的 Grand Ho Tram Strip 度假村内的 The Veranda 属于另一个档次的餐饮——正宗的白桌布服务、专业的侍酒师,主菜价格在 400,000–900,000 VND 之间。它之所以入选,是因为其菜单中的越南菜部分处理得比一般酒店餐厅要严谨得多。

    “mi quang”——这道源自越南中部 (베트남 / 越南 / ベトナム) 的姜黄面条——在这里作为前菜出现,配有水煮虾、烤花生和芝麻脆饼,不仅还原度极高,而且绝非敷衍了事。那道受“cao lau”启发的面条,配以慢炖猪肉和猪油渣碎,售价 320,000 VND,是菜单上比国际菜肴更值得尝试的选择。

    从 Vung Tau 开车过来需要 45 分钟。如果您是在海边度周末而非仅仅一日游,那么非常值得一去。

    关于价格的预期

    Vung Tau 的精致餐饮价格仍显著低于 Saigon。在 Quay 55 或 Citron 享用一顿包含饮品的完整晚餐——两人份,尽情点单——总价约在 800,000–1,200,000 VND 左右。在 The Veranda,每对夫妇加上葡萄酒的预算约为 1,500,000–2,500,000 VND。这些地方都不会自动加收服务费,但通常会四舍五入加 10% 作为小费,这也是一种礼貌的做法。

    实用贴士

    Vung Tau 大多数优质餐厅在周六晚上最为繁忙,因为此时 Saigon 的一日游游客尚未离开——请务必提前预订或在下午 6:30 前到达。这里的着装要求相对宽松,但在高档餐厅穿着过于随意的海滩装可能会显得不够礼貌。从 Vung Tau 市中心乘坐 Grab 前往大多数地址都非常方便。
