    清真牛肉面:占族风味的 "Bo Kho"

    人们专程前来品尝的是占族版的 "bo kho"——这是一种慢炖牛肉面,比你在越式中餐馆里吃到的版本更浓郁、更香。占族厨师使用香茅、南姜以及各家秘制的香料配方,通常包含八角和姜黄。汤底颜色更深,甜味比 Saigon 版本更淡,表面漂浮的油脂证明牛腱肉从清晨就开始炖煮了。

    占族甜点:被低估的美味

    如果你在 Chau Giang 只想吃一样东西,那就选甜点。占族甜点传统以椰子为主,带有淡淡的香料味,与你在三角洲其他地方吃到的 che(越南甜汤)截然不同。

    "Chuoi nuong Cham"——用糯米和椰丝包裹的烤香蕉,是入门首选。它在村里的主干道沿线以篮筐形式售卖,每个约 10,000–15,000 VND,从炭火炉上取下时还热乎乎的。

    "Banh gan" 是一种用香蕉叶蒸制的浓郁椰子鸡蛋布丁,顶部略带焦糖味,口感介于法式炖蛋和结实的布丁之间。它比看起来甜度要低,非常适合搭配无糖茶饮。

    在斋月和开斋节期间,甜点的种类会大幅增加——家庭会制作一年中其他时间很少见到的美食,包括带有斑兰叶和芝麻风味的米制糕点。如果你的旅行恰逢这些节日,村子里会充满节日的氛围,食物也经常会与游客分享。

    饮品推荐

    占族村落不提供酒精饮料。你可以在售卖食物的摊位找到新鲜椰子水、瓶装水和加糖冰茶。整个三角洲地区流行的 "ca phe sua da" 文化在这里并不盛行——咖啡并不是占族饮食景观的一部分。如果你需要咖啡因,请提前准备。

    融入更广泛的 Chau Doc 一日游

    大多数人会将 Chau Giang 之旅与 Sam Mountain 的清晨时光或镇上的水上养鱼场船游结合起来。渡轮班次频繁,你可以过河吃早餐,花两到三个小时边吃边逛,然后在上午晚些时候回到 Chau Doc。这可以自然地融入你的一天行程中,还可以顺便逛逛 Chau Doc 市场——这是三角洲地区最繁忙的市场之一——在那里你可以找到在越南和柬埔寨之间流通的干鱼、虾酱和农产品。

    如果你正在规划更广泛的湄公河行程,Chau Doc 与南部的 Can Tho 相距约 2.5 小时车程,是经由 Vinh Xuong 边境进入柬埔寨前的理想中转站。

    实用贴士

    周二至周日是游览占族村落的最佳时间——部分家庭摊位周一休息。人均预算 80,000–120,000 VND 即可享用包括面条、甜点和饮料在内的丰盛早餐。Chau Giang 村内没有自动取款机,请在过河前从 Chau Doc 准备好现金。
