    50,000越南盾大约相当于2美元。在 河内,这个价格依然能让你吃上一顿正餐——不是零食,也不是只有几根面条的清汤,而是当地人每天都在享用的、实实在在的饱腹美食。你只需要知道去哪里找。

    早餐:起个大早,吃得讲究

    河内的早餐是一项“早起运动”。大多数最好的摊位在上午9点前就会收摊,有些甚至8点就结束了。如果你去晚了,只能看到空锅和正在打扫卫生的摊主。

    Pho:35,000–50,000 VND

    “Pho”(河粉)是显而易见的首选,这不无道理。在路边摊——那种摆着低矮塑料凳、汤锅从凌晨4点就开始熬制的店里——在大多数老居民区,一碗河粉的价格在35,000到45,000 VND之间。还剑区(Hoan Kiem)面向游客的店价格会推高到60,000到80,000 VND,所以建议往主干道外走一两条街。位于Bat Dan街(老城区边缘)的Pho Bat Dan非常出名,一碗牛肉河粉(bo)的价格依然合理,约为50,000 VND。尽量在上午8点前到达,否则就要排队了,不过排队速度比看起来要快。

    Banh Cuon:25,000–40,000 VND

    “Banh cuon”(越南肠粉)——蒸米粉卷里包裹着猪肉末和木耳,配上一碗蘸水(nuoc cham)和几片越南扎肉(Vietnamese pork sausage)——是城里性价比最高的早餐之一。清晨时分,可以在 Dong Xuan Market 附近寻找那些在蒸盘前忙碌的女性摊主。加料后的肠粉价格最高也就40,000 VND左右。

    Xoi:15,000–30,000 VND

    “Xoi”(糯米饭)是最容易找到的平价早餐。上午8点前,几乎每个街区都有摊位,提供各种配料:xoi xeo(绿豆泥配炸葱酥)、xoi ga(鸡丝)、xoi trung(鸡蛋)。一份用香蕉叶包裹的xoi xeo只需15,000到20,000 VND。加了煎蛋的xoi ga大约30,000 VND,足以让你撑到下午。

    午餐:真正的平价觅食时间

    午餐是河内平价美食的精华所在。上午11点到下午1点之间,com binh dan(家常米饭)小店里挤满了上班族和学生。这些店的特点是门口摆着五六个装满预制菜肴的托盘——你指哪样,他们就往你的米饭上盛哪样。

    Com Binh Dan:30,000–50,000 VND

    花30,000到50,000 VND,你可以得到一份米饭、一种蛋白质(红烧肉、煎蛋或蒸鱼)、一种蔬菜,通常还会附送一小碗汤。还剑湖西侧的街道——Ta Hien、Hang Bac,尤其是Hang Chieu旁边的狭窄巷子里——聚集了许多这样的餐馆。不用找招牌,盯着托盘找就行。

    Bun Cha:40,000–50,000 VND

    “Bun cha”(烤肉米粉)——将烤猪肉饼和五花肉片浸入酸甜咸鲜的汤汁中,配上一盘米粉和新鲜香草——是河内的午餐经典。大多数专门的bun cha店,标准套餐价格在40,000到50,000 VND之间。位于Le Van Huu的Bun cha Huong Lien在2016年奥巴马和安东尼·波登到访后闻名全球;它依然值得一去,基础套餐约为50,000 VND。如果想避开人潮,可以去Dinh Le街旁的小巷里逛逛。

    Banh Mi:20,000–35,000 VND

    路边摊的“banh mi”(越南法棍)——涂上肉酱、蛋黄酱,夹入腌萝卜丝、胡萝卜丝、香菜和几片扎肉——在河内大多数摊位仅售20,000到30,000 VND。它本身算不上完整的一餐,但配上一杯5,000 VND的tra da(冰茶,在坐下用餐的店里通常免费),总花费不到35,000 VND就能搞定。

    晚餐:平价不等于快餐

    晚餐是游客最容易踩雷的时候,很多人会默认走进那些挂着英文菜单、价格虚高的游客餐厅。解决方法很简单:跟着塑料凳走。

    Bun Rieu:35,000–45,000 VND

    “Bun rieu”(蟹肉米粉汤)——由蟹肉、番茄、豆腐、猪血(可选)和米粉组成——是河内最被低估的晚餐选择之一。西湖(Tay Ho)周边和老城区Nguyen Sieu街上的夜市摊位,每碗售价35,000到45,000 VND。它酸爽开胃,饱腹感强,那种满足感是炒饭比不了的。

    Pho Cuon 和 Cha Gio:40,000–50,000 VND

    在竹帛湖(Truc Bach Lake)附近的Ngu Xa街,有一群餐馆专门供应“pho cuon”(河粉卷)——用新鲜河粉皮包裹炒牛肉和香草——以及“cha gio”(炸春卷)。一份pho cuon(8个卷)大约40,000 VND。再加一两个cha gio,每个只需5,000到8,000 VND。这是一顿清淡但美味的晚餐。

    Goi Cuon 和小菜:50,000 VND以内

    如果想吃得更清淡,许多夜市摊位都有“goi cuon”(鲜虾猪肉春卷),每个8,000到12,000 VND。两个春卷加一碗bun(纯米粉配蘸水),总花费不到50,000 VND。

    控制饮品开销能让你的餐费预算更宽裕。“Bia hoi”——每日新鲜酿造的生啤——在河内街头的店里每杯仅需7,000到10,000 VND。“Ca phe sua da”(冰炼乳咖啡)在路边摊只需15,000到20,000 VND。Tra da通常免费或3,000 VND。如果可以的话,尽量避免在餐厅买瓶装水;室内一瓶500ml的水要10,000到15,000 VND,而在街角小店只要5,000 VND。

    实用提示

    现金至关重要——大多数50,000 VND以下的摊位不接受银行卡或二维码转账。准备一些小额钞票:10,000和20,000面值的纸币非常有用。文中提到的价格反映了2024年中期的街头摊位行情,可能会有轻微波动;如果某处收费比预期高出5,000到10,000 VND,通常也还在合理范围内。
