    早餐:用20,000–40,000越南盾开启元气一天

    Banh Mi Phuong Hoang — Banh Mi,15,000–25,000越南盾

    先暂时忘掉会安那些著名的法棍店吧。岘港(Da Nang)有自己独特的“banh mi”文化。在Nguyen Chi Thanh街和Hung Vuong街沿线的流动摊位,你可以买到货真价实的Banh Mi,里面塞满了扎肉(cha lua)、肉酱和腌制萝卜丝,价格仅需15,000–20,000越南盾。记得在早上8点前去,否则最好的那一批就卖完了。清晨现烤的面包比午后买到的要酥脆得多。

    Banh Canh — 30,000–40,000越南盾

    如果你想吃点热乎的饱腹感食物,可以去Tran Phu街韩市场(Cho Han)附近的“banh canh”摊位。这种粗木薯面条配上猪骨汤,再加上猪肉片和鹌鹑蛋,作为早餐被严重低估了——当地人从早上6点就开始吃了。在大多数摊位,一碗配料齐全的面条大约只需35,000越南盾。比起一碗Pho(越南河粉),它在胃里留存的时间更长,让你整个上午都充满能量。

    Banh Cuon — 25,000–35,000越南盾

    如果想吃点清淡的,“banh cuon”(蒸米卷)——一种包裹着猪肉末和木耳的蒸米粉卷,在海洲区(Hai Chau)的一些家庭小店里很常见。沿着Bach Dang街或Le Duan街的侧巷找找看。一份四到五个米卷,配上蘸酱和新鲜香草,大约30,000越南盾。这是城里最安静、最美味的早餐选择之一。

    午餐:比一杯咖啡还便宜的丰盛午餐

    Mi Quang — 30,000–45,000越南盾

    “Mi quang”(广南面)是岘港和广南省在越南面食界的招牌。如果你在岘港只能吃一道菜,那一定是它。宽宽的姜黄面条浸在少量浓郁的汤汁中(与其说是汤,不如说是酱汁),上面铺着虾、猪肉、烤花生和芝麻米饼。位于Hai Phong街1号的Quan My Quang 1A是公认的最佳去处。一碗配料丰富的面条售价为40,000–45,000越南盾。千万别错过米饼——它是口感的关键,而不仅仅是装饰。

    Bun Bo Hue — 35,000–45,000越南盾

    “Bun bo hue”(顺化牛肉粉)虽然源自顺化,但岘港也做得非常地道。这里的香茅和虾酱汤底通常比顺化当地的稍微温和一些,更符合大众口味。Ong Ich Khiem街上的几家店都能提供高水准的牛肉粉,价格在35,000–40,000越南盾之间。多花几千盾加一份炸肉饼(cha chien)非常值得。

    Com Tam — 35,000–50,000越南盾

    “Com tam”(碎米饭)虽然是西贡的招牌,但岘港人也对其青睐有加。在Nguyen Van Linh街的午餐点,一份标准的碎米饭配烤猪排(suon nuong)、煎蛋和黄瓜,价格在40,000–50,000越南盾之间。这是一顿正儿八经的午餐,既扎实又地道。大多数店在中午前还会免费提供一杯炼乳冰咖啡(ca phe sua da)——虽然不是标配,但经常能遇到。

    晚餐:无需支付游客溢价的夜宵

    Banh Xeo — 30,000–50,000越南盾

    越南中部的“Banh Xeo”(越南煎饼)与南部的版本不同——它更小、更脆,且用米纸包裹而非生菜。它的名字意为“滋滋作响的饼”,因为面糊接触热锅时会发出这种声音。在Tran Binh Trong街,有几家经营了几十年的Banh Xeo专门店。你可以将带有虾仁和豆芽的煎饼撕成小块,用米纸卷起来,蘸上鱼露(nuoc cham)食用。一人份的套餐价格为40,000–50,000越南盾。

    Goi Cuon 和 Nem Nuong Cuon — 25,000–40,000越南盾

    “Goi cuon”(新鲜春卷)是一种清淡的晚餐选择,非常适合岘港炎热的天气。更好吃的是Nem nuong cuon——将烤猪肉卷在新鲜米纸里,配上香草、青香蕉和杨桃。美溪海滩(My Khe)附近以及韩江步道后的街道上,从傍晚开始就有摊位售卖。五卷一份的价格通常在25,000–35,000越南盾之间。

    Bun Rieu — 35,000–45,000越南盾

    如果晚餐想吃点实在的,“bun rieu”——一种以番茄为底,配有蟹膏、豆腐和米粉的汤面——在Dong Da区的一些夜间摊位从下午5点左右开始供应。番茄汤底的酸味能很好地缓解燥热。大多数摊位还会提供虾酱(mam tom)作为调料;虽然味道浓烈,但加一小勺能让整碗面的层次感瞬间提升。

    如何获得最高性价比

    在用餐时点上一杯冰炼乳咖啡(ca phe sua da)虽然会多花15,000–20,000越南盾,但它能让几乎所有的食物变得更美味。尽量避开那些在游客聚集的海滨区域、门口挂着塑封英文菜单的餐厅——同样的食物价格会贵出30%–50%,而且品质往往并不匹配。韩市场(Han Market)周边和海洲区(Hai Chau)始终是寻找高性价比美食的最佳区域。

    实用贴士

    大多数摊位开门很早,傍晚就收摊了——如果你想去最好的早餐店,记得把闹钟定在早上7点。准备好小额钞票(10,000和20,000越南盾的纸币);繁忙的摊位往往找零困难。在岘港,如果跟着当地人的节奏吃,一整天(早餐、午餐、晚餐加咖啡)的开销完全可以控制在150,000越南盾以内。
