    Ben Tre 的椰子并非千篇一律,了解您点的是什么很有必要。

    Dua Xiem(暹罗椰子)是真正懂行的椰子爱好者会指名要的品种。它们比标准的青椰子小,表皮呈微黄绿色,椰子水更甜、香气更浓。Ben Tre 市场的摊位售价约为每个 15,000–20,000 VND。有时您会看到它们被称为“dua xiem xanh”(绿色暹罗品种),以区别于表皮更黄的同类。

    Dua Ta 是标准的大个头青椰子,也是三角洲地区的主力品种。虽然不如 dua xiem 甜,但水量更多,非常适合在炎热的午后补充水分。

    Dua Dua(极早采摘的嫩椰子)的椰子水几乎呈半透明状,甜味非常淡,几乎没有果肉。它通常不作为单一饮品出售,但有时会与冰块和少量糖混合在一起。

    如果您想喝点好的,请专门询问 dua xiem。大多数摊主无需解释就能听懂您的要求。

    在 Ben Tre 去哪里喝新鲜椰子水

    Ben Tre 中央市场 (Cho Ben Tre)

    位于 Hai Ba Trung 街的室内市场是开启品鉴之旅最方便的地方。椰子摊位通常从早上 6 点左右一直摆到下午早些时候,分布在市场建筑的外围。根据品种和时间段的不同,每个椰子的价格约为 15,000–25,000 VND。建议自备吸管,或者使用摊位提供的塑料吸管——该市场尚未完全过渡到环保替代品。

    沿着椰子岛 (Cu Lao Dua)

    从 Ben Tre 市中心乘船约 3 公里,Phuoc Long 公社(被旅游经营者普遍称为“椰子岛”)是一片几乎完全用于椰子种植和生产“keo dua”(椰子糖)小作坊的土地。从 Ben Tre 大桥附近的渡轮码头乘船约需 10 分钟。登上岛后,摊主会直接从院子里售卖新鲜椰子,通常是用砍刀在木墩上劈开。这里的价格略便宜(10,000–15,000 VND),而且果实确实是刚摘下来的。椰子糖作坊还会邀请您品尝椰子米酒,那将是另一种完全不同的体验。

    Ham Luong 河畔

    在市中心沿着 Ham Luong 河支流延伸的步道上,有一排从傍晚一直营业到深夜的简易饮料摊。在这里,当地人坐在矮小的塑料凳上,一边看着河上的船只往来,一边喝着混合了碎冰的椰子水。在这里,一个加冰的椰子大约需要 20,000 VND。有些摊主还会制作“nuoc dua tran”——将椰子水与少量炼乳混合搅打至顺滑,听起来很奇怪,但味道却出奇地好。

    正确的饮用方式

    “Nuoc dua”最好在接近室温或微凉时饮用,不要加太多冰块。冰块会迅速稀释风味。如果您是在正规的椰子摊而不是路边摊,请要求“bot da”(少冰)或“khong da”(去冰),并在前十分钟内喝完,以免椰壳开始让椰子水变温。

    喝完水后,请摊主用砍刀劈开椰壳。嫩 dua xiem 里面的“com dua”(椰子肉)很薄、呈半透明状,质地柔软,可以用从椰壳上削下的一小片作为勺子来挖取——任何有经验的摊主都会自动为您削好。

    实用贴士

    从 Saigon 前往 Ben Tre 是一趟轻松的单日游(乘坐 Phuong Trang 或 Hoang Long 巴士从 Mien Tay 汽车站出发,车程约 2.5 小时,票价 80,000–120,000 VND);如果您正计划经由 Can Tho 游览湄公河三角洲,也可以将其作为环线的一部分。椰子一年四季都有,但 dua xiem 在 12 月至 3 月的旱季期间最甜。预算 50,000–80,000 VND,您就可以在市场和河畔悠闲地度过一个喝着新鲜椰子水的早晨。
