    Da Lat 的气温比沿海地区低约 5°C,这种气候完全改变了人们对甜食的偏好。在这里,你会想来一碗热乎乎的“che”,而城市里法式殖民时期留下的市场文化,也造就了当地人至今未变的糕点习惯。这是一条贯穿 Da Lat 甜点世界的五站式路线——从中央市场区域出发,步行即可到达,仅需一次短途摩托车程。

    第 1 站 — Phan Dinh Phung 街的 Che 摊位

    从 Da Lat 市场往北走约 200 米,在 Phan Dinh Phung 街沿线聚集着许多 “che” 摊位。Che 是越南甜汤或甜粥的总称,而 Da Lat 的版本融入了当地高原特色食材:芋头、嫩菠萝蜜、黑眼豆、斑斓果冻和莲子。根据配料的不同,每碗价格在 15,000–25,000 VND 之间。

    值得一坐的是一位每天下午 2 点左右出摊的阿姨的摊位——没有招牌,只有几张矮塑料凳和四五个保温的陶罐。点一份 “che thap cam”(什锦甜汤),慢慢品尝。这里的椰奶底比 Saigon 式的 che 更稀、甜度更低,非常适合这里凉爽的气候。

    第 2 站 — Cho Da Lat 的 Banh Uot La Dua

    位于市中心的 Da Lat 市场 (Cho Da Lat) 在街道层面显得十分混乱,但室内摊位却是另一个世界。穿过草莓酱摊位和干蘑菇商贩,直到找到后方的一排排小吃摊。寻找 “banh uot la dua”——这是一种带有斑斓叶香气的蒸米皮卷,配有芝麻棕榈糖蘸酱。价格非常便宜,一份约 10,000–15,000 VND,吃起来像是一种清淡芬芳的小吃,而不是厚重的甜点。

    这是传统的高原糕点文化,不是那种在网红咖啡馆里能看到的精致甜点,但正因如此才更值得一尝。

    第 3 站 — Lien Phat Bakery 的月饼

    沿 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai 街向西南走约 800 米,来到 Lien Phat Bakery。这是 Da Lat 一家老牌家族经营的店铺,全年供应月饼,而不仅仅是在 Mid-Autumn Festival 期间。这里的烘焙月饼——馅料通常是莲蓉和咸蛋黄——比超市里盒装的工业化产品更扎实,甜度也更低。单个价格根据大小在 35,000–55,000 VND 之间。

    在越南,月饼与 Tet(中秋节)紧密相连,但 Da Lat 的面包店将其视为常年产品,因为游客需求一直很稳定。如果你想吃点清淡的,店里还出售 “banh pia”(潮州风味的绿豆沙酥饼)。

    第 4 站 — Nguyen Van Troi 的 Kem Bo(牛油果冰淇淋)

    Da Lat 种植了越南很大一部分的牛油果,所以 “kem bo”(牛油果冰淇淋)是当地的招牌甜点。Nguyen Van Troi 街花圃附近的一排冰淇淋摊位有两种售卖方式:一种是在玻璃杯中与炼乳混合打碎,另一种是装在蛋筒里。推荐杯装版(约 25,000–35,000 VND)。它口感浓郁,甜度极低,牛油果味非常纯正,与你在 Saigon 吃到的那种高糖版本完全不同。

    如果你要求,摊主通常会为你加一个榴莲球,这取决于你对榴莲的接受程度,要么是绝佳体验,要么是灾难。榴莲 + 牛油果 + 炼乳是 Da Lat 的特色搭配,味道确实很棒。

    第 5 站 — 现代甜点咖啡馆:Whoever Cafe 或 Analog

    最后一站是 Da Lat 甜点界的现代层面,在过去五年里发展迅速。有两家咖啡馆值得选择:位于 Phan Boi Chau 的 Whoever Cafe 有一份轮换的甜点菜单,通常包括斑斓千层蛋糕和芋头拿铁;位于 Bui Thi Xuan 的 Analog 则走怀旧美学路线,提供蛋挞和 Vietnamese coffee 风味的软冰淇淋。

    “Egg coffee” 最初是 Hanoi 的发明,但 Da Lat 的咖啡馆对其进行了改良——在 Analog,他们使用 Da Lat 本地种植的阿拉比卡咖啡豆,比你在 Hanoi 喝到的罗布斯塔基底更清爽,苦味更少。一杯价格在 45,000–65,000 VND。坐在窗边吧,每天傍晚 5 点左右雾气升起,会让整个体验显得格外有电影感。

    这些现代咖啡馆值得一去,但不要让它们占据了你整个下午——路线前段的街头 che 和市场糕点摊才是真正的精髓所在。

    如何进行这条路线

    这五站最适合安排在下午,从下午 2 点左右开始,下午 5-6 点左右在咖啡馆结束。第 1 到第 3 站都在 Da Lat 市场步行可达的范围内。第 4 站需要向北骑 10 分钟摩托车前往花圃区域。第 5 站回到市中心——大多数咖啡馆营业到晚上 9 点或 10 点,所以不必匆忙。

    五站的总花费:每人约 130,000–180,000 VND,具体取决于你吃了多少碗 che。

    实用贴士

    市场摊位和街头小贩只收现金——请准备好零钱(5,000 和 10,000 VND 的纸币很有用)。Da Lat 市中心的街道坡度较大,在站点之间较远的距离建议租用摩托车或乘坐 “xe om”(摩托车出租车)。如果你在中秋节前后到访,Lien Phat 的月饼种类会大幅增加,市场里也会挤满售卖糯米糕点的季节性摊贩。
