    Den Dong Bang 是位于 Ninh Giang 县的一座庞大的寺庙群,历史上曾属于 Thai Binh 省,但在省级边界调整后,现由 Hung Yen 管辖。这座寺庙供奉着 Duc Vuong Tran Hung Dao(13世纪击退蒙古入侵的陈朝将军),以及越南民间宗教神殿中的一系列相关神灵。

    游客为何慕名而来

    主要有三个原因:

    首先是建筑。主殿的木雕横梁和龙形图案层层叠叠,融合了多个修复时期的风格。你可以在单一的屋顶结构中追溯几个世纪的精湛工艺。

    其次是宗教文化。Den Dong Bang 是北部最重要的 Dao Mau(母神崇拜)和陈朝崇拜场所之一。如果你对常规佛塔参观之外的越南民间宗教感兴趣,这里能让你体验到最真实的氛围。

    第三是节日。一年一度的庙会(在农历八月举行)吸引了成千上万的信徒,其降神仪式绝对是你在此次 Vietnam(베트남 / 越南 / ベトナム)之行中前所未见的。联合国教科文组织于2016年将“len dong”习俗列为非物质文化遗产,而 Den Dong Bang 正是其核心发源地之一。

    最佳游览时间

    节日季(农历八月,通常在9月至10月): 这是整个寺庙群最热闹的时候。主要节日从农历八月十四持续到二十。从清晨到深夜,这里都会有拥挤的人群、游行队伍和各种仪式。适合体验氛围,但不适合静心冥想。

    淡季(3月至5月或11月): 天气凉爽,庭院空旷,拍摄建筑时镜头里不会挤满200号人。农历每月的初一和十五仍会举行降神仪式,如果这是吸引你的原因,请据此安排游览时间。

    避开7月至8月:红河三角洲的酷暑令人窒息,而且寺庙群内遮阳的地方有限。

    交通指南

    从最近的主要交通枢纽 Hanoi(하노이 / 河内 / ハノイ)出发,Den Dong Bang 位于其东南方向约 90 km 处——根据交通情况,乘坐汽车或摩托车大约需要 2 小时。

    摩托车/汽车: 沿5号国道向 Hai Duong 方向行驶,然后向南转入38B号公路穿过 Ninh Giang 县。寺庙位于 An Le 乡。谷歌地图(Google Maps)上有准确的定位。从 Hanoi 市中心乘坐 Grab 汽车单程大约需要 350,000-450,000 VND。

    公共汽车: 从 Giap Bat 车站乘坐公共汽车前往 Ninh Giang 镇(约 80,000-100,000 VND,2-2.5 小时)。从 Ninh Giang 出发,雇一辆“xe om”(摩托车出租车)走完剩下的 5 km——大约需要 30,000-50,000 VND。

    火车: 不太实用。最近的火车站是 Hai Duong,从那里你仍然需要转乘公路交通工具。

    漫步整个寺庙群

    欣赏雕刻艺术

    主殿柱子和屋梁上的木雕将佛教、道教和儒家意象与纯粹的越南民间图案融合在一起。这里的龙形雕刻与靠近 Hanoi 的寺庙有明显不同——风格更加厚重、更具力量感。

    参观榕树庭院

    外院的古榕树是当地老人早晨的聚集地。这里是个坐下来休息的好地方,如果有人递上茶水不妨喝一杯,还可以观察寺庙周围的日常生活。

    探索周边的稻田

    寺庙周围是平坦的三角洲农田。只需步行一小段距离(向任何方向走 500 米),你就能置身于耕作的稻田中——在插秧季(5月至6月)或收获季(9月至10月),这里非常适合拍照。

    附近美食

    Den Dong Bang 周边算不上美食胜地,但你绝对不会饿肚子。

    Ninh Giang 镇的“Banh cuon”: 这里的蒸肠粉比 Hanoi 版本的更薄、更精致,配以清淡的蘸酱和酥脆的葱段。在镇上的市场附近寻找任何开着蒸笼的店铺即可。一盘大约 25,000-35,000 VND。

    “Bun ca”(鱼汤米粉): 这是三角洲这一地区常见的淡水鱼汤。汤底使用“ca qua”(黑鱼)或鲤鱼,带有姜黄的色泽,并配有莳萝和西红柿。在靠近 Ninh Giang 的 38B 号公路沿线的小餐馆里都能吃到。每碗大约 30,000-40,000 VND。

    住宿推荐

    老实说:大多数人都是从 Hanoi 或 Hai Duong 出发,将 Den Dong Bang 作为一日游的目的地。Ninh Giang 本身的住宿选择仅限于基础的“nha nghi”(宾馆),每晚价格在 200,000-350,000 VND 之间。足够干净,但除了空调和热水之外,别指望有其他设施。

    如果你想要更舒适的住宿环境,可以选择住在 Hai Duong 市(向北 30 km),那里有价格在 400,000-800,000 VND 之间的正规酒店,提供良好的 Wi-Fi 并包含早餐。

    当地人的实用建议

    • 衣着得体。男女均应穿着长裤并遮盖肩膀。虽然没有标牌强制要求,但如果不这样做,你会引来不赞成的目光。
    • 携带现金。寺庙里没有自动取款机(ATM),这里也不支持刷卡支付。甚至连停车费(摩托车 5,000-10,000 VND)也只收现金。

    • 在非节日期间,寺庙场地在 17:00 左右关闭。

    避免常见错误

    把它当作博物馆。 这里是人们积极进行礼拜的地方。不要跨过祭品,不要坐在祭坛平台上,也不要在正在进行的仪式前摆姿势自拍。

    不查农历就跑来。 如果你特别想看仪式,请在出发前核实日期。在这里,公历帮不上你的忙。

    跳过外围大殿。 大多数游客拍拍正门,在主殿探探头,不到 20 分钟就离开了。最有趣的建筑细节和更安静的神殿其实在后殿和侧殿。

    在节日周毫无计划地开车前往。 在主要节日期间,寺庙群周围的道路会变得拥堵不堪。如果在高峰期游览,请在早上 7:00 前到达,或者做好步行走完最后一公里的心理准备。

    实用须知

    将 Den Dong Bang 纳入更广泛的红河三角洲之旅是个不错的选择——可以将其与 Ninh Binh(닌빈 / 宁平 / ニンビン)(向南再走 2 小时)结合起来,或者在 Hai Duong 停留,品尝该省著名的绿豆糕。寺庙不收门票,你只需支付停车费以及购买祭品的费用。
