    “Com tam”——即碎米饭——是Saigon人的能量源泉。烤猪排、猪皮丝、蒸蛋羹、一小碗鱼露,再配上一片看起来总是有些“羞涩”的番茄。无论清晨7点还是中午,这道菜都非常合适,大多数地方的价格不到60,000 VND,点餐也无需多言。但它有时缺乏一个舒适的环境,让三岁的孩子掉落勺子时不会引起骚乱,或者让祖父母能舒适地坐上二十分钟。以下这些地方解决了这些问题。

    什么是适合家庭用餐的Com Tam店

    通常的路边摊——塑料凳、路边的尾气、没有风扇——对于独自用餐者来说没问题,但带着孩子和大包小包就显得很局促。这里所说的“适合家庭”意味着:有靠背的椅子、桌子之间有足够的空间来放置婴儿车或方便老人走动、有可用的洗手间,以及当幼儿弄乱调料盘时服务员不会投来异样的眼光。当然,食物本身必须美味。这些店并非那种经过过度“消毒”的游客餐厅。

    Ba Ghien — District 3

    位于Hoang Dieu 2街的Ba Ghien大概是城里最受推崇的Com Tam(碎米饭)店,这并非没有道理——它已经经营了几十年,并悄然扩建了空间,能够容纳家庭用餐而不会显得拥挤。这里的suon nuong(烤猪排)边缘焦香,裹着浓郁的柠檬草腌料。bi(混合了烤米粉的猪皮丝)的口感是大多数懒于处理的店所无法比拟的。一份包含suon、bi和cha trung(蒸蛋肉饼)的套餐价格约为55,000–65,000 VND。

    餐厅内有吊扇和正规的木椅。营业时间大致为早上6点到下午2点——由于卖得很快,下午1点以后去的话,suon是否还有剩余就要看运气了。

    Com Tam Moc — Phu Nhuan

    如果你住在机场附近或Phu Nhuan区,Moc是一个不错的选择。这是一家餐厅而非摊位,内部区域有空调——当孩子怕热或年长的亲戚觉得Saigon的雨季不适时,这里非常有用。菜单比一般的店丰富:他们提供配煎蛋、五花肉的Com Tam,还有包含所有经典配菜的混合拼盘。根据配菜不同,价格在45,000到75,000 VND之间。

    这里的nuoc cham(鱼露蘸料)非常出色——口味平衡,不像一些旅游区那样过度甜腻。员工动作麻利,不会催促客人。早上6点开门,通常下午早些时候就卖完了。

    Com Tam Thuan Kieu — District 5

    如果你在Cholon或District 5游玩,Thuan Kieu是一家老字号家庭经营店,桌子足够容纳四个人而不会互相碰撞。这里的suon nuong比Ba Ghien切得更薄——口感更脆而非肉感十足——小孩子通常更喜欢。cha trung蒸蛋饼口感扎实而不像橡胶,这听起来很基础,但却区别于许多在配比上偷工减料的店。完整的一盘约50,000–60,000 VND。

    它开门很早(约早上6点),周围市场的午餐人群让这里显得热闹而不嘈杂。店门前有一个带顶棚的小区域,适合停放婴儿车。

    给家庭的用餐建议

    Com Tam套餐无需太多越南语即可定制。直接指着玻璃柜后的肉类或菜单上的图片即可——大多数店都有图片。如果孩子不吃猪肉,单独一份配鱼露的cha trung(蒸蛋饼)拌饭也是一份完整且温和的餐点。如果桌上有人对鱼露的浓度比较敏感,可以要求将蘸料分开装(“nuoc cham de ben canh”)。

    至于饮料,以上三家店都供应ca phe sua da(越南冰咖啡),这是成年人搭配米饭的最佳选择。孩子们通常可以从附近的摊位买到nuoc ngot(软饮)或che(越南甜汤)。

    Com Tam是早餐和午餐菜肴——如果你在下午1:30到达,不要期待同样的活力或新鲜度。猪排在保温灯下放久了会变干。越早去越好。

    实用信息

    每人预算50,000–75,000 VND,包含米饭、一到两种肉类和饮料。摩托车停车位几乎总是有的;District 3和District 5的汽车停车位比较紧张,所以打车(Grab)前往通常更方便。这些店都不需要预订——直接去即可。
