    从 Hanoi 出发,只需两天时间,你就能吃到四小时前还在海里游的鱿鱼,在充满海盐和炭火气息的码头喝上一杯冰啤酒,并且还能在周一早上准时回到 Hoan Kiem 的办公桌前。人们很容易将 Ha Long Bay 和 Cat Ba 岛视为跟团游的领地——如果你让旅行社帮你安排餐饮,它们确实会变得索然无味。千万别那样做。

    交通指南

    最常规的方式是乘坐 sleeper bus,从 My Dinh 或 Gia Lam 汽车站前往 Ha Long City(票价约 170,000–220,000 VND,车程 3.5 小时)。周五下班后出发,晚上 10 点就能抵达。或者,你也可以选择周六早上出发,虽然会浪费几个小时——这取决于你。从 Ha Long City 出发,乘坐前往 Cat Ba 的渡轮(经由 Gia Luan 港口)还需要额外一个半小时。

    如果你第一晚打算住在 Ha Long City,那就对了。那是你第一次品尝 "cha muc" 的地方。

    第一天 — Ha Long City:Cha Muc 与夜市

    Ha Long 最负盛名的美食

    "Cha muc" 是 Ha Long 的招牌:将鱿鱼剁碎,加入猪油、大蒜和鱼露捶打,然后油炸成紧实且略带嚼劲的肉饼。你在城里到处都能看到它,但游客聚集区的廉价版本和正宗版本之间存在巨大差距。前往 Tran Hung Dao 街或 Bai Chay 市场附近的后街——寻找当地人用餐的摊位,而不是那些在店门口摆放着塑封英文菜单的店。

    在街头摊位,一份配米饭和腌菜的 cha muc 售价在 40,000–60,000 VND 之间。旅游码头附近的餐厅同样的东西要价是这个的三倍。

    "Banh cuon" 在 Ha Long 的早餐摊位也有当地特色——米皮比 Hanoi 的更厚,有时会塞满木耳碎和虾干。如果你起得早,值得一试。

    夜市海鲜之夜

    Hon Gai 夜市(位于城市渡轮码头一侧,而非 Bai Chay 酒店区)才是 Ha Long 当地人真正吃晚餐的地方。你可以从水箱或冰鲜展示柜中挑选活海鲜——血蚶、螳螂虾(皮皮虾)、花蟹、海螺——摊主会按你的要求进行烧烤或清蒸。每人预算 150,000–250,000 VND,包括在共享餐桌上喝几杯 "bia hoi"。带上现金,指着你想要的食材,别想太多,尽情享用吧。

    第二天 — Cat Ba 岛:渔村早餐与日落螃蟹

    上午:远离主干道

    Cat Ba 镇的海滨长廊挤满了兜售昂贵套餐早餐的酒店。往内陆步行五分钟前往市场 (Cho Cat Ba),氛围会完全不同。上午 8 点前,猪肉米粉汤、蟹膏浓郁的 "bun rieu" 以及干鱿鱼粥随处可见,价格都在 40,000 VND 以下。

    如果你想吃一顿能让整个旅程都值回票价的美食,那就是这里的一碗 bun rieu——蟹膏是用当地淡水蟹制成的,汤底鲜辣且呈番茄红,没有任何工业加工的味道。

    中午:Lan Ha Bay 海鲜

    骑一小段摩托车(或乘坐 xe om,约 80,000 VND)前往 Phu Long 或 Ben Beo 码头区,那里有离岸不远的浮动渔排。几家家庭经营的餐厅直接在水上或水边营业——没有菜单,只有当天捕捞的食材。葱油花生碎烤扇贝、香茅蒸蛤蜊、用 "goi cuon" 风格的新鲜蔬菜包裹烤鱼。两人用餐含饮品预计花费 200,000–350,000 VND。

    这可不是那些向游轮乘客兜售 500,000 VND “海鲜套餐”的网红浮动餐厅。问问民宿老板他们去哪吃——答案几乎从不在主码头。

    下午:散步,或者躺平

    如果你吃饱了想活动一下,Cat Ba 国家公园内有步道。Cat Co 海滩(Cat Co 1, 2, 3)距离镇中心步行 15 分钟,那里有足够的树荫供你在暑气消退前小睡。避开从主要旅游码头出发的皮划艇之旅——与当地船家相比,这些路线拥挤且价格过高。

    日落:螃蟹大餐

    Cat Ba 的 "cua bien"(海蟹)是人们念念不忘的美味。Cat Ba 海滨的大型餐厅都有销售,但价格不统一——下单前一定要确认每 100 克的单价。在诚信的店家,一只中等大小的螃蟹,清蒸并配上椒盐青柠蘸酱,每 100 克价格约为 180,000–250,000 VND。在没有明码标价的游客餐厅,这个价格可能会悄悄变成 400,000 VND。指着水箱里的螃蟹,问清楚重量,谈好价格。

    搭配饮品:镇上到处都有 "ca phe sua da",不过到了日落时分,大多数人都会换成啤酒。当地的 Halida 或 Hanoi 罐装啤酒比菜单上的进口瓶装酒便宜得多。

    返回 Hanoi

    周日下午乘坐渡轮返回 Ha Long City(从 Gia Luan 出发的末班船约在下午 5 点),然后从 Ha Long 的 Bai Chay 汽车站乘坐直达 Hanoi 的巴士。返程总耗时:4–5 小时。周日的巴士票务必提前预订——座位很快就会满。

    实用贴士

    两天总餐饮预算,吃得好且不铺张:每人 400,000–700,000 VND。如果你想带 cha muc 回 Hanoi,记得带个小保温袋——它在平底锅里加热一下依然美味。Ha Long 和 Cat Ba 之间的渡轮是行程中最不确定的部分;出发当天早上请务必查看天气并确认时刻表。
