    Da Lat Brunch Spots Worth Waking Up For

    位于东海岸的渔村 Ham Ninh 距离 Duong Dong 约 16 km,大多数游客在进行半日环岛游时都会经过这里。他们会停下来,吃顿螃蟹,然后离开。这没问题——但临海的游客餐厅与路边的塑料凳摊位之间,在品质和价格上都有着显著的差异。

    为什么 Ham Ninh 的螃蟹值得一试

    “Ghe Ham Ninh”——当地的蓝花蟹——个头很小,大概只有拳头大小,但这正是它的精髓所在。蟹壳很薄,徒手就能掰开。蟹肉鲜甜且带有独特的咸鲜味,这是大型养殖螃蟹难以企及的。最正宗的吃法就是最简单的:整只清蒸,配上一小碟青柠汁、现磨黑胡椒,有时还会加几片辣椒。无需腌制,也不用加芝士焗烤。

    这些螃蟹由村里的渔船队每日捕捞,他们至今仍在使用那座伸入 Ham Ninh 避风港平静水域的木质码头。渔船在夜间出海,清晨时分渔获便会运抵岸上。在中午之前赶到,你就能吃到最新鲜的螃蟹。

    临海餐厅

    Ham Ninh 码头沿线那十几家高脚屋餐厅是显而易见的选择——它们有英文菜单,服务员对接待游客团驾轻就熟,而且还有拍照效果极佳的海湾美景。这些都不是避开它们的理由,但你应该清楚自己到底在为哪些服务买单。

    每公斤 ghe 的价格约为 180,000–250,000 VND,具体取决于餐厅和当天的渔获大小。两人份的餐点——足够吃到饱的螃蟹量——加上几杯饮料,通常在 400,000–600,000 VND 之间。由于翻台率高,上菜速度很快。这里的螃蟹和村里其他地方的一模一样;价格差主要体现在景观和屋顶上。

    在码头的餐厅中,位于中间位置的 Quan Bac Doi 上菜时间相对稳定,且不会像邻近的几家那样极力推销。这里没有正式的地址——在码头停车场沿着步行道走约 80 米,寻找红色的招牌即可。

    路边摊选项

    从码头往回走约 200 米,在穿过 Ham Ninh 村的主路上(大约在道路弯向码头的路口附近),有几家小型家庭经营的摊位,在防水布或波纹铁皮屋顶下摆放着矮桌。这些地方没有英文菜单,甚至根本没有菜单——你指着装活蟹的桶,他们称重,然后清蒸。

    这里的价格在每公斤 120,000–160,000 VND 左右。你坐在塑料凳上,用金属托盘吃螃蟹。螃蟹上桌更快,因为这里只有一口锅,只做这一件事。调料碟也更好——地道的鲜榨青柠、更粗的胡椒,有时还会配上一小堆混合了干辣椒碎的盐。

    其中最靠谱的一家是由一位女士经营的,店面挂着一块手写招牌,写着 "Ghe Hap"(清蒸螃蟹)——她通常从早上 8:30 左右开始营业,直到卖完为止。工作日通常在下午 1:00–1:30 左右售罄,周末可能中午就关门了。不接受预订,没有电话。赶上了就是你的。

    如果你是专门从 Duong Dong 过来吃螃蟹,并且想在下午 1 点前用餐,那么除了便利性之外,路边摊在各方面都是更好的选择。如果你参加的是旅行团,下午 2 点才抵达码头且只有 45 分钟用餐时间,那么临海餐厅能让你更从容地用餐。

    关于分量的提示

    Ham Ninh 的螃蟹个头很小——一公斤大约有 6–8 只。两人想要吃得尽兴,建议点 1.5 到 2 公斤。螃蟹脂肪含量低,吃起来比较费劲;人们往往点得太少而感到后悔。配上一两瓶冰镇的 Saigon 啤酒,这顿饭依然是 Phu Quoc 性价比最高的美食之一。

    实用建议

    前往 Ham Ninh 最好的方式是从 Duong Dong 骑摩托车或踏板车——路况良好,车程约 25 分钟。路边摊关门早且不接受预订,所以请围绕螃蟹来安排你的早晨行程,而不是反过来。准备好小面额钞票;村里的摊位有时找零比较困难。
