    外籍人士的最爱

    Da Lat 有一个稳定的外籍人士社区——由退休人员、远程工作者和长期旅行者组成——他们塑造了一系列遵循西式早午餐逻辑的店铺:大份量、好咖啡、不急促的服务。

    位于 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai 的 Thinking of You Cafe 是一家书店与咖啡馆的结合体,供应牛油果吐司、格兰诺拉麦片、开放式三明治等轻食早午餐。虽然更偏向零食而非正餐,但氛围足够安静,人们可以在这里待上两个小时而不会被打扰。咖啡浓郁且制作精良。预算约为 70,000–90,000 VND。

    适合早午餐的传统越南早餐店

    并非所有早午餐都必须是鸡蛋和滤泡咖啡。Da Lat 的传统早餐场景非常值得纳入你的上午行程。

    位于 Phan Dinh Phung 的 Banh Canh 摊位供应“banh canh”——猪肉或蟹肉汤底的粗木薯粉条——从早上 6 点左右开始营业,直到卖完为止,通常在 10:30 左右。一碗价格为 35,000–50,000 VND,是高地地区最好的早餐之一。粉条比米粉更有嚼劲,汤底更浓郁;在这种高海拔地区,喝上一碗非常暖胃。

    如果想吃点清淡的,Cho Da Lat 市场区域周围聚集了许多 Bun Bo Hue 店,营业至中午。高地的“Bun bo Hue”口味与你在 Hue 本地吃到的略有不同——香茅味较淡,口感更温和——但一碗 40,000–55,000 VND 的面条配上一杯浓郁的冰咖啡,完全可以替代任何早午餐拼盘。

    市场本身,即位于 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai 的 Cho Da Lat,二楼有一个美食广场,摊贩从清晨开始供应“banh cuon”——配有猪肉末和木耳的蒸米卷。这是一个实用且不花哨的选择,让你能一窥 Da Lat 居民在中午前真实的饮食习惯。

    喝点什么
