    Ta Hien 街角:游客眼中的版本

    位于老城区 Ta Hien 和 Luong Ngoc Quyen 的交叉路口——通常被称为“Bia Hoi 角”——确实存在,但它是这种文化中最喧闹、最具有表演性质的版本。到了晚上,这里挤满了游客,菜单也变成了英文。但在清晨,这里相对安静,也更接近真实:几位老者、正在休息的摩托车修理工,还有偶尔在上班前吃早餐的面摊老板娘。

    更安静的版本:Hoan Kiem 和 Hai Ba Trung 的巷弄深处

    更地道的 Bia Hoi 体验隐藏在 Hoan Kiem、Hai Ba Trung 和 Ba Dinh 区的居民巷弄(“ngo”)里。这些地方没有英文招牌,有时甚至没有任何招牌——墙上可能只手写着“Bia Hoi”几个字,一位系着塑料围裙的女士看管着酒桶,旁边摆着四到八张围着倒扣木箱的矮凳。

    以下是一些全年营业、值得一去的清晨据点:

    • Ngo 68, Nguyen Du Street, Hai Ba Trung —— 大约早上 6:30 开门。八张凳子,一个酒桶,卖完即止(通常在 10:00–10:30 之间)。经营这家摊位的老板娘已经在这里干了 20 多年了,每杯 8,000 越南盾。
    • Hang Giay 和 Nguyen Sieu 的交叉口,老城区 —— 比 Ta Hien 街人少,清晨时分多是建筑工人和摩的司机。这里没有小吃,只有啤酒和交谈。
    • Yen Thai Street,靠近 Hang Gai,老城区 —— 大多数清晨 7 点左右会出现一小簇 Bia Hoi 小凳。每杯 8,000–9,000 越南盾。

    寻找最佳去处的诚实方法是:跟着塑料小凳走。如果你在早上 9 点前走在居民巷子里,看到一堆低矮的凳子,男人们正喝着小杯啤酒,那就是了。

    人们通常配什么吃?

    Bia Hoi 本身只是一种饮品,但清晨的酒局通常会搭配邻近摊位或路过小贩卖的食物。当地摊位常见的搭配包括:

    • 烤鱿鱼干(muc kho),在炭火上烤熟并撕成条——每份 10,000–15,000 越南盾
    • Lac rang(盐焗花生),有时点第一杯酒会免费赠送
    • 从路边摊买来的“Banh Mi”
    • 偶尔有人会端着从巷子对面买来的泡沫碗装“Pho”走过来

    别指望有菜单,小吃完全取决于谁路过这里。

    常客多是手艺人、退休人员、刚下班的市场摊贩和等待客人的摩的司机。交谈是一切的核心。如果一个外国人安静地坐着喝一杯,且不看手机,几乎总是会有人主动搭话,即便语言不通。

    实用提示

    带上小面额钞票——10,000 和 20,000 越南盾的纸币。大多数清晨的 Bia Hoi 摊位不接受刷卡。时间窗口很短:上午 10 点以后再去,要么酒桶空了,要么凳子已经收起来了。河内的清晨 Bia Hoi 是一种早餐文化,而不是全天候的消遣——尊重这种节奏,你将能窥见这座城市最真实的一面。
