    Dong Van 的周日集市并非为游客而设。它是周边喀斯特高原上 H'Mong、Dao、Tay 和 Lo Lo 各族群每周一次的聚会,而这里的食物也反映了这一点——粗犷、管饱,专为那些步行两小时下山赶集的人们准备。

    前往 Dong Van

    Dong Van 距离 Ha Giang city 约 150 km,其中最后 50 km 沿着 Ma Pi Leng 山口和 Nho Que 河峡谷延伸。如果你骑摩托车(大多数游客都选择这种方式),根据中途停留和路况,预留 4 到 5 小时车程。集市从清晨开始,上午 7 点到 11 点人流量最大。如果你想吃点东西而不是仅仅逛逛,请在 9 点前到达。

    Dong Van 镇的集市广场步行范围内有几家旅馆。周六晚上住在这里是明智之选。

    Thang Co — 集市的招牌菜

    “Thang co” 是一种慢炖马肉和内脏的杂烩,从清晨就开始在巨大的公共锅中炖煮。汤底颜色深沉,加入了“mac khen”(一种当地胡椒)调味,浓郁辛香,盛入碗中后,你可以在低矮的木桌旁与人共享。这种气味非常浓郁,口感与你在 Hanoi 或 Saigon 找到的任何食物都截然不同。一碗价格约为 25,000–35,000 VND。

    Men Men — 到处都是玉米

    “Men men” 是蒸玉米粉,研磨粗糙并压成堆。它是高原上的主粮——因为水稻在这种海拔下生长不佳——在集市边缘,你会看到它与堆成 50 kg 一袋的干玉米粒一起出售。原味 Men Men 本身没什么味道;它主要是用来搭配炖蔬菜、腌菜或 Thang Co 汤食用的。摊贩出售的小份价格为 10,000–15,000 VND。值得尝试一次,尽管它可能不会成为你早晨的亮点。

    Pho Chua — 令人惊喜的味道

    “Pho chua” 并不是你通常理解的“Pho”。这道北方菜——在 Ha Giang 和 Lang Son 很常见——是凉拌的,现点现拌,口感酸爽。以扁米粉为底,上面铺着猪肉片、肉酱、虾片、腌木瓜,并淋上用醋和蒜调制的酸味酱汁。口感的层次对比是这道菜的精髓。在 Dong Van 集市,你可以在室内区域附近的摊位群找到 Pho Chua,每碗价格约 25,000–30,000 VND。在品尝过油腻的 Thang Co 后,它非常解腻。

    Ruou Ngo — 早上 8 点的玉米酒

    “Ruou ngo” 是玉米发酵的米酒,由当地酿造,通常用回收的塑料瓶或玻璃罐盛装。酒精度因批次而异——假设它很烈。年长的 H'Mong 男子在集市上习惯性地用小瓷杯饮用。欢迎你加入他们。从摊贩那里买一小杯几乎不花钱;买一瓶 500ml 的价格在 30,000–50,000 VND 之间,取决于卖家的定价。如果你之后还要骑行 Ma Pi Leng 山口,请三思。

    其他值得品尝的食物

    除了这四种主打美食外,集市上还有其他值得寻找的食物。可以留意炭火炉上烤制的玉米棒(10,000 VND)、“banh day”——一种捣制而成并包有黑芝麻馅的糯米糕,以及偶尔能见到的“au tau”粥,这是一种用苦草和水牛肉熬制的粥,是当地寒冷天气的必备品。腌菜、干辣椒串和野生蜂蜜也会出现在干货区。

    关于布局的说明

    集市没有明显的组织规划。食品摊位零散地分布在中心区域和广场东侧边缘。牲畜交易——猪、山羊,有时还有马——发生在最外围。纺织品和服装区位于西北角,H'Mong 妇女在那里出售刺绣织物和靛蓝染布。在坐下来吃东西之前,给自己留点时间走完整个集市。

    消费水平

    在集市上享用一顿丰盛的早餐——Thang Co、Pho Chua、Men Men 和两杯玉米酒——总共只需 80,000–120,000 VND。这不是笔误。Dong Van 集市运行在当地的经济体系中,价格反映了这一点。按要价支付即可;在社区食品摊位讨价还价是不合适的。

    实用贴士

    准备现金——集市摊位没有刷卡机,Dong Van 镇的 ATM 机也很有限,周末有时会没钱。集市海拔约 1,000 m,即使在 4 月,清晨也会很冷;带一件轻便的外套很有必要。仅限周日开放——如果你在周中的其他日子来,Dong Van 的主广场会非常安静。
