    Ho Soai So 位于 An Giang 省的 Tri Ton 县,夹在绿树成荫的山丘之间。这里的地貌感觉更像柬埔寨的豆蔻山脉(Cardamom Mountains),而不是大多数人印象中 Mekong Delta (메콩 델타 / 湄公河三角洲 / メコンデルタ) 那种一马平川的稻田。如果你想在越南南部找一个没有水上市场或椰子糖工厂的地方,这个湖绝对不会让你失望。

    概况

    Ho Soai So 是一个天然淡水湖,由季节性降雨和地下泉水补给,四周环绕着花岗岩露头和稀疏的森林。这个名字源于高棉语—— Tri Ton 地区有大量的高棉人聚居,世世代代以来,这个湖一直是当地的地标。它占地约 2 公顷,坐落在 Nui Dai(大山)的山脚下,这座山是构筑 An Giang 这一角地貌的七山("Bay Nui")山脉之一。

    随着国内游客开始寻找逃离 Saigon 的周末避世之所,这个湖泊在 2010 年代获得了适度的旅游关注。基础设施仍然很简陋——但这正是它的魅力所在。

    三个原因:风景、宁静以及高棉文化底蕴。

    七山(Seven Mountains)地区在 Mekong Delta 确实很不寻常。这里有海拔(虽然不高—— Nui Cam 的最高点约为 710m)、红土小径,以及一直延伸到柬埔寨边境的平坦稻田全景。Ho Soai So 本身有一种低调的上镜感——平静的绿水、巨石、散落的棕榈树——而且工作日很少拥挤。

    周围的高棉村庄提供了不同于京族(越族)占多数的城镇的文化质感。带有尖塔的高棉佛寺、早市上的 "num bo choc" 汤面,以及路边的棕榈糖作坊,赋予了该地区独特的风情。

    最佳游玩时间

    9 月至 11 月雨季末期,湖水最满。到 3 月份,水位会大幅下降,而到了 4 月至 5 月,湖床可能会长满灌木,显得有些平淡无奇。

    为了拍照和舒适的骑行天气,10 月至次年 1 月是最佳时机——青山绿水,水量充沛,而且降雨量少于 7 月至 8 月的季风高峰期。全年气温徘徊在 28–32°C 左右。

    除非你想去凑热闹,否则请避开 Tet(春节)假期。在 lunar new year(农历新年)假期期间,来自 Saigon (사이공 / 西贡 / サイゴン) 和 Can Tho 的国内游客会涌入七山地区。

    交通指南

    Ho Soai So 距离 Saigon 约 280 km,距离 Can Tho (껀터 / 芹苴 / カントー) 约 90 km。

    从 Saigon 出发: 向西南方向沿 N1 公路行驶或骑行至 Long Xuyen,然后继续向西沿 DT943 公路穿过 Tri Ton 镇。骑摩托车的总车程为 5–6 小时;如果开车经高速公路到 Can Tho 然后继续前行,大约需要 4.5 小时。

    从 Can Tho 出发: 向西沿 QL91 公路行驶至 Long Xuyen,然后转 DT943 公路至 Tri Ton。骑摩托车大约需要 2–2.5 小时。

    从 Chau Doc 出发: 向南沿 DT948 公路骑行穿过 Tinh Bien,然后向东折向 Tri Ton。大约 40 km,不到一小时车程。

    通往湖边的最后几公里是一条混凝土乡村公路——任何摩托车都可以通行,但有些路段比较颠簸。没有直达湖边的公共巴士;你需要自己准备交通工具,或者从 Tri Ton 镇叫一辆 xe om(摩的,单程约 40,000–60,000 VND)。

    游玩项目

    湖边活动

    • 沿着环湖小径散步(30–45 分钟,路面平坦且有树荫遮挡)
    • 如果水位允许,可以游泳——当地人会这么做,但这里没有救生员
    • 拍摄南端的巨石群,尤其是在清晨的光线下

    周边景点

    • Nui Cam(禁山): 七山中最高的一座;有缆车直达山顶。在晴朗的日子里,山顶的景色非常值得一看。门票约 70,000 VND。
    • Tuc Dup Hill: 战时隧道建筑群,现在是一个纪念遗址。历史爱好者会很感兴趣——这些隧道是直接在坚硬的岩石上开凿出来的。
    • Tri Ton 市场: 具有浓郁高棉特色的早市。可以尝尝 "banh tet (뗏 (베트남 설날) / 越南春节 / テト (ベトナム旧正月)) la cam"(紫糯米圆柱粽)和新鲜的棕榈糖。
    • 高棉佛寺: Xa Ton 寺和 Kompong Tro 寺最容易到达,距离湖边都在 10 km 以内。

    餐饮推荐

    不要指望湖边会有餐厅——请自带零食,或者在出发前在 Tri Ton 镇上吃点东西。

    在 Tri Ton:

    • 主路上的 Quan com Thanh Huong:提供基础的碟头饭("com tam" 碎米饭风格),价格为 35,000–50,000 VND
    • 市场附近的早市 "hu tieu"(粿条)摊位——高棉风味的粿条使用的是更甜的猪骨高汤
    • "Bun nuoc leo"(鱼汤高棉米粉)是当地特色;你可以向镇上的任何人寻求推荐——摊位是轮换出摊的

    如果想正正经经地坐下来吃顿饭,东边 45 km 处的 Long Xuyen 或北边 40 km 处的 Chau Doc 有更多的选择。

    住宿推荐

    Ho Soai So 附近的住宿选择有限:

    • Tri Ton 的民宿: 基础的风扇房,150,000–250,000 VND/晚。可以在 Google 地图上搜索 "nha nghi Tri Ton" 查看最新的房源。
    • 湖边露营: 是可行的,而且在国内游客中越来越受欢迎。请自带装备——现场没有租赁服务。
    • Nui Cam 地区: 缆车站附近有几家宾馆,设施稍微好一点。价格在 300,000–500,000 VND 之间。

    如果需要空调和热水,可以把大本营设在 Chau Doc(那里有很多从经济型到中档的酒店),然后去湖边进行一日游。

    实用提示

    • 携带驱蚊剂。湖区有很多死水,黄昏时分蚊虫非常猖獗。
    • 在 Tri Ton 加满油——湖边没有加油站。
    • 手机信号(Viettel)还不错;Mobifone 在山区信号断断续续。
    • 截至 2024 年初,这里还没有门票,不过当地政府偶尔会讨论收费事宜。
    • 如果你打算将此地与更广泛的 Mekong Delta 环线游结合起来,Can Tho 和 Chau Doc 都是很好的交通枢纽。

    常见避坑指南

    在旱季前往而感到失望。 到了 3 月,湖水会急剧减少。请将游览时间安排在 10 月至次年 1 月。

    没有带足够的水。 湖边步行范围内没有卖饮料的地方。请至少携带 2 升水。

    把它当成全天游玩的目的地。 湖泊本身只需 1–2 小时即可游览完毕。可以搭配 Nui Cam、Tuc Dup 或高棉村庄来充实一天的行程。

    跳过 Tri Ton 市场。 这个小镇本身就值得花一个早晨去逛逛——它是三角洲地区受高棉文化影响最深的集镇之一,这里的食物也与你在 Can Tho 或 Saigon 找到的截然不同。
