    Lang Thien Huong 是一个隐藏在 Vietnam(베트남 / 越南 / ベトナム)北部高地 Tuyen Quang 省石灰岩山丘中的 Tay 族少数民族小村庄。该村庄海拔约600米,在省级边界调整将其并入 Tuyen Quang 之前,该地区曾由 Ha Giang 管辖。对于旅行者来说,这种行政区划的区别并不重要——这里的景观是连绵不断的喀斯特地貌、水稻梯田,以及在整个北部边陲都能感受到的那种从容不迫的节奏。

    3. Tay 族饮食文化 —— 与接待你的家庭共享家常便饭。你可以品尝到用香蕉叶蒸熟的糯米饭、炭烤河鱼、当天清晨采摘的野菜,以及饭后大家轮流品尝的“ruou can”(竹管米酒)。

    最佳旅游时间

    梯田在两个时间段最上镜:5月底至6月初,此时梯田刚刚灌水,呈现出充满生机的翠绿色;以及9月至10月初的收获季节,那时整个山坡都会变成金黄色。

    尽量避开12月至次年2月,除非你喜欢能见度几乎为零的浓雾,并且不介意在没有暖气的简易民宿里忍受夜间降至5-8°C的低温。3月和4月是过渡期——气候较干燥且正在回暖,但梯田看起来光秃秃的。

    降雨最多的月份是7月和8月。道路可能会变得湿滑,但如果你骑着一辆性能不错的摩托车,通常不会遇到无法通行的情况。

    交通指南

    从 Hanoi 出发,乘坐早班巴士前往 Tuyen Quang 市(从 My Dinh 汽车站出发约需 3 小时,票价 120,000-150,000 VND)。从 Tuyen Quang 市出发,你需要乘坐当地巴士或骑摩托车继续向西北方向前往高地地区——根据具体路线,在越来越窄的道路上预计还需要 2.5-3.5 小时。

    最实用的选择是在 Tuyen Quang 市租一辆摩托车(本田 Wave 的租金为每天 150,000-200,000 VND)然后自己骑车上去。道路是铺砌过的,但十分蜿蜒,在接近村庄的最后 10-15 km 会有一些碎石路段。

    如果你从 Ha Giang 市 出发(骑摩托车约 4 小时),向南行驶将进入新的 Tuyen Quang 行政区——路况不错,但路标极少。出发前请务必下载离线地图。

    漫步梯田

    体验采茶

    有几户人家在较高的山坡上种植“shan tuyet”(雪茶)。如果你通过房东询问,很可能会有人带你上山采摘茶叶,并向你展示手工制茶的过程。这不是什么正式的旅游项目——只是邻居向你展示他们的日常劳作。

    与当地家庭共度夜晚

    晚餐才是这里最真实的体验。围坐在地板上的矮桌旁,吃着这家人平时吃的饭菜,喝着米酒,试着用手势和谷歌翻译进行交流。这不是一场表演;对他们来说,这只是一个普通的周二夜晚。

    餐饮指南

    • 在县城的人民委员会办公室询问民宿的联系方式
    • 如果你有会说越南语的朋友可以帮忙,请提前打电话
    • 或者干脆在下午 3 点前到达并四处打听——总会有人收留你,不过在农忙的收获季节,这并不能保证

    如果想住得更舒适,可以留在 Tuyen Quang 市(有很多价格在 300,000-500,000 VND 之间的小型酒店),然后将 Lang Thien Huong 作为一个长线一日游的目的地。

    实用建议

    • 仅限现金 —— 村里没有自动取款机。请在 Tuyen Quang 市取款。携带小面额纸币(10,000-50,000 VND 面值)以便在集市购物和支付小费。
    • 手机信号 —— Viettel 的信号时断时续。Mobifone 的信号也很不稳定。一旦进入山谷,不要指望依靠移动数据来导航。
    • 语言 —— 这里几乎没人说英语。请在谷歌翻译中下载越南语离线包。学几句简单的越南语,如“xin chao”(你好)、“cam on”(谢谢)和“bao nhieu”(多少钱)。

    行程匆忙。 有些人试图从 Hanoi 出发,将行程压缩在一天内完成。单是路上的时间就会让人筋疲力尽。请至少在这里住上一晚。

    期望有 Sapa 级别的基础设施。 这里没有咖啡馆,没有 Wi-Fi 休息室,也没有精酿啤酒。但这正是它的独特之处。

    在 Tet (뗏 (베트남 설날) / 越南春节 / テト (ベトナム旧正月)) 期间造访。 村子要么空无一人,要么挤满了返乡的家庭成员。在农历新年期间(通常在1月下旬或2月上旬),民宿可能不接待客人。在制定计划前请务必核对日期。

    结语

    Lang Thien Huong 不是一个让你“打卡”的目的地——它是一个让你静静待上一两天,让农耕村落的节奏重新调整你生活步调的地方。如果你已经走过 Ha Giang 环线,并渴望寻找一个节奏更慢、少一些商业化表演、真正远离常规路线的地方,那么绕道来这里绝对物超所值。
