    芽庄(Nha Trang)的饮食名声多半归功于海鲜,但这座城市的甜点文化也同样令人印象深刻——这里既有老派的街头摊位,也有节日限定的甜品,还有将当地食材玩出新花样的现代咖啡馆。

    第 1 站:Nguyen Thien Thuat 街的 Che

    从海滨往内陆走几个街区,来到 Nguyen Thien Thuat 街,这里聚集了许多从上午一直营业到深夜的露天摊位,专门售卖“che”——即越南甜汤。如果你曾在 Hanoi 或 Saigon 吃过 che,一定会对这种形式感到亲切:玻璃碗里盛着底汤,你可以从面前的托盘中选择各种配料加入其中。

    在芽庄,一定要点一份 che bap,它是用嫩玉米粒和椰奶慢火熬制,加少许糖和盐调味。听起来简单,但关键在于平衡——好的 che bap 甜度极低,玉米本身的清甜才是主角。一碗售价 15,000–20,000 VND。如果摊位还有 che dau do(红豆甜汤)或 che troi nuoc(姜汁糯米汤圆),不妨再来一碗。毕竟,这是在享受美食,而不只是浅尝辄止。

    第 2 站:Dam 市场附近的 Banh Can 与咸甜小吃

    Dam 市场(Cho Dam)位于市中心,是芽庄食品贸易的实际核心。市场外围的摊位和附近的巷子里挤满了售卖传统糕点的小贩,他们主要服务于当地人而非游客。

    寻找 banh it la gai——这是一种用香蕉叶包裹的小糯米糕,加入了苎麻叶(la gai)汁,使面团呈现出深绿色甚至黑色。内馅通常是甜绿豆沙或椰丝。每个售价约 5,000–8,000 VND,如果你想留着稍后吃,它们非常易于携带。附近的一些摊位还有 banh cay(芝麻炸米糕),如果你想换换口味,也可以来点 nem chua(发酵猪肉)来中和甜味。

    第 3 站:Thanh Long 面包店的月饼

    在芽庄,月饼不仅仅是 Mid-Autumn Festival 的专属——由于游客需求量大,许多面包店全年都会供应月饼。位于 Hoang Hoa Tham 街的 Thanh Long 面包店是当地响当当的老字号。这里的烘焙月饼皮薄金黄,馅料偏向传统口味:莲蓉蛋黄、五仁冬瓜,偶尔还有班兰椰蓉口味。根据大小和馅料不同,价格在 35,000 到 80,000 VND 不等。

    如果你在农历中秋节前几周(通常是阳历 8 月至 9 月)造访,面包店的品种会大幅增加,整条街也会呈现出截然不同的节日氛围。如果行程灵活,非常值得为此安排时间。

    第 4 站:Tran Phu 街附近的 Kem(冰淇淋)摊位

    海滨大道 Tran Phu 上从不缺冰淇淋,但大多是针对被晒伤的游客的普通软冰淇淋。建议去往内陆两三个街区,那里聚集着独立的 kem 摊位,小贩们售卖各种以当地农产品为口味的冰淇淋:刺果番荔枝(mang cau)、椰子、榴莲,还有一种用当地青米制成的口味。每球价格为 10,000–20,000 VND。

    一定要尝尝装在椰子壳里的椰子冰淇淋——kem dua。这虽然不是芽庄的发明,但这里的摊贩直接从附近的 Khanh Hoa 省果园采购椰子,新鲜度极高。记得在椰壳变暖前吃完它。

    第 5 站:Biet Thu 街的现代甜品店

    与海滩平行的 Biet Thu 街已演变成芽庄最集中的咖啡馆和餐厅聚集区,深受年轻越南游客和日益增长的国内旅游人群喜爱。这里的几家店已经超越了普通的 che 和水果冰沙,提供值得坐下来细细品味的精致甜点。

    这些咖啡馆的甜点通常以刨冰或班兰果冻为底,搭配椰奶、新鲜水果(如菠萝蜜、芒果、龙眼,视季节而定)、碎花生和自制配料。它更接近泰式刨冰,但保留了越南本土风味。在店里享用一份完整的甜点,价格约为 45,000–70,000 VND。

    如果咖啡馆的每日特供里有 banh flan(越南焦糖布丁,菜单上有时写作 "creme caramel"),一定要点一份。芽庄版本的布丁通常比 Saigon(사이공 / 西贡 / サイゴン)风格的更扎实,甜度更低,且焦糖色泽更深,甚至带有一丝苦味——在笔者看来,这才是更好的风味。

    如何规划这条路线

    这五个站点分布在芽庄市中心一条约 2–3 公里的步行长廊上。建议上午在 Nguyen Thien Thuat 街开始,此时 che 摊位最为新鲜;中午前逛逛 Dam 市场;午后避开酷暑休息片刻,下午再去 Thanh Long 面包店和 kem 摊位;傍晚时分,当咖啡馆热闹起来且气温下降时,以 Biet Thu 街作为终点,享受户外座位。

    这些站点都不需要预约或向导。大多数摊主都能用简单的英语进行交易,如果语言不通,指指旁边人正在吃的东西也完全行得通。

    实用贴士

    每个摊位和大多数小型咖啡馆都只收现金——请准备好零钱(5,000 和 10,000 VND 的纸币)。Dam 市场区域在中午前最繁忙;去晚了,一些好吃的传统糕点可能会售罄。季节性因素会影响部分站点:月饼品种在中秋节前后最丰富,而热带水果配料也会随季节更替。
