    Da Nang 的活力在太阳落山后才真正被点燃。到了晚上 9 点,河边和 Son Tra 后街的塑料凳摊位就已座无虚席,而每个人都在吃——并且大声吮吸着——的东西就是“oc hut”。

    你到底在吃什么

    Oc hut 的意思就是“吸螺”,这直观地描述了吃法。这些螺通常是小型的河螺或田螺,大小如指甲盖一般,在炒锅里加入罗望子、香茅、辣椒和少许鱼露快速爆炒。它们被盛在金属碗里端上来,带着壳,油光发亮,香气扑鼻。你拿起一颗,嘴唇贴住开口,用力一吸,螺肉就会整颗滑入嘴中。配上一瓶啤酒,和朋友们聚在一起吃上一个小时,花费几乎可以忽略不计。

    菜单上最常见的品种有:oc buou(苹果螺,个头较大,肉质更厚)、oc huong(织纹螺,略带咸鲜味)和 oc mo(较小的河螺,最经典)。大多数摊位这三种都有,建议各点一些。

    街道:Bach Dang 及周边的侧巷

    沿着 Bach Dang——那条与 Han River 平行的滨河大道,聚集了一批从晚上 7 点左右营业到午夜甚至更晚的 oc hut 摊位。这些不是你在 Google 地图上能找到招牌的餐厅,而是每晚在人行道上摆出桌椅和燃气灶的家庭摊档。寻找炒锅冒出的烟火气即可。

    Tran Phu 旁边的侧巷,特别是与 Ngo Gia Tu 的交叉口附近,有更密集的摊位,主要服务当地人而非游客。那里的桌子更矮,啤酒更便宜,而且没人会给你提供英文菜单。

    三个值得一去的摊位

    Quan Oc Co Lieu — 47 Hoang Dieu

    这家店多年来一直保持着同样的模式:一家狭窄的店面延伸到人行道上,黑板菜单上写着八九种炒螺做法,还有大约 10,000 VND 一杯的 bia hoi 生啤。这里的罗望子香茅炒 oc mo 是标杆之作——酸甜开胃,且辣味十足。下午 6 点开门,通常到晚上 11 点最好的食材就卖光了。根据品种不同,一份拼盘的价格在 40,000–60,000 VND 之间。

    Oc Dao — 29 Le Duan

    相比路边摊,这里的设施稍微完善一些,有真正的凳子和风扇。这里的黄油蒜蓉炒 oc buou 是必点菜——虽然不是经典的罗望子口味,但非常值得一试。如果你想换换口味,他们还有葱油烤 oc huong。价格也在同一区间:每盘 50,000–80,000 VND。周末营业至凌晨 1 点左右。

    Son Tra 区,夜市边缘

    如果你住在 My Khe 海滩区域,建议往内陆方向前往更安静的 Son Tra 街道,而不是去游客聚集区。Vo Nguyen Giap 街区及其侧巷有几家营业到深夜的非正式 oc hut 摊位,周五和周六晚上有时会营业到凌晨 2 点。这些是最具当地气息的选择:日光灯、台式风扇、装满 Larue 啤酒的冷藏箱,以及掌勺的阿婆。没有固定地址;晚上 9 点后,跟着香味和嘈杂声走就行。

    如何点餐

    如果你的越南语有限,指着活螺缸(大多数地方都有),伸出手指表示数量,然后点头即可。厨房会处理剩下的事。关于做法,sot me 指罗望子酱,这是最常见也是最推荐入门的口味。Bo toi 是黄油蒜蓉。Sa te 指辣椒酱,辣度非常给力。

    记得带上湿巾或纸巾。这注定是一顿会吃得满手都是的餐点。

    美味的越南砂锅螺,配有新鲜香草和蘸酱,是海鲜爱好者的绝佳选择。

    花费多少

    两个人的丰盛一餐——三盘混合螺、一份烤玉米或红薯作为配菜,再加上四五瓶啤酒——总价通常在 150,000 到 250,000 VND 之间。这是合理的消费范围。如果你在河边那些有氛围灯的店里付出了远高于此的价格,那你可能已经误入了游客陷阱。

    至于饮料,大多数地方都有 Larue(Da Nang 当地啤酒,自法国殖民时期就开始酿造)和 Tiger。在这些摊位,一罐 Larue 的价格在 15,000–20,000 VND 左右。有些地方提供的 bia hoi 生啤价格接近 10,000 VND。

    几点实用建议

    大多数摊位不接受刷卡,请准备现金。最繁忙的时段是晚上 8:30 到 11:00;如果你想品尝完整的菜单,请尽量早点去。Da Nang (다낭 / 岘港 / ダナン) 的街头美食全年营业,但在雨季(大约 10 月到 12 月),一些路边摊位可能会搬到室内,或者在暴雨来临时提前打烊。
