    为什么 Phong Dien 与众不同

    Cai Rang 是 Can Tho 的招牌景点——那里挤满了装载农产品的船只,穿着统一救生衣的旅游团络绎不绝,小贩们也早已练就了一套针对外国游客的推销技巧。虽然值得一去,但不可否认,如今的它更像是一场表演。

    Phong Dien 位于 Can Tho 市中心西南约 20 公里处,节奏完全不同。这个市场几乎完全服务于当地的批发商和周边村庄的小商贩。这里没有用扩音器挂在杆子上叫卖 bap trai(玉米)的声音——那是 Cai Rang 的特色。在 Phong Dien,船只只是静静地靠在一起,人们低声交谈。规模更小,节奏更从容;如果你在早上 6 点前到达,就能赶上最繁忙的时段,而市场通常在 8 点左右就会散去。

    实际的好处是:你可以在 Phong Dien 桥附近找当地家庭租一艘木制小划船,价格约为每小时 100,000–150,000 VND。不需要预订旅游套餐,也没有拿着塑封地图的英语导游。只有你、一艘船,以及空气中弥漫的河水气息。

    从 Can Tho 出发

    最直接的路线是沿着 QL61C 公路从 Can Tho 市中心向西南方向骑行摩托车。根据 Ninh Kieu 附近的早高峰情况,大约需要 35–40 分钟。Grab 司机都知道 Phong Dien 市场(cho noi Phong Dien),无需多加解释,从 Can Tho 市中心出发的单程车费约为 60,000–80,000 VND。

    或者,Can Tho 的一些旅馆可以安排小型晨间游,将 Phong Dien 与途中的米粉作坊或椰子糖工厂结合起来。每人费用约为 250,000–350,000 VND,如果你没有自己的交通工具,这是一个不错的选择。

    “Bun rieu” 是首选。这里水上售卖的蟹肉番茄汤版本是用大锅熬制的,现点现盛,每碗约 25,000–35,000 VND。它比你在城里餐馆吃到的版本更清淡、更朴实,这反而是件好事——汤头清爽酸鲜,如果你喜欢,还可以加一勺虾酱。

    “Banh canh” 在一两艘船上也能找到——这种浓稠、略带胶质的面条配上猪肉或蟹肉汤,湄公河三角洲的做法比全国任何地方都更地道。水上市场的版本通常取决于商贩当天烹饪的食材,这让它充满了惊喜。

    如果想吃点清淡的,可以找找卖 “goi cuon” 的船,它们都是现点现包的——米纸卷里塞满了猪肉、虾、新鲜香草和米粉,配上花生蘸酱,酱汁是从商贩放在两单生意之间保温的锅里舀出来的。每卷只需 5,000–8,000 VND,吃上四个也花不到 50,000 VND。

    至于饮料,一艘卖 ca phe sua da(炼乳冰咖啡)的保温桶船通常会停在农产品区附近。浓郁、冰凉,在清晨 5:30 是必不可少的提神饮品。

    读懂市场

    Phong Dien 主要交易来自 Phong Dien 区小农户的季节性水果和蔬菜。根据你访问的时间,你会看到火龙果、红毛丹、龙眼或青芒果按箱交易。商贩们使用一种不成文的船位系统——常驻卖家每天停在大致相同的位置,新卖家或偶尔来的卖家则填补空隙。

    不要指望有任何标牌或价格表。作为外国人购买是可行的,商贩们通常也比较友好,但要现实一点:这个市场并非为零售旅游而设,批发价格并不适用于单份水果。美食船是你进入市场的切入点——点一份食物,付一个合理的价格,然后在旁边观察农产品贸易的进行。

    时间建议与注意事项

    在凌晨 5:00 到 6:30 之间到达,可以赶上市场最活跃的时候。到了 8:00,市场开始散去,9:00 基本就结束了。随着公路基础设施的改善和商贩转向陆地市场,湄公河三角洲各地的水上市场几十年来一直在萎缩——Phong Dien 也不例外。现在的市场虽然真实,但规模比十到十五年前要小。

    请准备好小面额现金(5,000 和 10,000 VND 的纸币)。穿一双不怕弄湿的鞋子。如果你容易晕船,在木制小船上摇晃着吃热腾腾的面汤,那将是一次独特的体验。

    实用贴士

    Phong Dien 市场每天开放;平日的商贩通常比周末多。Can Tho 是一个舒适的基地——这是一座设施完善的城市,拥有各种价位的住宿,如果你想将 Phong Dien 与 Cai Rang 以及 Ninh Kieu 海滨的晚间漫步结合起来,至少值得住上两晚。无需门票,无需预订。
