    Phu Quoc 不是一个节奏匆忙的城市。岛上大部分美好的早晨发生在上午 8 点到中午之间——伴随着浓郁的咖啡、油炸小吃,或是让人身心舒畅的热食。这里的早午餐文化并非一种潮流,而是当外籍人士、长住游客和岛民在同一时间相遇时,自然而然形成的生活方式。

    传统之选:适合早午餐时段的越南早餐

    在深入探讨咖啡馆和烘焙店之前,值得一提的是,Phu Quoc 拥有非常扎实的越南早餐店基础,这些店铺通常营业到上午 11 点甚至更晚——按照岛上的逻辑,它们完全可以作为早午餐的选择。

    位于 Duong Dong 市场附近的 Quan Com Tam 以正宗方式制作“com tam”:碎米饭配上烤猪排、煎蛋、猪皮丝,旁边还会附上一小碗鱼露(nuoc cham)。每份价格在 45,000–65,000 VND 之间。虽然环境并不华丽,但猪肉品质始终如一,米饭底部那层微焦的锅巴更是需要功力才能做出来的美味。

    如果想吃点清淡的,Duong Dong 镇中心的 Tran Hung Dao 沿街有几家摊位从清晨就开始售卖“banh cuon”。肠粉现点现蒸,内馅包裹着猪肉碎和木耳,上面撒着炸红葱头。到了上午 9:30,排队的人群会减少,你通常能找到座位。

    如果你在 Bai Truong(长滩)附近,环岛路以南的 Tran Hung Dao 沿线聚集了不少当地小店,营业时间很早。留意那些手写的招牌——“bun rieu”蟹肉米粉经常出现在这里,而且上桌速度很快。

    值得一坐的咖啡馆与烘焙店

    在越南传统早餐与现代早午餐之间,Phu Quoc 在过去几年里涌现出了一些有趣的混搭风格店铺。

    位于 Duong Dong 的 The Spice House 倾向于全天候咖啡馆模式,周末提供简短的早午餐菜单。包括多种做法的鸡蛋料理、涂抹当地胡椒黄油的吐司(Phu Quoc 的胡椒品质极佳,与 Kampot 胡椒齐名),以及新鲜水果拼盘。这里的咖啡水准在线——点一杯“ca phe sua da”永远不会出错,比美式咖啡更值得推荐。每道菜价格约在 85,000–130,000 VND。

    位于 An Thoi 区域附近的 Rika Coffee & Bakery 在岛屿南端租房的长住客中积累了一批忠实粉丝。糕点均为店内烘焙——牛角面包酥脆到足以让你专程跑一趟,他们制作的椰子奶油丹麦酥更是让当地人流连忘返。座位是露天但有遮阳的,这在 Phu Quoc 上午 9 点到中午热浪袭来时非常重要。

    如果想在享用美食的同时喝到正宗的越南咖啡,位于 Bach Dang 路夜市附近的 Cafe 88 是个不错的选择。这里早晨非常安静,提供包含自制肉酱的“banh mi”等简餐。面包来自当地烘焙坊,上桌时热气腾腾。三明治价格约在 35,000–50,000 VND。

    周末限定:值得特别安排的去处

    有些地方只在周六和周日营业,届时厨房会提供更丰富的菜单,周围的市场摊位也会变得热闹非凡。

    周末早晨,Duong Dong 市场周边本身就是一场美食盛宴。摊贩从早上 6:30 左右开始摆摊,直到售罄为止——通常在 10:30 左右。你会看到“banh xeo”在铸铁锅里滋滋作响,还有可以观看制作过程的“goi cuon”新鲜春卷摊,以及售卖香蕉叶包裹糯米饭的老奶奶,每份仅需 15,000 VND。虽然场面有些混乱,但绝对值得一试。

    还有一家值得外籍人士关注的店:Ganesh Garden。它在晚上是一家印度餐厅,但在周日上午会开启早午餐服务,提供包括鸡蛋料理、吐司、燕麦片和浓郁滤泡咖啡在内的精简菜单。它位于 Duong Dong 中心以北约 3 公里处,通往 Ham Ninh 的路上。花园环境非常宜人,而且他们的滤泡咖啡——使用越南本地咖啡豆而非进口豆——是岛上口感最好的咖啡之一。预计每人消费 100,000–180,000 VND。

    位于缆车站附近的 Pesto Cafe 吸引了各类人群,他们的班尼迪克蛋做得相当不错,不会让人失望。服务有着岛屿特有的慢节奏——如果你赶着去坐船,千万别来这里。

    如果想在上午晚些时候吃点清淡的,南部 Bai Sao 海滩沿线的果汁吧从早上 8 点左右开始提供新鲜水果碗和椰子饮品。虽然算不上正式的早午餐,但如果你想在海边度过一个早晨并顺便吃点东西,Bai Sao 停车场附近非正式摊位上的芒果和火龙果碗仅需 50,000–70,000 VND,在距离海边十米的地方享用,味道格外鲜美。

    实用贴士

    Phu Quoc 的大部分早午餐店集中在 Duong Dong 镇和 Bai Truong 地带——如果你住在北部的 Ong Lang 或 Cua Can,请预留额外的 10–15 分钟交通时间。市场摊位和小型咖啡馆仍倾向于使用现金;烘焙咖啡馆则可以使用银行卡。周末早晨全年都很繁忙,但在 7-8 月和 12-1 月的旅游旺季,座位的紧俏程度往往超出新人的预期。
