    Suoi Khoang My Lam 是一处天然富矿温泉,位于 Tuyen Quang 市中心以南约 12 km 处,隐匿在低矮石灰岩山丘脚下的山谷中。泉水常年保持在 38–42°C,富含硫、钙和二氧化硅——在东南亚的水疗度假村,享受这种矿物质成分的温泉通常需要花费高昂的费用。而在这里,价格依然相对亲民,且保留着令人耳目一新的原始风貌。

    这处温泉最早于 20 世纪 60 年代开发用于沐浴,最初作为康复疗养设施使用。到了 90 年代,这里开始向普通游客开放,并在原有浴池周围建起了一个规模适中的度假区。如今,它作为 My Lam Hot Spring Resort(Khu du lich Suoi Khoang My Lam)运营,设有公共泡池、私人浴缸、一个游泳池以及基础的酒店客房。这里算不上奢华——只有水泥砌成的水池、贴着瓷砖的更衣室和一间食堂——但泉水是货真价实的,环境也确实非常清幽。

    注意:随着 2025 年的行政区划合并,Tuyen Quang 省现已将原 Ha Giang 省纳入管辖范围。温泉的地理位置并未改变,且从 Tuyen Quang 市前往依然最为便捷。

    推荐理由

    大多数外国游客在前往 Ha Giang (하장 / 河江 / ハーザン) 盘山公路的途中,都会直接穿过 Tuyen Quang。这很正常——毕竟 Ha Giang 的景色蔚为壮观。但如果你正从 Hanoi 驱车北上,想在路边“nha nghi”(汽车旅馆)以外的地方稍作歇息,My Lam 绝对是一个理想的落脚点。它的吸引力在于:

    • 纯正的天然矿物温泉,绝非加热的自来水。你甚至能闻到淡淡的硫磺味。
    • 泡上半天只需 80,000–150,000 VND,具体取决于浴池类型。
    • 工作日的山谷非常宁静。周末的人流则多为当地家庭。
    • 非常适合在 Tuyen Quang 市住上一晚,然后再继续向北前往 Ha Giang 环线。

    最佳游玩时间

    温泉全年开放,但最佳游玩时间是 10 月至次年 3 月——在凉爽的季节泡汤,绝对比在 7 月 35°C 的午后泡在 40°C 的水里大汗淋漓要惬意得多。1 月和 2 月的北部地区会变得相当寒冷(夜间温度在 10–15°C),这会让泡在热汤里的感觉更加美妙。

    尽量避开重大节假日的周末——尤其是 Tet(春节)——届时浴池会人满为患,住宿也会被预订一空。11 月或 12 月的工作日是理想的选择:空气清凉,泉水温暖,浴池也十分空旷。

    交通指南

    从 Hanoi 出发

    Tuyen Quang 市位于 Hanoi (하노이 / 河内 / ハノイ) 以北约 130 km 处,自驾或骑摩托车经 QL2 公路穿过 Vinh Phuc 和 Phu Tho,大约需要 2.5–3 小时。从 My Dinh 汽车站出发的巴士每 30–45 分钟一班(票价 100,000–130,000 VND,车程 3 小时)。从 Tuyen Quang 汽车站出来,可以搭乘当地出租车或“xe om”(摩的)沿 DT185 公路向南行驶——温泉距离市区 12 km,大约需要 20 分钟车程。

    从 Ha Giang 地区出发

    如果你刚结束 Ha Giang 环线之旅准备南下,经由 QL2 公路,Tuyen Quang 市距离原 Ha Giang city 中心大约 150 km。根据山区路况,建议预留 3–4 小时的车程。

    骑摩托车

    从 Tuyen Quang 市到 My Lam 的道路平坦、铺有柏油且路线笔直。没有盘山公路,也没有碎石路。任何习惯在 Vietnam (베트남 / 越南 / ベトナム) 骑行的人都能轻松驾驭。

    • Tuyen Quang 的“Banh cuon” —— 这座城市的 Banh cuon(卷粉)做得很不错,比 Hanoi 的更薄,通常搭配甜味蘸酱而不是鱼露。早上可以去 Tran Hung Dao 街找找这些摊位。

    My Lam Hot Spring Resort 提供基础的酒店客房,价格为每晚 400,000–700,000 VND。房间很干净但设施陈旧——可以想象一下 2000 年代越南酒店的风格:瓷砖地板、硬板床,浴室里直接接入了温泉热水。住在这里的好处是,早上一出门就能直接走到浴池。

    Tuyen Quang 市区住宿

    选择更多,性价比也更高。Binh Thuan 街沿线的经济型酒店价格在 250,000–400,000 VND 之间。河边一些较新的住宿地提供不错的的中档客房,价格为 500,000–800,000 VND。虽然算不上豪华,但作为中转过夜已经足够了。

    • 自带毛巾——浴池出租的毛巾很薄而且价格虚高。
    • 带上人字拖在池边穿。瓷砖地面会很滑。

    • 在夏天的周六来访。 热水池 + 炎热天气 + 周末拥挤的人群 = 毫无放松可言。
    • 完全跳过 Tuyen Quang 市区。 这座城市有物美价廉的食物和宁静的河滨。它值得你花上一个晚上,而不仅仅是开车路过。
    • 没有预留足够的时间。 温泉最适合作为半天的停留点,而不是在两趟巴士换乘之间匆匆泡个 45 分钟。
