    Ca Na 并不是那种靠照片就能吸引人的海滩。这是一段粗犷、充满盐沫的海岸,背后是花岗岩巨石和灌木丛生的山丘,坐落于 Phan Rang 与昔日 Ninh Thuan 省边缘(现已并入扩建后的 Khanh Hoa)之间的 1A 国道上。不过,在这里停留过的人往往会对其念念不忘,因为它是越南(베트남 / 越南 / ベトナム)中部为数不多的、让人感觉完全未受度假村开发破坏的沿海景点之一。

    Ca Na 的真面目——以及一点背景故事

    Bai Bien Ca Na 位于 Phan Rang 以南约 30 km 的海岸线上。几十年来,它一直是 Saigon 到 Nha Trang(냐짱 / 芽庄 / ニャチャン)长途客车乘客的休息站——司机会把车停在路边,大家下车伸展一下腿脚,在路边摊吃点烤鱿鱼,盯着大海看上十分钟,然后再爬回车上。这种名声一直延续至今,因此 Ca Na 从未像 Nha Trang 或 Mui Ne 那样,被高耸的酒店大楼或跟团游的人潮所改变。

    海滩本身被一簇簇深色圆润的巨石分割成几个小海湾。海水很清澈,但海浪可能有些汹涌,尤其是在 11 月到次年 2 月期间。海滩后方的土地十分干旱——这是越南最干燥的微气候区,比起大多数人印象中越南的热带绿意,这里更像是地中海的灌木林地。

    为什么旅行者会去那里

    说实话?大多数人并不会去——而这正是吸引少数人的原因。Ca Na 吸引的是那些已经见识过 Nha Trang 的酒吧街和 Mui Ne(무이네 / 美奈 / ムイネー)的风筝海滩,想要寻找基础设施更少、更加宁静之地的人。这里的海岸线有一种荒凉、迎风而立的独特上镜感。海滩南端的巨石群很值得攀爬探索。而且这里的海鲜便宜、新鲜,没有那种塑封的英文菜单。

    如果你正开车或骑摩托车往返于 Saigon(사이공 / 西贡 / サイゴン)和中部海岸之间,这里也是一个实用的过夜停靠点。Ca Na 附近的 1A 国道路段是越南风景最优美的沿海公路之一——急弯、海景,而且与其他路段相比,这里几乎没有拥堵的交通。

    最佳游览时间

    这里的旱季大约从 1 月持续到 9 月,5 月到 8 月最为炎热。最佳的游览窗口期是 3 月到 6 月——温暖但不炙热,几乎没有降雨,海面平静适合游泳。7 月和 8 月会带来强风,如果你喜欢风筝冲浪那再好不过,但对于只想慵懒放松的人来说就不太理想了。

    尽量避开 10 月到 12 月。这是中南部海岸季风季节的尾声,而 Ca Na 首当其冲——海浪汹涌,公路偶尔会被水淹,一些客栈也会关门歇业。

    如何前往

    最近的主要交通枢纽是 Nha Trang,位于东北方向约 105 km 处。

    • 骑摩托车: 最有获得感的选择。从 Nha Trang 沿着 1A 国道向南骑行。根据你的车速,车程大约 2-2.5 小时,最后沿着海岸线的 40 km 骑行体验极佳。请在 Cam Ranh 加满油。
    • 乘坐客车: 任何从 Nha Trang 开往 Saigon 的南行卧铺客车都会经过 Ca Na。告诉司机在“Ca Na”让你下车——大多数司机都知道这个地方。票价在 80,000-120,000 VND 之间,具体取决于客运公司。需要注意的是:之后如果想再次乘车离开,需要在路边拦下过路的客车,这并不总是靠谱。
    • 包车/出租车: 从 Nha Trang 出发的单程包车费用约为 800,000-1,200,000 VND。在 Cam Ranh 以南这么远的地方,Grab 的服务并不稳定,所以最好与当地出租车司机议价,或者通过你的酒店预订。
    • 从 Phan Rang 出发: 沿 1A 国道向北仅 30 km。从 Phan Rang 乘坐 xe om(摩托车出租车)大约需要 100,000-150,000 VND。

    游玩项目

    攀爬巨石群

    海滩南端的花岗岩群是主要的视觉亮点。它们被风浪打磨得像雕塑一样光滑。请穿上一双好鞋——石头湿水后会很滑——最好在傍晚时分前往,那时夕阳的光线会把一切染成琥珀色。

    在小海湾游泳

    在风平浪静的月份,主海滩很适合游泳,但隐藏在巨石群之间的小海湾体验更好。那里海藻更少,避风效果更好,而且在工作日,你很可能会独享整片海湾。

    驰骋沿海公路

    Ca Na 正北和正南方向长达 20 km 的 1A 国道路段,是越南最棒的沿海自驾路线之一。可以从 Phan Rang 租一辆摩托车,或者骑你自己的车。在观景点停下来看看——沿途有几个没有标记的停车区,可以欣赏到绝美的海景。

    参观盐田

    向北往 Phan Rang 方向行驶约 15 km,你会路过正在作业的盐田。工人们将海盐耙成白色的金字塔状,这在 1 月到 6 月期间尤为壮观。这里是工作场所,而非旅游景点,所以请保持尊重,在拍摄人物前先征得同意。

    夜观捕鱿船

    如果你在这里过夜,可以在天黑后走到海滩上。捕鱿鱼的渔船会使用明亮的绿光来吸引猎物,在晴朗的夜晚,地平线看起来就像一座漂浮的城市。3 月到 8 月是船队最活跃的时候,也是最佳的观赏期。

    附近美食

    Ca Na 路边的海鲜摊是重头戏。寻找那些门前摆着活鱼和贝类水箱的摊位——你指哪样,他们就称重,然后烤或蒸。一盘配有盐、辣椒和青柠的烤鱿鱼大约需要 80,000-120,000 VND。葱油蒸竹蛏也是当地的主打菜。

    如果想吃点更管饱的,在通往 Phan Rang 的路段上有几家“com binh dan”(平民快餐饭)小店,花上 35,000-50,000 VND 就能吃上一大盘米饭,配上烤鱼、腌菜和肉汤。别指望有什么高档的环境——塑料椅子、拼桌,但食物非常美味。

    如果你馋“banh canh”——一种粗木薯粉条汤——Phan Rang 以其鱼肉版本的 banh canh 而闻名,绝对值得你稍微绕道去品尝一下。

    住宿推荐

    Ca Na 的住宿选择有限。沿着公路只有少数几家客栈和小酒店:

    • 经济型(200,000-400,000 VND/晚): 提供冷水的基础风扇房。足够干净,通常是家庭经营。别指望能用英语交流或在线预订——直接过去就行。
    • 中档型(500,000-900,000 VND/晚): 几家较新的微型酒店提供空调、热水和海景阳台。Ca Na Hotel 是当地最老牌的选择。
    • 这里没有豪华型住宿。 如果你想要游泳池和客房服务,请住在 Nha Trang 然后来这里一日游。

    当地人的实用建议

    • 带上防晒霜和帽子。 这段海岸比越南几乎任何其他地方都要干燥、阳光更充足。海滩上几乎没有天然的遮阴处。
    • 携带现金。 Ca Na 本地没有 ATM 机。最近的可靠 ATM 机在 Phan Rang。
    • 到达前加满油。 Cam Ranh 和 Phan Rang 之间的加油站非常稀少。
    • 风真的很大。 从 6 月开始,下午的风力会明显增强。在海滩上保管好你的物品,并做好所有东西都会进沙子的心理准备。

    避免常见错误

    • 错过自驾体验。 如果你飞到 Nha Trang 然后直接打车过来,你就错过了最棒的部分。沿海公路本身就占了整个体验的一半。
