    Suoi Long Dau位于Lang Son市中心西南约3 km处,是一条流经Vietnam(베트남 / 越南 / ベトナム)东北部高原森林石灰岩山谷的淡水溪流。它并没有出现在大多数旅游行程中,而这正是它值得一游的原因——你将与当地家庭共享这片宁静,而不是被旅游大巴包围。

    Suoi Long Dau(大致可译为“龙头溪”)是一条天然泉水汇聚而成的溪流,穿过两侧喀斯特山丘和茂密植被环绕的狭窄山谷。溪流大部分地方都很浅,水流漫过光滑的岩石和天然的小水池。周边地区进行了轻度开发,铺设了小径并建有几个休息亭,但它给人的感觉依然像是一个当地人的野餐胜地,而非精心修饰的旅游景点。Lang Son省在历史上是一个边境贸易区,这座城市本身也因其市场而非自然风光闻名。Suoi Long Dau正是当地人周末去避暑、烧烤、让孩子们戏水的地方。

    为什么值得去

    如果你已经身在Lang Son——也许是在前往Huu Nghi中越边境的途中路过,或者正在探索东北环线——Suoi Long Dau给了你一个放慢脚步的理由。它的魅力很简单:清澈的溪水、绿树成荫、宁静致远。Lang Son市虽然宜人但面积不大,在逛完Ky Lua市场并参观了Tam Thanh洞穴之后,你的观光选择很快就会变少。这条溪流正好填补了这一空白。它本身算不上一个主要目的地,但作为从市区出发的半日游却非常合适——尤其是在天气较热的月份,清凉的溪水能让人真正感到神清气爽。

    最佳游玩时间

    Lang Son属亚热带气候,有着真正的冬天。从11月到次年2月,气温可能会降至5–10°C,山丘上雾气弥漫且寒冷。这显然不是坐在溪边的好时机。

    最佳的游玩窗口期是4月至9月。5月到8月是最温暖的时段,白天最高气温在28–33°C左右——非常适合蹚水。代价是降雨:6月到8月的降雨量最大,山洪暴发可能会让溪流变得危险不可测。如果你想要温暖的天气又想避开最严重的降雨,4月、5月和9月是最佳选择。工作日比较安静;周末则会有大量当地家庭前来。

    如何前往

    从Hanoi出发

    Lang Son位于Hanoi东北约155 km处。最快的路线是Hanoi–Lang Son高速公路(CT.04),开车或骑摩托车大约只需2.5小时。

    • 巴士: 定期有客车从My Dinh和Gia Lam汽车站发车。单程票价预计在120,000–180,000 VND之间。车程视停靠站点而定,大约需要3–3.5小时。
    • 摩托车: 对于途经Ha Giang、Cao Bang和Lang Son进行东北环线骑行的游客来说,这是一个很受欢迎的选择。高速公路路况平稳但要收费(汽车约140,000 VND;摩托车需走平行的QL1A国道,会增加30–45分钟车程)。
    • 火车: 有一条Hanoi(하노이 / 河内 / ハノイ)至Dong Dang的铁路线,但速度很慢(5–6小时)且班次不多。除非你本身就喜欢火车旅行,否则不太推荐。

    从Lang Son市区到Suoi Long Dau

    从市中心乘车到溪流距离很短——大约3 km。乘坐“xe om”(摩托车出租)或Grab大约需要15,000–30,000 VND。如果你有自己的摩托车,顺着路标向城西南边缘行驶即可。大部分路段都是柏油路,靠近溪流入口处有一小段水泥路。

    游玩项目

    在溪流池中蹚水和游泳

    这是主要的吸引力所在。溪流有几个天然水池,积水深及膝盖或腰部。底部大多是光滑的岩石和沙子。请带上涉水鞋——有些路段长有湿滑的青苔。这里的水源自上方石灰岩山丘的泉水,即使在夏天也非常清凉。

    漫步山谷小径

    有一条小径沿着溪流向上游延伸约1.5 km。路面平坦好走,沿途大部分都有绿树成荫。你会经过小瀑布和岩层。这算不上徒步——更像是在散步。往返大约需要30–45分钟。

    在凉亭下野餐

    主入口附近有带顶棚的休息区,配有石桌和石凳。当地人会自带食物——烤肉、糯米饭、水果。你也可以效仿。出发前,可以先在市区的Ky Lua市场采购补给品。

    拍摄喀斯特地貌

    这里的石灰岩山丘比Ninh Binh(닌빈 / 宁平 / ニンビン)或Ha Long Bay那些引人注目的奇峰要小一些、圆润一些,但它们有着自己宁静上镜的一面——尤其是在清晨的晨光中,山谷里弥漫着薄雾的时候。

    返程途中参观Tam Thanh洞穴

    Tam Thanh是位于Lang Son市北部的一个石灰岩洞穴和寺庙建筑群。它与Suoi Long Dau搭配起来,正好可以组成一个完美的上午-下午半日游组合。门票为20,000 VND。

    周边美食

    游览完溪流回到镇上后,Lang Son的招牌菜绝对值得你去寻觅一番。

    Vit quay Lang Son(Lang Son烤鸭)

    这是Lang Son在整个越南北部闻名的招牌。鸭肉用“mac mat”(一种生长在该省森林中的当地柑橘类叶子)腌制,然后在炭火上烤至表皮酥脆。你可以在Tran Dang Ninh街沿线的餐厅里找到它。半只烤鸭的价格大约在200,000–300,000 VND,足够两个人吃。搭配米饭以及姜和发酵大豆制成的蘸酱,味道绝佳。

    Pho chua Lang Son

    “Pho chua”——酸粉——是Lang Son特有的一道冷面。扁平的米粉上铺着猪肉片、猪肝、烤花生,并浇上浓郁的酸汤。它更像是一道沙拉而不是汤面。Ky Lua市场附近的路边摊有售,每碗30,000–50,000 VND。

    住宿推荐

    Lang Son市有相当丰富的住宿选择,距离Suoi Long Dau都只有很短的车程。

    • 经济型: 市场周围的宾馆和迷你酒店每晚200,000–350,000 VND起。设施简单但很干净。
    • 中档型: Muong Thanh及类似的连锁酒店提供500,000–800,000 VND的客房,配备空调、Wi-Fi和早餐。
    • 民宿: 城镇郊区出现了一些民宿选择,特别是在通往Chi Lang的公路沿线。价格预计在300,000–500,000 VND之间,包含一顿家常晚餐。

    当地人的实用建议

    • 自带食物和水。 溪流边没有真正的摊贩。请带上零食、饮用水和可以坐的垫子。
    • 涉水鞋很重要。 岩石很滑,有些地方还有锋利的边缘。人字拖是不管用的。
    • 带走你的垃圾。 垃圾桶有限。当地人在这方面通常做得很好——请向他们学习。
    • 仅限现金。 溪流周围没有任何地方接受刷卡。Lang Son市中心有自动取款机(ATM)。
    • 防晒霜和驱蚊液。 山谷里湿气较重,下午阴凉处会有蚊子出没。

    避免常见错误

    • 冬季前往。 溪水很冷,空气很冷,阴天时山谷里完全没有阳光直射。从12月到次年2月,这里显得非常萧瑟。
    • 期待一个开发完善的景点。 这里没有售票处,没有导游,也没有礼品店。这正是它的特色——但如果你期待完善的基础设施,请调整你的预期。
    • 错过Lang Son的美食。 单凭烤鸭就值得在这座城市停留。不要只是为了看溪流而路过,饿着肚子离开。
    • 夜间在高速公路上开车。 Hanoi–Lang Son公路维护得很好,但天黑后卡车很多,而且照明不佳。请在白天出发。

    实用须知

    将Suoi Long Dau作为更广泛的越南东北部之旅的一部分是最好的选择——结合在Lang Son住上一两晚,然后继续前往Cao Bang看Ban Gioc瀑布,或者绕道Bac Son山谷返回。单就它本身而言,这是一个平静的半日游。仅此而已,不多不少——而有时,这恰恰是完美的节奏。
