    Ta Hien距离Hoan Kiem湖东北方向约六个街区。每天晚上6点左右,这里就会变成东南亚人口最稠密的饮酒角之一。塑料凳、荧光灯、海鲜在热锅中翻炒的香气——你可能会立刻爱上这里,也可能会觉得它令人窒息。这两种反应都很正常。

    Bia Hoi(鲜啤)配置

    “Bia hoi”——即现酿扎啤——是大多数人来到Ta Hien的主要原因。Ta Hien与Luong Ngoc Quyen的交汇处是核心地带,尽管整条街道长约150米,沿途遍布摊位。

    在这里,一杯Bia hoi的价格在6,000至10,000 VND之间,具体取决于你坐在哪家塑料凳摊位。那些有当地常客光顾的摊位价格更便宜。如果门前的价格牌上有英文翻译并标价15,000 VND,那么你正身处一个面向游客的摊位——这并不一定不好,但你要清楚自己付出的溢价。

    啤酒是每日酿造的,傍晚时分由小桶运抵。它酒精度低(约3%),口感清爽。点单时只需指指酒桶或伸出手指即可。你的杯子喝完后会被自动续满,记得心里记个数。

    如果Bia hoi不合你的口味,大多数摊位也出售罐装的 Hanoi 啤酒或 Saigon 啤酒,价格在20,000至25,000 VND左右,少数摊位还有相应定价的进口啤酒。

    螺蛳摊与点单建议

    在Ta Hien,喝酒是次要的,吃才是重点。这里最棒的美食是日落后在人行道上摆出的移动厨房,专门供应螺蛳和海鲜。

    寻找那些有冒着热气的锅和冰镇海鲜托盘的摊位。标准点单是 oc luoc(水煮螺蛳)或 oc xao sa ot(香茅辣椒炒螺蛳)。根据品种不同,一份价格在30,000至60,000 VND之间。你会拿到一根针或牙签来挑出螺肉。蘸上盐、胡椒和青柠混合的调料,配着啤酒吃,循环往复。

    这些摊位上其他值得尝试的菜品:

    • Ngao hap xa — 香茅蒸蛤蜊,约40,000至50,000 VND
    • Muc nuong — 烤鱿鱼,通常每只50,000至80,000 VND,视大小而定
    • Bap bo nuong — 烤牛筋,口感有嚼劲,非常适合搭配冷啤酒

    Ta Hien上的全套餐厅也提供更丰富的菜单——火锅、炒菜和一些北方主食——但街头摊位才是这里的精髓。

    深夜的Nem Chua Ran

    晚上9点以后,留意那些使用便携式燃气灶的“nem chua ran”摊贩。“Nem chua ran”是油炸发酵猪肉卷——也就是你在熟食店能买到的那种生发酵nem chua的油炸版。它们从油锅里捞出来时滋滋作响,装在纸袋里配上青辣椒,每个售价约5,000 VND。点五个,或者十个。

    这些摊贩通常位于主要人群聚集区的边缘,靠近路口。如果你没立刻看到,沿着Luong Ngoc Quyen路走到尽头再折返——它们通常在晚上9:30左右就会出现。

    如何在人群中穿行

    周五晚上8点的Ta Hien确实很难通行。以下几点建议会有所帮助:

    晚上7点前到达。 6:30和8点之间差别巨大——那时你还能抢到凳子,能叫到服务员,价格也不太容易被随意抬高。到了8:30,整条街就会变得摩肩接踵。

    不要坐在第一个向你招揽的摊位。 一旦你表现出犹豫,拉客的人就会蜂拥而至。先走完整条街,看看哪些摊位有当地人在喝,然后再做决定。

    点大份食物前先谈好价格。 Bia hoi的价格相对标准化,很少被乱收费。海鲜和烧烤类食物则有时会让人结账时感到意外。指着你想要的食物并先问 bao nhieu(多少钱?)。

    看管好个人物品。 Ta Hien并不是一条危险的街道,但密集的人群在任何地方都会给扒手可乘之机。把包背在身前或放在双脚之间。手机放在桌上时要屏幕朝下。

    摩托车会经过街道。 即使在高峰时段,摩托车也会缓慢地穿过人群。不要在马路上停留过久。

    盘中盛放着美味的熟海螺,配有蘸酱,是亚洲海鲜美食的代表。

    啤酒之外:周边地区

    Ta Hien位于老城区(Old Quarter)内,因此它自然地连接着更广阔的Hanoi(하노이 / 河内 / ハノイ)街头美食圈。Hang Be市场距离这里向南步行五分钟,适合在Ta Hien度过一晚成为你行程全部之前,先去那里吃顿早餐。Hang Giay和Ma May周边有几家不错的“pho”店,清晨即开始营业。Dong Xuan市场向北步行十分钟即可到达,适合白天逛逛。

    如果你在Hanoi停留超过几天,老城区的街头美食场景比起一次性的马拉松式狂欢,更值得多次造访。Ta Hien是一个可靠的据点,但其侧街——向东的Luong Ngoc Quyen,向西的Hang Buom——有着规模更小、更安静且价格略低的同类摊位。

    实用贴士

    Ta Hien每晚营业;周末比工作日拥挤得多。没有入场费或最低消费——坐下、喝酒、为你点的东西买单即可。大多数摊位只收现金;请准备好小额钞票(10,000和20,000 VND面额)。街上厕所很少——附近的Hoan Kiem地区有一些公共设施,或者如果你在餐厅点了餐,可以使用餐厅的卫生间。
