    Tay Yen Tu 究竟是什么

    Yen Tu 山是越南(베트남 / 越南 / ベトナム)北部最重要的佛教圣地之一——13世纪,国王 Tran Nhan Tong 在此退位出家,创立了 Truc Lam 禅宗。大多数游客熟知的是从 Quang Ninh 省出发的东侧路线,那里有缆车和踩得结结实实的朝圣步道。Tay Yen Tu 则是西侧路线:一条更宁静、森林更茂密的路线,蜿蜒穿过原始林地,途经散布在山坡上的一连串佛塔和隐修院。

    随着省份合并,Tay Yen Tu 现在划入 Bac Ninh 的行政边界(以前属于 Bac Giang 的 Son Dong 县)。这里的景观并没有改变——茂密的树冠森林、山间溪流、石阶步道——但在搜索地图或预订交通工具时值得注意。

    该地区被指定为国家级风景名胜区,近年来也获得了一些基础设施投资:铺设了进山道路,建了游客中心,并改善了步道标识。不过,它的开发程度仍远不及东侧的 Yen Tu 路线,而这正是它值得一游的原因。

    游客为何慕名而来

    老实说,有三个原因。首先是森林。Tay Yen Tu 位于一个生物保护区内,拥有东北部保存最完好的亚热带森林。你将漫步在百年树龄的“lim”和“de”硬木树下,而不是走在铺满水泥的旅游走廊上。其次,沿途的佛塔——如 Kham、Ho Thien 和 Thuong——让人感觉真正远离尘嚣。你可能会与少数僧侣和几个当地徒步者共享这些地方,而不是成群结队的一日游大巴客。第三,如果你已经体验过东侧 Yen Tu 的缆车,并想探索这座山的另一面,Tay Yen Tu 会为你提供一个需要用双脚去丈量的版本。

    这不是一次荒野探险。步道有标记,有休息站,总徒步距离在一天内完全可以应付。但它确实会回馈那些喜欢用汗水换取美景的人。

    最佳游览时间

    10月到次年4月是最佳时节。干燥凉爽的月份(11月至2月)让上山徒步变得舒适——山上的温度在 15-22°C 左右,一旦活动起来会感觉很惬意。Yen Tu 的朝圣季在 Tet(春节)和春季庙会月份(农历1月至3月)达到顶峰,这会给东侧带来更多游客,但西侧步道的游客量只有适度增加。

    尽量避开6月到8月。大雨会让石阶变得湿滑,潮湿的森林里水蛭也会大批出没。9月是过渡期——有时天气晴朗,有时则可能遭遇泥石流。

    如何从 Hanoi 前往

    Tay Yen Tu 位于 Hanoi 东北约 150 km 处。最实用的交通方式如下:

    骑摩托车或自驾: 沿高速公路向 Bac Giang 市方向行驶,然后继续向东北沿省道向 Son Dong 方向行驶。车程约 3-3.5 小时,具体取决于离开 Hanoi(하노이 / 河内 / ハノイ)时的交通状况。使用谷歌地图导航即可——搜索“Khu du lich Tay Yen Tu”即可找到主游客区。在 Bac Giang 路段,沿途有充足的加油站和“com binh dan”(平价碟头饭)快餐店。

    大巴 + xe om(摩的): 从 Hanoi 的 My Dinh 或 Gia Lam 车站乘坐大巴前往 Bac Giang 市(约 70,000-90,000 VND,1.5-2 小时)。从 Bac Giang 出发,你需要安排当地汽车或摩的前往 Son Dong——大约还有 60 km,耗时约 80 分钟。从 Bac Giang 包车单程前往 Tay Yen Tu 地区,预计花费 250,000-400,000 VND。目前没有直达步道起点的便捷公共巴士。

    跟团一日游: 一些总部位于 Hanoi 的旅行社偶尔会组织团队游,尤其是在春季。价格在每人 800,000-1,200,000 VND 左右,包含交通和午餐。

    游玩项目

    徒步佛塔步道

    这是最主要的景点。步道从低地游客区穿过森林,向上攀升至建在山腰上的一系列佛塔。以中等配速前往上方佛塔并返回的全程路线需要 5-7 小时,海拔爬升约 800 米。请自带饮用水——虽然有溪流,但一旦过了第一个检查站,商贩就很少了。石阶可能高低不平,因此穿一双合适的鞋子非常重要。

    如果你不想爬完全程,较低的路段——从大门区域到 Kham 佛塔——是一段耗时 1.5-2 小时的轻松步行,穿过最美的森林树冠。你依然能感受到那种氛围,而无需承受巨大的心肺考验。

    探索森林保护区

    Tay Yen Tu 自然保护区保护着几种珍稀动植物。观鸟者曾在这里发现过白鹇和各种犀鸟。即使没有望远镜,这里的生物多样性也显而易见——蕨类植物、兰花、巨大的绞杀榕随处可见。清晨是观赏野生动植物的最佳时机。

    探访当地的 Dao 和 Tay 村落

    Son Dong 周围的山麓地带居住着一些少数民族社区。如果是自驾前往,你会路过小型的 Dao 和 Tay 村落。这些地方并非旅游景点,因此请保持尊重——但每周的集市(通常在周日早上)非常原汁原味,如果时间合适,绝对值得一逛。

    附近餐饮推荐

    别指望这里有成排的餐厅。游客中心区域只有几家简易食堂,供应“com binh dan”——米饭配炒青菜、红烧肉和汤,价格在 40,000-60,000 VND 左右。值得一试的当地特色菜是“ga doi”(山地鸡)——来自周边村庄的散养鸡,通常搭配青柠叶烤制或蒸制。这是越南北部的主食,但在这里,因为鸡群真正在山间漫步,味道确实更好。在 Son Dong 镇的当地小餐馆,一整只鸡的菜肴价格约为 250,000-350,000 VND。

    如果你在返程途中经过 Bac Giang 市,不妨停下来尝尝“banh da ca”——这是一种配有淡水鱼的扁米粉汤,是 Bac Giang 的招牌美食。在市场区域附近的街边摊,一碗大约需要 30,000-40,000 VND。

    住宿推荐

    选择有限,但正在增加:

    • 步道起点附近的民宿: 基础客房,共用浴室,每晚约 200,000-400,000 VND。实用为主,不奢华。春季周末需提前预订。
    • Son Dong 镇的宾馆: 几家“nha nghi”(宾馆)提供带热水和 Wi-Fi 的私人房间,价格为 300,000-500,000 VND。
    • 返回 Bac Giang 市: 如果你想要更舒适的住宿环境,Bac Giang 市区的酒店提供标准间,价格在 400,000-800,000 VND 之间。开车回去大约需要一小时。

    当地人的实用建议

    • 携带现金。Tay Yen Tu 没有自动取款机,山上也不支持刷卡支付。
    • 即使在旱季也要带上一件轻便的雨衣——山区天气变化很快。
    • 如果你要走完全程,请在早上 7:00 前开始徒步。下午会起雾,在光线昏暗的情况下走湿滑的石阶下山可不是什么好玩的体验。
    • 从4月起,驱蚊剂是必需品。
    • 如果你骑摩托车,进入该地区的最后 15 km 道路有一些陡坡。仅限车技熟练的骑手尝试。

    避免常见误区

    • 将 Tay Yen Tu 与 Yen Tu 混淆: 它们是同一座山的不同侧面,入口完全不同,公路距离相差约 80 km。如果你的 GPS 导航把你带到了 Quang Ninh 的 Uong Bi,那你就走错 Yen Tu 了。
    • 低估了徒步难度: 全程步道绝不是轻松的散步。穿人字拖且不带水,会让你在第二个小时就痛苦不堪。
    • 到达太晚: 中午才到达并开始 5 小时的徒步,意味着你得在黑暗中下山。请合理规划时间。

    实用信息

    将 Tay Yen Tu 作为从 Hanoi 出发的过夜游是最理想的安排——早上驱车前往,下午或第二天早上徒步,次日返回。如果你正前往 Ha Long Bay 或 Lang Son,它可以很好地融入更广泛的越南东北部环线游。截至撰稿时,这里不收取门票,不过游客中心区域会收取少量的停车费(摩托车 10,000-20,000 VND)。
