    法律要求

    无证驾驶会怎样?

    “如果我被拦下且没有 IDP 怎么办?” 警察会要求你出示越南摩托车驾照。如果你没有,警察会当场开出罚单,并可能扣留摩托车,直到你带上付款凭证和驾照去领车。你可以用英语礼貌地争辩,但做好交罚款的准备。

    实用建议

    出发前办好 IDP——申请只需几分钟,费用也微乎其微。将本国驾照和 IDP 一起装在小塑料套里,放在夹克口袋中。如果你租车超过几天,请向租车店确认他们已经查看过你的驾照文件。旅游区的大多数租车店都习惯检查 IDP,没有的话是不会租给你的,这实际上是对所有相关人员的一道安全保障。
