    Vung Tau 大多被视为 Saigon 周末的“泄压阀”——沿着高速公路行驶两小时即可到达,这里有品质参差不齐的海滩和大量的海鲜。但人们较少谈论的是这里的啤酒文化,如果你知道去哪里找,这里的啤酒体验其实非常棒。这是一座有着悠久法国殖民历史的港口城市,当地人对待饮酒这件事非常认真。

    Bia Hoi 的情况

    “Bia hoi”——即每天酿造、未经过滤的鲜啤,通常在人行道上的低矮塑料桌椅旁供应——虽然在 Vung Tau 不像在 Hanoi 那样随处可见,但也确实存在。Bia Hoi 小摊最集中的地方是后滩(Bai Sau)附近的鱼市场区域以及 Hoang Hoa Tham 大街沿线,那里聚集了许多从傍晚一直营业到啤酒售罄(通常在晚上 10 点左右)的小摊。

    每杯啤酒的价格约为 6,000–10,000 VND,这仍然是整个 Vietnam (베트남 / 越南 / ベトナム) 剩下的为数不多的真正物美价廉的消费之一。啤酒本身口感清淡,酒精度在 3–4% 左右,最好趁冰块融化前快速喝完。这就是它的精髓所在。你喝的不是复杂感;你喝是因为气温高达 35 度,一盘水煮花生只需 15,000 VND,而且你此时此刻无处可去。

    这些地方的顾客几乎全是当地人——退休老人、收摊的商贩、隔壁修车铺的师傅。如果你坐下来,通常不到二十分钟,就会有人把他们的桌子拉过来和你拼桌。带上一点简单的越南语来点餐和寒暄,你就能融入其中。

    外国人与当地人的分界线

    Vung Tau 有一个显眼的外国人社区——主要是石油和天然气行业的员工,以及一些长期居住的退休人员——迎合他们的饮酒场所主要集中在靠近前滩(Bai Truoc)的 Nguyen Trai 和 Ba Cu 大街附近。这些地方供应 Saigon (사이공 / 西贡 / サイゴン)、Tiger 和 333 桶装啤酒,每杯价格在 30,000–50,000 VND 之间,提供英文菜单,屏幕上经常播放欧洲足球比赛。

    这些地方没什么不好,但它们与两个街区外 Bia Hoi (비아호이 / 鲜啤 / ビアホイ) 小摊的体验截然不同,明确自己想要哪种体验是非常值得的。

    有趣的中转地带是沿 Tran Phu 大街的海鲜餐厅区及其背后的巷弄小摊。这些地方接待的当地人和游客比例大致相当,供应加冰的 Saigon Lager,搭配逻辑很简单:当天早上从海里捞上来什么,就吃什么。

    Vung Tau 的精酿啤酒

    这里的精酿啤酒圈子虽小,但很真实。过去三四年里,几家精酿啤酒吧相继开业,主要针对那些想要尝试 Saigon Lager 以外口味的 Saigon 周末游客。

    位于 Ly Tu Trong 大街的 Vung Tau Craft Beer 是最成熟的一家。他们提供 6 到 8 款轮换的精酿啤酒——通常包括一款小麦啤酒、一款淡色艾尔、一款世涛以及一些季节性实验酒款。每 330 毫升的价格在 65,000–95,000 VND 之间。按当地标准来看并不便宜,但品质稳定,酒吧本身设计精良,设有户外座位且通风良好。如果你住的地方有冰箱,他们还提供外带桶装服务。

    Nguyen Trai 大街上的一些酒吧也开始储备来自 Saigon 生产商的罐装越南精酿啤酒——如 Pasteur Street、East West、Heart of Darkness——但价格较高。建议还是在这些啤酒的酿造城市喝,来到这里时,还是喝当地的啤酒更好。

    啤酒配什么吃

    Vung Tau 的下酒菜在南部地区首屈一指。最显而易见的选择是海鲜——葱油烤扇贝、香茅蒸蛤蜊、烤整鱿鱼——但还有一些当地特有的搭配值得一试。

    “Banh khot”是当地特色小吃:小而酥脆的椰浆米饼,上面放着虾仁,配以香草和清淡的蘸酱。它们分量很轻,你可以在喝啤酒的间隙吃上一整盘,完全不会有饱腹感。大多数 Banh khot 店在下午营业,直到卖完为止——Nguyen Truong To 大街上的那几家店非常可靠。

    “Bun tau”——一种配有猪肉和粉丝的清汤面——是当地人深夜解酒的首选。在享用过海鲜和 Bia Hoi 之后,从 Bai Sau 附近的夜宵摊买一小碗 Bun tau,只需约 35,000 VND,非常管用。

    如果你想吃点更扎实的,沿 Le Loi 大街的“com tam”(碎米饭)摊位营业时间很长——碎米饭配烤猪肉和煎蛋,是开启夜晚桶装啤酒之旅前非常扎实的底子。

    时间安排与节奏

    Vung Tau 的饮酒时间比 Hanoi 开始得晚,但比 Saigon 开始得早。Bia Hoi 小摊从下午 4:30 左右开始热闹起来。海鲜餐厅在晚上 6 点到 9 点达到高峰。精酿啤酒吧和外籍人士酒吧在周末营业至午夜,工作日则会早一些打烊。

    周末——尤其是周六晚上——因为 Saigon 游客的涌入,会明显变得更嘈杂、更拥挤。如果你想安静地体验当地生活,工作日的晚上能让你看到这座城市最真实的一面。

    实用建议

    大多数 Bia Hoi 和海鲜摊位只收现金——请准备好零钱。两人份的 Bia Hoi 和街头小吃晚餐费用约为 150,000–250,000 VND,具体取决于你的食量。精酿啤酒吧的消费两人约在 300,000–500,000 VND 左右。Grab-Bike 是往返后滩和前滩地区最方便的交通方式,车费通常不到 25,000 VND。
