    Vung Tau 确实是一座海滨小城,但当那些被烈日晒得通红、从 Saigon 前来的游客搭乘渡轮离开后,这座城市才真正松弛下来,美食也随之变得精彩。晚上 9 点以后,当地人会把塑料凳搬到人行道上,炭火的香气便开始弥漫开来。

    烧烤街:追寻烟火气

    夜间烧烤最集中的区域位于 Tran Phu 大街以及 Hoang Hoa Tham 延伸出的侧巷,大致就在 Bai Truoc 环岛到鱼市场这一带。这里并非那种挂着灯牌、摊位整齐的正式夜市,而是更具生活气息的街头景象。摊主们推着烤架,堆满一筐筐新鲜贝类,到了晚上 8 点半,整条街便被烟雾笼罩。

    寻找那些主打 oc(螺蛳)的摊位。Vung Tau 有着深厚的螺蛳文化——这里的“oc”摊位会根据当天的渔获提供各种贝类:用香茅和辣椒烤制的“oc huong”(香螺)、用椰奶炒制的“oc len”(钉螺),以及用姜丝清蒸的“oc mo”(鸟蛤)。点上一份两三种螺蛳拼盘,再配上几杯冰镇“bia hoi”,人均消费大约在 150,000–250,000 VND 之间,具体取决于你的胃口和酒量。

    如果想找环境稍微舒适一点的烤海鲜餐厅,Bach Dinh(山上的旧法式别墅)附近有一些选择,但价格偏向游客导向。建议步行五分钟去 Le Loi 的侧巷,那里同样品质的海鲜价格要便宜 30%–40%,而且食客几乎全是当地人。

    甜品车:深夜的甜蜜巡礼

    Vung Tau 有一种独特的深夜甜品文化。那些售卖“che”(越南甜汤)的推车和小店,通常会营业到午夜甚至更晚,主要集中在 Nguyen Thai Hoc 区域以及小山(Nui Nho)脚下。一杯“che thai”(椰奶水果捞配棕榈果冻)或“che bap”(甜玉米布丁)的价格在 15,000–25,000 VND 左右。虽然这可能不是你在越南(Vietnam)吃过最上镜的食物,但在晚上 11 点吹着海风来上一碗,绝对是绝佳的享受。

    当地人去哪儿 vs 游客去哪儿

    Vung Tau 的游客区主要围绕 Bai Truoc(前滩)——那里有面向大海的餐厅,以及挂着英文菜单、印着每道菜照片的海鲜酒楼。食物并不难吃,但你支付的溢价包含了海景和便利。在这些地方吃一顿完整的海鲜餐,人均消费通常在 300,000–500,000 VND。

    当地人更喜欢去内陆或 Bai Sau(后滩)北端,那里的街道没那么精致,招牌也全是越南文。Bai Sau 市场区域有一个松散的夜宵聚集地,晚上 7 点左右开始热闹起来,有烤玉米、“bo bia”卷(一种潮州风味的春卷,内含虾米和沙葛),还有用看起来很古老、却依然能运作的机器现榨的甘蔗汁。在这里,花 50,000–80,000 VND 就能吃上一轮完整的零食,你会真正感受到探索的乐趣。

    如果你想要一个折中的坐下用餐推荐——既有当地价格,店员又能听懂一点英语——Vo Thi Sau 街上距离与 Tran Phu 交叉口约 300 米处的螺蛳餐厅非常可靠。周末那里总是人头攒动,这通常是个好迹象。

    安全与深夜用餐实用贴士

    按越南的标准来看,Vung Tau 是一座非常悠闲的城市,深夜用餐并没有特别的风险。遵循基本的常识即可:在主海滩路边的露天摊位用餐时,注意放在桌上的手机;不要让包袋无人看管;还要注意,在游客餐厅附近报价的摩托车出租车(“xe om”)价格通常是 Grab 软件叫车价格的 3–4 倍。

    关于价格:如果街头的螺蛳摊没有明码标价,点餐前请问一句“bao nhieu”(多少钱)。大多数摊主会写下来或用手机计算器显示给你看——这是标准做法,并非冒犯。在 Vung Tau,针对游客的螺蛳宰客现象比大城市少见,但在面向主海滩的摊位仍需留意。

    在这种环境下,过敏和饮食禁忌比在正规餐厅更难沟通。烧烤街通常使用共享的炭火和备餐台——如果你非常担心交叉污染,请坚持选择那些能听懂并理解特殊要求的正规餐厅。

    实用信息

    Vung Tau 的大多数街头美食营业时间从傍晚 6 点到午夜,烧烤街在晚上 8 点到 10 点半之间最为热闹。如果你是从 Saigon 来此一日游,最后一班渡轮会在夜宵场景真正开始前离开——请务必考虑这一点,或者干脆留宿一晚。Bai Sau 附近的基本民宿价格在 250,000–400,000 VND 左右,步行即可到达所有值得一吃的地方。
