    概况

    这里也比My Tho或Ben Tre附近的果园清静得多,后者吸收了大部分来自Saigon(사이공 / 西贡 / サイゴン)的一日游客流。Cai Be的游客较少,这意味着经营果园的家庭更加从容,也更愿意坐下来和你喝茶聊天。

    最佳游玩时间

    尽量避开Tet(1月底或2月初)前后的几周,除非你想看花船——因为当地家庭要庆祝节日,果园可能会关闭。

    交通指南

    从Saigon出发,最实用的路线是从Mien Tay汽车站乘坐巴士前往Cai Be镇。Phuong Trang (FUTA) 和 Hung Cuong 都有运营这条路线。车程约 2.5 小时,费用为 90,000-120,000 VND。巴士会把你停在1A国道上的Cai Be汽车站,从那里你可以乘坐xe om(摩托车出租车)行驶约 3 km 到达河码头——费用约为 20,000-30,000 VND。

    如果你从Can Tho(껀터 / 芹苴 / カントー)出发,向东北方向大约 100 km,乘坐巴士或汽车约需 2 小时。

    如果你适应高速公路的交通状况,从Saigon租一辆摩托车也是可行的。沿着QL1A骑行地势平坦且路线简单,不过穿过镇子的最后一段路需要你在狭窄的小巷中穿梭才能到达水边。

    到达码头后,你需要租一艘船。一艘可容纳2-4人的私人木船,在果园和运河中环游 2-3 小时的费用为 250,000-400,000 VND。适合团队的大型机动船费用为 600,000-800,000 VND。登船前请先讲好价格并确认包含的项目——大多数乘船游览会停靠2-3个果园和一个椰子糖作坊。

    游玩项目

    漫步果园

    大多数果园收取 30,000-50,000 VND 的门票,包含你在现场可以吃的所有水果。这里的规矩很简单:主人会为你采摘或告诉你哪些熟了,你只管吃,但不要装进包里带回家(不过你可以额外购买带走)。刚从树上摘下来的榴莲、山竹和红毛丹,其味道绝对是三天后你在Saigon市场摊位上买到的水果无法比拟的。

    乘木船穿梭运河

    主河道后方狭窄的运河才是真正的吸引力所在。水椰树在头顶形成了一条绿色的隧道。除了船桨的划水声和偶尔传来的鸡叫声,这里非常安静。你的船娘——通常都是女性——会为你指出果树、捕鱼陷阱和偶尔出没的巨蜥。这绝非表演,人们真真切切地在这里生活和耕作。

    拂晓时分探访水上市场

    Cai Be水上市场大约在早上 5:00-5:30 开始,到 8:00 左右结束。它的规模比以前小了——在繁忙的早晨可能只有20-30艘船——但这正是它让人感觉真实的原因之一。批发商将他们的商品样品挂在船桅的高杆上:挂菠萝意味着他们卖菠萝,挂南瓜意味着卖南瓜。花大约 25,000 VND 从水上厨房船上买一碗“hu tieu”尝尝吧。

    观看椰子糖制作过程

    运河沿岸的几个家庭手工制作椰子糖——将椰奶与糖和麦芽一起熬煮,拉伸太妃糖,然后切割并包装。这只是一个短暂的停留,大约 15 分钟,他们会提供试吃。一袋价格为 20,000-40,000 VND。虽然算不上什么震撼人心的体验,但这是真正的家庭手工业,而不是为了迎合游客而伪装的工厂。

    骑行岛上小径

    一些客栈和民宿出租自行车,每天 50,000-70,000 VND。Tan Phong岛上的小径平坦、阴凉且几乎没有汽车。你会路过果园、稻田、小寺庙,还有向你挥手打招呼的孩子们。

    附近美食

    湄公河三角洲的饮食离不开河鱼。你可以找找“ca tai tuong chien xu”——象耳鱼,整条油炸至表皮酥脆,然后用米纸卷上香草,蘸着罗望子酱吃。这是该地区的招牌菜,Cai Be几乎每家河畔餐厅都有供应,价格在 150,000-200,000 VND 之间。

    如果想吃点快餐,可以在汽车站附近的市场摊位点一盘带烤猪肉的“com tam”——价格为 35,000-45,000 VND。如果你清晨在水上,从水上厨房船买一碗hu tieu(후띠우 / 粿条 / フーティウ)就能解决早餐了。

    住宿推荐

    Cai Be的河岛上有少数几家民宿,每晚价格大多在 300,000-500,000 VND 之间。这些住宿条件很简单——风扇房、蚊帐、共用浴室——但环境却无可挑剔。主人家会用当天从菜园里采摘的食材来烹饪晚餐。

    如果追求更舒适的体验,靠近镇子的河畔有Mekong Lodge和几家中档度假村,每晚价格在 800,000-1,500,000 VND 之间,配备空调、游泳池,并提供有组织的旅游项目。

    大多数Saigon的一日游旅行团会在 6 小时内带你走马观花然后返回。但在当地过夜是绝对值得的——黄昏和黎明时的三角洲完全是另一番景象。

    实用建议

    • 携带现金。岛上没有自动取款机(ATM),大多数果园家庭也不接受刷卡。
    • 穿不怕弄脏的鞋子。在船上穿人字拖没问题,但雨后的果园小路会变得很湿滑。
    • 准备驱蚊剂,尤其是在黄昏时分。运河虽美,但蚊虫很多。
    • 如果你从Saigon预订了跟团游,请确认行程明确包含Cai Be——许多“湄公河三角洲”的旅游团实际上只去My Tho或Ben Tre就结束了。

    常见避坑指南

    早上 7:30 之后才到达水上市场,还纳闷人都去哪儿了。这是一个真实的交易市场,而不是表演——商贩们很早就收摊了。

    试图把Cai Be作为从Saigon出发的半日游。等你到达、吃完午饭、乘船游览再返回时,你花在高速公路上的时间比在水上的时间还要多。至少住一晚才能让这趟旅程物有所值。

    跳过果园,只去水上市场。市场固然有趣,但果园和运河游船才是让Cai Be区别于湄公河三角洲其他所有停靠点的独特之处。
