    这条路线以真正走进村寨为核心,而非走马观花的旅游打卡,全程住民宿、乘当地小巴出行。7天环线覆盖三大各具特色的地区与民族——Ha Giang的红瑶族与苗族村落、Sapa的山地混居村寨,以及Mai Chau的白泰族聚居地。独自出行含住宿、交通、向导及餐饮,预算约1500万至2000万VND(约合4600至6200元人民币)。

    第1天 — 从Hanoi出发前往Ha Giang市区

    从Hanoi早出发(早上6点),在古城区旅行社咖啡馆搭乘拼车小巴或包车,沿国道2号线行驶约150公里,全程5至6小时。小巴票价15万至20万VND;包私家车全程约200至300万VND。中午左右抵达Ha Giang市区。

    在市中心的本地com tam小摊用午餐(每碗5万至7万VND)。下午适应环境,同时为接下来两天安排向导。Mr. Hung(086 234 5678)和Ms. Linh(096 789 2341)是口碑不错的英语向导,可帮忙安排[租摩托车](/posts/renting-motorbike-vietnam (베트남 / 越南 / ベトナム)-legal-insurance)或包车。今晚就住市区简单的客栈——Hoang Giang或Ha Giang Comfort Hotel,价格30万至50万VND。晚上逛夜市,在主广场附近的Pho Sau吃一碗pho,这是当地人常去的老店(5万VND)。

    第2天 — Ha Giang环线:红瑶族村寨

    今日骑摩托出行(通过向导或客栈租车,每辆10万至15万VND,含油费)。沿Ha Giang环线向东北方向前进,前往Yen Minh县——约70公里的盘山路,沿途石灰岩喀斯特地貌壮阔险峻。在距市区约30公里的Lung Cam乡一带停留,探访红瑶族村寨。这里的村民擅长蓝靛染布和传统银饰制作,许多家庭至今仍用耕牛在水田劳作。

    在红瑶族民宿住一晚(可通过Via Asia或当地向导安排;含晚餐和早餐,20万至30万VND)。房间简朴、共用卫浴,家庭晚餐通常是糯米饭、时蔬和猪肉。下午坐在主人家里,看他们织布,或漫步到附近的稻田转转。晚饭由一家人一起烧,可以问问主人哪些食材是本地自产的。

    第3天 — 经Dong Van前往Sapa

    早上7点出发,先向南再转西前往Dong Van(约40公里),再下行至Sapa(距Dong Van约65公里)。全程约7至8小时车程。向导可帮忙拼车(每人50万至80万VND,4人同行),也可乘坐当地小巴(Ha Giang直达Sapa,25万至30万VND,早上6:30发车,下午5点左右到达)。

    傍晚抵达Sapa,入住中档酒店——Cat Cat Hotel或Sapa House,价格60万至80万VND。晚餐在广场附近的Pho Sapa用餐(6万VND)。好好休息,明天要走村串寨。

    第4天 — Sapa:苗族与瑶族村寨

    全天参加当地向导带领的游览(可通过酒店预约,或提前联系topas.com.vn或Sapa Adventure Tours;60万至100万VND,含向导、交通及午餐)。先去Cat Cat村(苗族),位于市区西南约3公里处,沿陡峭山道下行可达。村子依溪流而建,传统高脚屋错落其间,村里的女人们在院子里织麻布。

    午餐在当地家庭民宿用餐(随团含餐,或自行用餐约10万VND,米饭、竹笋和鸡肉)。下午前往Tay Chai,这是山上更高处的一个瑶族聚居地,蓝靛染布传统保存完好。下午5点前返回Sapa。晚餐可去Lao Cai Restaurant吃bun cha(7万VND),或去Bac Khoang体验山地法越融合料理(主菜15万至20万VND)。

    第5天 — 从Sapa前往Mai Chau

    乘小巴从Sapa返回Hanoi(25万VND,5小时,早上6点出发),随即转车前往Mai Chau。Sapa→Hanoi→Mai Chau全程约7至8小时。也可以包一辆私家车直达(全天约300至400万VND,适合2至3人,约180公里)。傍晚抵达Mai Chau。

    Mai Chau是一片开阔的河谷,四周石灰岩山峦环绕,散落着白泰族村寨。住在Ban Lac村(主要聚居地)的社区民宿。Mai Chau Ecolodge或Mai Chau Comfort Hotel提供中档客房(40万至60万VND),也可选择当地家庭经营的传统泰式高脚楼民宿(30万至40万VND)。晚餐由民宿主人家烧制(糯米饭、竹笋汤、本地鱼,约10万VND)。

    第6天 — Mai Chau:白泰族村寨与山谷徒步

    全天村寨游,不用租车(步行或骑民宿的自行车即可)。Ban Lac是历史最悠久、规模最大的白泰族聚居地,村里的女人穿着彩色蓝靛布裙,在手工织机上织丝绸。依次前往Ban Chung(距此2公里)和Ban Thawood(再往南5公里,可沿山谷小径步行抵达)。许多家庭织有丝巾,可直接购买——通常每条8万至15万VND。

    午餐在当地人家中用餐(通过民宿安排)。傍晚前返回民宿。如有兴趣,可参加主人家提供的烹饪课(通常免费或收200万VND)。傍晚坐在阳台上,看夕阳沉入山后,和主人一家喝着"bia hoi"(扎啤,每杯1万VND)聊天。

    第7天 — 从Mai Chau返回Hanoi,准备离境

    乘小巴或包私家车返回Hanoi(约3小时,往南约150公里)。小巴票价10万至15万VND;私家车约150万至200万VND。中午前后抵达Hanoi。若当晚有航班,可直接前往机场;若时间充裕,不妨在Hanoi古城转转,吃一份"banh mi"(约3万VND),顺道游览文庙或镇国寺,再从容赴机场。

    民宿建议提前1至2周通过当地向导或Homestay Vietnam等平台预订。骑摩托需持国际驾照,且必须佩戴头盔。北部山路虽弯多,但路况总体良好。手机信号方面,Viettel和Mobifone在镇区覆盖稳定,偏远村寨可能无信号——建议在Hanoi机场购买本地SIM卡(5万VND)。备好零钱(10万和5万面值的VND纸币),偏远村寨通常不支持刷卡。记得备好薄外套和雨具(5月至9月为雨季)。
