    Ao Tien——字面意思是"仙池"——是那种极少出现在主流行程中、却频繁现身于越南旅行论坛的地方。它位于原北江省(后与太原省合并)的山地地带,是一座被喀斯特森林山峰环绕的天然石灰岩湖泊,距Hanoi约170公里。如果你已经去过Ha Long Bay和Ninh Binh,想在没有旅游大巴的情况下欣赏喀斯特地貌,这里值得了解。

    Ao Tien究竟是什么

    Ao Tien是一座形成于石灰岩山间洼地的淡水湖。湖水呈深蓝绿色,由地下泉水补给,全年保持清澈。周边地区世代居住着岱族和瑶族少数民族,他们在这片山谷中耕作生活。这里没有宏伟的庙宇建筑群,也没有联合国教科文组织的认定——它纯粹是一处自然景点,吸引力一目了然:清澈的湖水、幽静的森林,以及一片感觉真正远离尘嚣的山野,尽管从Hanoi出发当天即可抵达。

    这个名字源于当地岱族关于仙女在此沐浴的民间传说。不同的人会讲出几个不同的版本。这些故事对行程规划意义不大,但解释了路牌上这个名字的由来。

    为什么游客选择来这里

    人们来这里主要有三个原因。第一,游泳。湖水清凉洁净,在四月至九月的炎热天气里,这是北部山区数一数二的天然游泳胜地。第二,风景。Ao Tien周围的喀斯特地貌规模不及Ha Long Bay或Tam Coc,但就在湖边触手可及,周围几乎没有人。第三,沿途风光。从太原市出发的公路途经茶园和少数民族村寨——本身就是一条值得一骑的摩托车路线。

    最佳游览时间

    最佳时段是四月至六月和九月至十月。七八月降雨较多,可能导致通往湖泊的土路湿滑,湖水水位也会出现不可预测的上涨。气温升至28°C以上后,从四月起湖水便适合游泳。十一月至三月气候凉爽干燥——适合摄影和徒步,但对大多数人来说下水太冷。工作日明显比周末清静,周末会有越南国内游客从Hanoi驱车前来。

    如何从Hanoi前往

    Ao Tien距Hanoi约170公里,以下是主要出行方式:

    自驾摩托车

    最受欢迎的方式。沿QL3国道(3号国道)向北穿越太原市,再继续前往原北江省方向。全程约需4至4.5小时,视途中的节奏和停靠情况而定。125cc摩托车往返油费约120,000至150,000 VND。最后15至20公里需走较小的省级公路——不算糟糕,但也没有高速公路那么平整。最后一段路必备导航软件。

    乘大巴+xe om

    从Hanoi的My Dinh或Gia Lam车站乘大巴前往太原市(约80,000至100,000 VND,2小时)。从太原市出发,需要自行安排当地"xe om"(摩托车出租)或租一辆摩托车,行驶剩余约80至90公里的北段路程。目前没有直达湖泊的公共交通。

    包车

    从Hanoi包一辆带司机的私家车,一日游约需1,500,000至2,000,000 VND,过夜则为2,500,000至3,000,000 VND。如果是多人分摊费用,这个选择较为合算。

    可以做什么

    在湖中游泳。 这是最主要的活动。湖水由山泉补给,比周边河流明显更为清凉。这里没有救生员,也没有划定的游泳区域——安全全靠自己。如果游泳不够熟练,请贴近岸边活动。

    徒步周边喀斯特山丘。 湖边石灰岩地貌中有几条非正式小径可供攀行。这些小径既无标识,也缺乏维护,请穿好合适的鞋子,不要独自前往。一段1至2小时的环形路线可以俯瞰湖泊和山谷全景。

    探访附近的岱族和瑶族村寨。 这一带的少数民族社区并不是旅游景点——没有售票处,也没有文化表演。但只要保持尊重,最好有懂越南语的同伴陪同,当地人通常都很热情好客。你或许能看到传统的高脚屋和小规模的茶叶加工。

    探索湖泊南侧的茶乡。 太原省是越南最著名的产茶区。从太原市前往Ao Tien的途中,公路两侧是连绵起伏、铺满茶树的山丘。不妨在路边的家庭茶厂停下,直接购买"tra Thai Nguyen"(太原绿茶),顺便观看茶叶加工过程。品质不错的散装绿茶,每公斤价格约为100,000至200,000 VND。

    露营过夜。 湖边有可以搭帐篷的空地。所有装备需自备——这里没有任何租用设施。这是领略清晨湖面薄雾的最佳方式。

    附近在哪里吃饭

    湖边本身没有餐厅,请在到达之前用餐,或自带食物。

    在太原市,可以寻找"pho chua"——酸河粉,一种与Hanoi版本截然不同的当地特色美食。这是一道凉拌米粉,配上香脆的油炸配料和花生,汤汁另碗盛放。在黄文书街一带的小店即可找到,价格约为30,000至40,000 VND。

    离湖较近的小镇上,留意"com lam"——用竹筒放在炭火上烤制的糯米饭。这是岱族的传统主食,通常每筒售价约15,000至20,000 VND。

    住在哪里

    湖边的住宿选择仅限于露营,或当地家庭经营的简单民宿。在高脚屋里打地铺,有时含家常晚餐,预计每晚费用约为150,000至300,000 VND。

    如需更舒适的住宿,可以以太原市为据点:经济型酒店每晚约250,000至400,000 VND,带空调和热水的中档酒店则为500,000至800,000 VND。

    在宁平(Ninh Binh),游船穿行于郁郁葱葱的石灰岩山峰之间。

    当地人会告诉你的实用建议

    • 带够现金。 湖边附近没有ATM,也没有人接受刷卡。
    • 备好驱虫剂。 傍晚时分湖边的蚊子十分凶猛。
    • 将垃圾带走。 这里没有垃圾收集服务。游客将垃圾丢弃在湖岸边是越南旅行论坛上的常见投诉。
    • 在太原市加满油。 向北行驶的路上加油站越来越少。
    • 下载离线地图。 最后20公里手机信号时断时续。

    常见错误

    把它安排成Hanoi出发的一日游。 技术上可行,但为了在湖边待几个小时而开车8至9个小时,实在太累。请安排过夜——露营或住民宿均可。

    期待配套设施齐全。 这里没有更衣室、没有小吃摊,也没有租船服务。这不是一个成熟的旅游景点。如果这听起来让你觉得不方便而非充满吸引力,那它可能不适合你。

    只为看湖而来。 除非你真的热衷于野外游泳,否则单独为Ao Tien专程前来可能不够值得。建议结合茶乡风光、少数民族村寨以及沿途骑行一并游览。旅途本身就是目的地的一半。

    实用说明

    Ao Tien最适合作为北部山区2至3天环线行程的一部分——从Hanoi骑车出发,在湖边住一晚,再前往该地区其他景点,或取道茶山原路返回。这个目的地无需提前制定繁琐的计划,但做好充分准备、不抱过高期望的人,往往能在这里收获意想不到的惊喜。
