Ho Song Trau是一座灌溉水库,建成后专门为越南降雨量最少地区之一的旱作农业社区供水。周边地貌更像缅甸的中部高原,而非人们脑海中那幅郁郁葱葱的越南画面。红色砂石地,多刺灌木,成群的山羊。水库本身规模不大——最宽处大约2公里——但光线打在水面上的方式,让这片荒凉的环境透出一种奇异的电影质感。
水库通过一套运河网络,将水引向下游的葡萄园和大蒜田。如果你曾在越南南部吃过葡萄或喝过葡萄酒,那水源很可能就始于这里。
说实话,大多数人目前还不会——至少还没有。Ho Song Trau吸引的是越南本地钓鱼爱好者,以及偶尔来追逐水面金色余晖的摄影师。对旅行者而言,吸引力在于景观本身:干燥、开阔,与东边40公里处的海岸截然不同。结合周边地区的占婆塔楼和葡萄园安排一日游,可以让你有理由离开沿海公路,深入内陆。

旱季大致从一月延续至八月,这段时间最适合前来。水库在短暂雨季过后的十月至十二月蓄水最满,拍照效果更好,但道路容易泥泞,湿度也会骤升。
最佳时段:二月至四月。 水位依然可观,天空晴朗稳定,白天气温在30至33°C之间徘徊。清晨骑摩托车出行十分舒适。如果你怕热,避开六七月——庆和省这一带气温动辄超过37°C,几乎无处遮荫。
最近的主要中转城市是Nha Trang,距离东北方向约100公里。从Cam Ranh(机场一带)出发,则约75公里。

没有正式步道,但有一条土路大致沿岸线延伸,覆盖约三分之二的湖岸。以悠闲的步伐走完约需1.5至2小时。务必自带饮水——有相当长的路段完全没有遮荫。早晨出发最佳。途中会经过正在撒网的渔民,也可能遇上几位牧羊人。
进出途中,不妨绕道参观Po Klong Garai——一组建于花岗岩山丘之上的占婆庙塔,就在Phan Rang-Thap Cham城外。塔楼建于13世纪,是越南保存最完好的占婆遗址之一,品质不逊于Nha Trang的Po Nagar,却只有极少的游客。门票15,000 VND。
宁顺葡萄产区是越南独一无二的葡萄产区。Phan Rang与水库之间有几家家庭葡萄园,可以让你漫步于葡萄架间,品尝新鲜葡萄,费用20,000至30,000 VND。这里的红葡萄无法与波尔多媲美,但甜度出人意料,炎热骑行途中停下来尝一尝,是个不错的休息。
如果你感兴趣,水库里有罗非鱼和乌鳢。本地钓客使用简单的鱼竿和活饵。有时候礼貌地向附近农户借用钓具也未尝不可——留几千越南盾表示感谢,往往就够了。无需任何许可证。
水库东侧的混凝土坝体提供了无遮挡的西向视野。当夕阳沉入干旱丘陵的背后,水面化为铜色。从路边小摊买瓶啤酒,坐在坝墙上。就这样,这就是这里的活动。
水库周边没有餐馆。在Phan Rang-Thap Cham用餐,行程前后均可。
Ho Song Trau附近没有住宿。可选择留宿Phan Rang-Thap Cham,或返回Nha Trang。
