    Bac Ha集市(Cho Phien Bac Ha)是越南 (베트남 / 越南 / ベトナム) 北部高地规模最大、最热闹的每周集市。每逢周日清晨,少数民族群众会从四周山区的村落步行或骑摩托车赶来,交易牲畜、纺织品、农产品和自酿玉米酒。这里喧闹、杂乱却又散发着真正的魅力——它是少数尚未被旅游业抹去原始风貌的珍贵之地。

    它是怎样的存在,为何如此重要

    几个世代以来,Bac Ha集市一直是Flower Hmong、Black Dao、Tay、Nung和Phu La等族群的贸易站。与Sapa地区一些已严重倾向于出售旅游纪念品的集市不同,Bac Ha至今仍主要发挥着本地集市的功能。人们来这里买水牛、卖蔬菜、喝“ruou ngo”(玉米酒),并与来自遥远村落的乡邻们叙旧。

    集市坐落在Bac Ha镇的山坡上,位于Sapa (사파 / 沙坝 / サパ) 东北约100 km处,距离Lao Cai市约60 km。它仅在周日开放,时间从早上6:00左右一直持续到午后初段。

    为什么游客会去

    吸引力很简单:这是越南北部最上镜、文化底蕴最深厚的聚会之一。Flower Hmong女性穿着精心刺绣的服装——深靛蓝色的布料上点缀着亮粉色、绿色和橙色——这些都是她们耗时数月手工缝制而成的。在牲畜交易区,Hmong族男人在这里讨价还价买卖水牛和马匹,那种充满活力的氛围在全国其他地方都难以寻觅。

    与Sapa的周末集市不同,Bac Ha的旅行团较少。你依然会遇到其他游客,但当地人与游客的比例仍然严重向当地人倾斜。如果你想拍出毫不做作、没有摆拍痕迹的照片,这一点至关重要。

    最佳游览时间

    集市全年开放,但具体情况因季节而异:

    • 9月至11月 — 季风过后的晴朗天空,周围山谷的梯田变得金黄。整体而言是最佳的游览时段。
    • 3月至5月 — 春花烂漫,气温舒适(15-22°C)。集市很热闹,但道路可能有些灰尘。
    • 12月至2月 — 寒冷,有时有雾。游客较少。在灰暗天空的映衬下,Flower Hmong的服饰显得更加鲜艳夺目。
    • 6月至8月 — 季风季节。从Lao Cai出发的道路可能很湿滑。集市照常开放,但如果雨下得很大,气氛可能会显得有些冷清。

    在早上7:00-7:30到达,可以看到集市逐渐热闹起来。到了8:30,集市便进入了最高潮。过了中午,摊贩们就开始打包收摊了。

    如何前往

    从Sapa出发

    这是最常见的路线。距离约100 km(乘汽车或小巴需要2.5–3小时)。许多Sapa的酒店和旅行社提供周日一日游,每人300,000–500,000 VND,包含交通费用。你也可以租一辆摩托车自己骑行——沿途风景优美,蜿蜒穿过Muong Hum山谷,但需要对山路骑行有足够的自信。

    从Lao Cai市出发

    当地公交车在周日清晨(早上5:30-6:00左右)从Lao Cai汽车站发车前往Bac Ha。车程约1.5-2小时,票价约60,000 VND。包车或打出租车往返费用为500,000-700,000 VND。

    从Hanoi出发

    乘坐夜间火车前往Lao Cai(晚上9-10点左右从Hanoi出发,早上5-6点到达),然后换乘公交车或预约车辆前往Bac Ha。一些游客会将Bac Ha的周日行程与Sapa的住宿结合起来——在Sapa周围徒步几天,然后前往Bac Ha逛集市,最后再向南返回。

    在集市可以做什么

    牲畜区

    水牛和马匹的交易区位于较低的山坡上。请尽早到达——交易进行得很快。Hmong族男人通过拉扯牛角、检查牙齿、拍打牛臀来检验水牛。每头牲畜的价格在1500万到4000万 VND之间。千万别站在买家和水牛中间。

    纺织品和手工艺品摊位

    Flower Hmong的纺织品最为抢眼。这里有手工刺绣的裙子、包包和壁挂。小件物品的价格约100,000 VND起步;一条完整的传统裙子根据质量不同,价格在100万到300万 VND之间。请温和地讨价还价——这些手工艺品需要耗费数周时间才能制成。

    美食区

    这里是吃货们觉得集市最有趣的地方。寻找“thang co”——这是一种Hmong族内脏火锅,用马或水牛的内脏加上香草炖煮而成。它的味道需要慢慢适应,但却是地道的Bac Ha风味。你还会发现烤玉米、香蕉叶包蒸糯米饭,以及在临时摊位上供应的pho。

    玉米酒巷

    摊贩们从塑料壶里倒出“ruou ngo”售卖。它烈性十足、口感粗犷,而且价格极其便宜——每杯大约10,000-20,000 VND。当地男人们围成一圈,边喝边聊。如果你能驾驭这种烈酒,他们非常欢迎你的加入。

    在哪里就餐

    在集市里,可以来一碗thang co(每碗15,000-25,000 VND)和烤肉。如果想吃点更熟悉的食物,通往集市入口的道路两旁有几家小餐馆。可以去主街上的“Com pho (쌀국수 / 越南河粉 / フォー) Bac Ha”尝尝地道的Pho或烤猪肉饭。每道菜的价格大约在40,000-60,000 VND之间。

    [鸡蛋咖啡](/posts/egg-coffee-hanoi (하노이 / 河内 / ハノイ)-ca-phe-trung) 还没有传到这里——还是老老实实喝集市摊贩提供的浓郁越南咖啡或热绿茶吧。

    在哪里住宿

    Bac Ha镇有基础的宾馆,周边村落也有少数民宿。选择如下:

    • Ngan Nga Bac Ha Hotel — 干净整洁,位于中心地带,每晚约300,000-400,000 VND。步行即可到达集市。
    • Ban Pho村的民宿 — 距镇上15分钟车程。带有米酒酿造坊的Tay族家庭住宅。大约200,000-350,000 VND,包含晚餐。
    • Coc Ly或Na Lo民宿 — 位置更偏远,适合与工作日的少数民族集市(周二在Coc Ly,周三在Lung Phin)结合游玩。

    请提前预订周六晚上的住宿——房间通常会被准备参加周日集市的游客订满。

    • 仅限现金。 Bac Ha镇上只有一台ATM机(Agribank)。请从Lao Cai或Sapa携带足够的dong。
